Things have been quiet on the HH channel for many months. While I'm excited to eventually return to sharing the stories of great women throughout history, I first need to share my own saga. It's a saga that took over my life about a year and a half ago, and turned everything upside down. I'm only just now starting to get my footing in the world again. In October of 2024 I thought life was pretty good, if a little hectic. I had an amazing relationship, a stable job, grad school, and a full social calendar. But after one night out I started experiencing some digestive troubles that quickly escalated, pushing my body to it's breaking point. And this was only the beginning.
