Today, Dr. Noah St. John is here to challenge everything you thought you knew about why some people thrive and others get stuck. If you want to level up your success in any area of your life, the first thing you must do is to change your mindset. Dr. Noah is going to show you how to conquer the "head trash" that holds us back, break through income plateaus, and unlock results.Meet Dr. Noah St. JohnDr. Noah has been teaching clients for 30 years and is credited with helping them add a collective $3 billion in revenue. He is known as the "Done with Head Trash" guy and is a leader of the movement to help people get past their self-imposed limitations. He has written 25 books on the subject and has helped individuals and organizations ranging from 100 to 10,000.Inner Game vs. Outer Game: The 80% RuleDr. Noah argues that success is at least 80% about your "inner game". The inner game is everything happening in your mind, including the beliefs and stories you tell yourself. While "outer game" activities like making calls and sending emails are important, Dr. Noah emphasizes that mindset is the true bottleneck for most people.Clearing Out the "Head Trash"Dr. Noah defines "head trash" as the internal voice that says, "I can't because...". This self-limiting dialogue is what prevents sales professionals and entrepreneurs from reaching their full potential. He explains that by identifying and clearing this mental clutter, you can stop proving your own limitations right. From $4 Million to $20 Million: A Real-Life ExampleDr. Noah shares a powerful case study about a client whose company was stuck at $4 million in revenue for four years. After hiring Dr. Noah, they focused on the inner game, and in less than 18 months, the company's revenue skyrocketed to over $20 million. This success was a direct result of addressing the team's mindset, not just their outer game tactics.Practical Steps to Break FreeWant to get off the "hamster wheel"? Dr. Noah gives steps to take right away.Get Clear on Your Goals: You must be specific about what you want to achieve, whether it's more money or a better relationship.Identify Your Limitations: Pinpoint the reasons you think you can't reach your goals, like not having enough time, money, or confidence.Take Action (Even Without Confidence): The myth that confidence comes first is dismantled here. Dr. Noah stresses that you build confidence by taking action, even if you don't feel ready.Advice for Sales LeadersFor those who lead teams, Dr. Noah suggests bringing in outside help to create a mindset shift. He offers resources, including his online course, and invites leaders to book him to train their teams. By focusing on mindset training and goal-setting exercises, leaders can unlock next-level results and help their teams become unstoppable.“If you take action even if you don't believe, confidence will come. Did you know I created a course to equip you to align your money with Word of God?? Discover how to Get Free from financial strongholds, Get Clear about what God wants for your money, and learn to Get More to fund your vision? Check it out HERE. Just for being a listener you can use the code FROMRACHEL for 20% off! In this episode of Wisdom's Table, I delve into a topic that is both profound and often misunderstood: why God wants to bless you. I want to clarify from the outset that this discussion is not about the prosperity gospel, which can distort the true meaning of God's blessings by equating them solely with material wealth. Instead, we explore what the Bible genuinely says about God's desire to bless us and the purpose behind that blessing. I outline three key points about the blessing of God: You are blessed to be a blessing to others: The blessings we receive are not just for our own benefit but are meant to be shared with those around us. When we focus on serving others, we align ourselves with God's intention for our blessings. Blessings are collective and community-driven: In our individualistic society, we often forget that we are part of a larger community. The blessings God provides are meant to uplift and support the collective, not just the individual. Your blessing is a sign of who God is: Our blessings reflect God's goodness and serve as a testament to His character. When we walk in His presence, we become a living example of His love and grace, drawing others to Him. 00:00:01 - Welcome to Wisdom's Table Introduction to the podcast and today's topic on God's blessings. 00:00:38 - Understanding God's Blessings Discussion on the true nature of God's blessings versus the prosperity gospel. 00:01:00 - The Nature of God's Blessing Exploration of what it means to be blessed by God and the significance of His presence. 00:02:45 - The Blessing of Abraham The biblical account of Abraham and how God's blessing was passed down. 00:05:11 - Challenges Under Blessing Acknowledgment that blessings do not eliminate life's challenges. 00:06:14 - Blessing as Community The importance of understanding blessings in a collective and community-driven context. 00:07:38 - Blessed to Be a Blessing The concept that blessings are meant to be shared with others. 00:09:24 - The Spirit of Deception Warning against the self-centered view of blessings. 00:10:49 - Collective Blessings Discussion on how blessings are meant for the community, not just the individual. 00:11:59 - God's Goodness Reflected How blessings serve as a sign of God's goodness to others. 00:13:39 - Evangelism Through Jealousy The idea that God's blessings can lead others to seek Him. 00:15:35 - Personal Testimony Rachel shares a personal story about a significant purchase and its meaning. 00:20:49 - God's Intentionality in Blessings Reflection on how God desires to bless us with meaningful gifts. 00:21:31 - Reframing Our Perspective Encouragement to view blessings as God's presence rather than material wealth. 00:22:15 - Conclusion and Call to Action Final thoughts on being blessed to bless others and the importance of God's presence.

