De Koninginnerit van de Tour de France zit erop! De Oostenrijkse Felix Gall kwam gisteren als eerste over de finish. En met het uitlopen van Vingegaard op Pogacar lijkt de winnaar van de Tour nu wel bekent. Door een aantal technische problemen is de aflevering van vandaag wat korter dan je van ons gewend bent.  Ook na deze lastige bergrit is er weer een nieuwe nummer 69. Vandaag is dat niet de renner die op de 69e plek binnenkwam, dat was wederom Quentin Pacher. Daarom kijken we vandaag naar het klassement voor de groene trui, waarin Gorka Izagirre op deze felbegeerde plek staat.  Verder voorspellen we tijdens de Natte Vinger de winnaar van de etappe. Vandaag staat er een rit van 186 kilometer op het programma. Van Moûtiers naar Bourg-en-Bresse wordt er vandaag gereden. Zelf kan je ook meespelen met de Natte Vinger! La volaille de Bresse, toute une histoire ! L'histoire de la volaille de Bresse commence à l'époque romaine, 400 ans avant Jésus-Christ. Les envahisseurs ont la riche idée de se déplacer avec leurs cheptels. Les races locales -la Noire de Louhans, la Grise de Bourg-en-Bresse, la Blanche de Bény- en assimilent les meilleurs apports. Il faut attendre 1591 pour entendre parler pour la première fois de la volaille de Bresse. Dans le registre de Bourg-en-Bresse les habitants de la ville offrent deux douzaines de volailles grasses au marquis de Treffort, qui a chassé les troupes savoyardes. Déjà, la volaille de Bresse est une offrande, un cadeau raffiné. C'est en 1825 que Brillat-Savarin dans son livre La physiologie du goût classe la volaille de Bresse au premier rang et lui donne le surnom de « reine des volailles, volaille des rois ». Soucieux de protéger leur terroir, les producteurs délimitent un territoire et se réunissent au sein du Comité interprofessionnel de la volaille de Bresse (CIVB). Depuis toujours, le vin fait partie de la vie de Laury. Issue d'une famille de bons vivants, elle a depuis toujours fréquenté les belles tables remplies de bons produits et accompagnées de bons vins. Passionnée dans l'âme, elle a donc fait le choix de replonger dans les études pour en découvrir et davantage sur le sujet. Selon Laury, il est important que le vin soit vu comme un produit délicieux, destiné à être partagé avec joie et légèreté. Jean-Yves exploite aujourd'hui 22 ha de vignes certifiées bio et biodynamie.
