As a director, she has made Raising Bertie - which followed the lives of three African-American boys in South Carolina over six years. Her latest project is Any Given Day, which looks at mental health and the court system in the United States through the eyes of three Chicagoans as well as Margaret herself. Mark Bone is a filmmaker from Toronto. Together with friend Kwesi Bone, they conceived the short doc Battleground, which looks at the imoact the George Floyd killing had and has on Black Canadians. Chino Marin is a singer-songwriter & Film Director based out of Tampa FL. Chino is currently in the studio under the name ‘Lønewolf’ recording 2 albums back to back. His debut EP ‘Dark was the day’ is currently in post-production. With 2 singles released and a third this August. We can expect a full release on 12/25/20 His sophomore effort ‘Kingdom’ will have its first single release on 2/2/21 Spotify Apple Music YouTube Aside from music, Chino also focuses his time on film. He's currently in post-production for his first documentary titled “Unbroken: Whatever it takes” The film centers around the return of powerlifter and natural bodybuilder Layne Norton on a national level After a back injury that left him with virtually no chance at competing again. The film is slated for release in August 2021. Chino's most recent film work can be seen in the documentaries ‘Generation Iron 2 & Generation Iron 3’. Both films are now available on Netflix. Hard Rock/Metal project based out of Tampa, Florida. TravCast is the Writer's Podcast from the Traverse, Scotland’s New Writing Theatre. Literary Associate, Rosie Kellagher, interviews well known playwrights whose work features in the year round programme at the Traverse. In this episode, Rosie Speaks to Linda McLean. Linda comes from Glasgow, Scotland. Her plays have won many awards. They include Every Five Minutes, Sex & God, Any Given Day, Strangers, Babies, Shimmer, Riddance and One Good Beating. Since her first production in 1997, she has been known as a playwright who experiments with form. Her plays have been translated into many languages. An anthology of her work was published in France in 2015 by Actes Sud. Linda is on the artistic board of Magic Theatre, San Francisco. She is currently writing a comedy for Magic Theatre and a new play called Thingummy Bob, for Lung Ha theatre Company will premiere at the Traverse in October 2015.