This is a conversation I have with clients and potential clients ALL THE TIME! I hope you can relate. Do you ever set a goal and then when you accomplish it, you don't feel as awesome as you thought you were going to? Yep, me too. Here's the question to ask when setting goals: "What do I think I'm gonna get when I hit the goal that I say you want?" Most of us, without asking this question, lack clarity. We end up hitting a goal that is only 10% of what we actually wanted (but never said). Listen and hear how this coaching question unfolds clarity on why clients actuallywant that goal in the first place. Acknowleging what they really do want (but aren't saying!) and build systems to track all of it.

If you're struggling with acne, breakouts, or dull skin, this episode is for you. In the functional health world, we see skin issues not as isolated surface problems but as signs of deeper internal imbalances. I'll walk you through the five core systems I assess when working with clients dealing with chronic acne. From gut health to hormones, blood sugar, liver detox, and nervous system regulation. You'll learn how issues like leaky gut, hormonal imbalances, or poor liver detox can manifest as inflammation on your skin. I also dive into the role of insulin resistance, stress, and environmental toxins in making things worse. Instead of quick-fix treatments, we focus on targeted strategies like comprehensive stool and hormone testing, food and supplement protocols, and lifestyle shifts that actually address the root cause. I'll also share what I look for in test results, what symptoms matter most and what you can start doing now to support clearer skin from the inside out. Whether your breakouts are linked to PMS, stress, or digestive issues, you'll leave this episode with clarity and next steps. Your future's so bright you've got to wear SHADES -or remove them? THE GIVE OF UNCERTAINTY IS YOUR NEXT EVOLUTION.Uncertainty in your life feels like driving through dense fog.Turning on the brights only worsens visibility, just like working harder does when you feel aimless or stuck. You don't need to see miles ahead to continue to move forward, but moving forward does require you to reduce your speed to a pace that feels irritating, even unbearable. If you keep moving forward one step at a time, eventually the fog does lift. More importantly, taking small steps builds your capacity to withstand the discomfort of uncertainty (which, let's face it, is basically life itself).Over time, your association with this discomfort gradually shifts from "I'm getting nowhere" to "This is normal/part of it," to even "This is a sign that I'm on track."The gift in uncertainty is the opportunity to build self-trust.Self-trust doesn't mean you always know the answer right now.Self-trust is the belief that when an answer isn't yet available, you have enough information within you to take the next step.It is the belief that you will figure it out, in time, one small step at a time.It is resisting urgency to get ahead because you know that your wisdom speaks loudest in the stillness of the present moment. We're taught that happiness is a future reward at the end of a checklist, but happiness is a present felt experience, an emotion that can only exist in the present moment. And so if happiness is the goal in your career journey, then slowing down doesn't mean you'll fall behind; it means the goal is getting closer. So with that said, this is the very construct that brings you into POWER WITH + POWER WITHIN structure I'll leave you with.Choice operates within various power dynamics, including power over, power under, power with, and power within. Each dynamic reflects a different approach to choice:Power Over: Often associated with domination, power over seeks to control others, frequently instilling the belief that there is no choice.Power Under: Characterized by subordination, power under operates under the assumption of having no choice.Power With: Collaborative in nature, power with recognizes and respects the choices of all involved.Power Within: Emphasizes personal agency and the intrinsic ability to choose, underpinning one's sense of empowerment.Which feels congruent? Align with that.XO KassandraPS✨ HEIGHTEN YOUR INTUITION -with LESS EFFORTStop waisting time, over-thinking and getting lost in the noise versus your unique "SIGNAL."
