Hello out there and welcome to or welcome back to the finding nature podcast. My name is Nathan Robertson-Ball and today's episode is a slightly different format to what is usual here. Today I'm chatting with the show's most popular guest, and someone I consider a teacher, friend and colleague Cameron Tonkinwise about the eight years I spent in the organisation that will not be named. Sounds a bit like Voldemort from Harry Potter, and perhaps even mentioning their name also risks summoning their followers or drawing dark magic.This show has been in the works for a little while after Cameron and I chatted about ways to capture and share the misadventures of attempting to do corporate sustainability in one of Australia's largest organisations for the best part of the last decade. Ever the teacher, Cameron was keen to remind me that the roles I had and unusual spaces I was privileged to exist in is likely valuable for others to appreciate as part of our shared ambition to shift institutional structures and barriers. So this episode is somewhere between Cameron interviewing me, me interviewing him and also two people that spoke on a near daily basis for those eight years surfacing memories and insights and questions for all of us to consider, and hopefully learn from.To be clear, the eight years of doing social innovation, home electrification and climate risk management were full of valuable insights, progressed me as a professional and allowed me to meet and work with hundreds of terrific and intelligent people. In this episode, I am filling in some of the blanks from last week's episode #312, and sharing more information to provide clarity around the story of Voldemort. I intentionally kept parts of that story vague, but after sharing it, I knew there were more pieces that needed to be explained. This episode helps connect some of the dots before moving into the next part of the story. I also share about a psychic reading I received in August, 2025. If you want the full backstory of how we even got to this point, go back and listen to episode #276 'A Psychic Told Me To Talk To You' first. In this episode, I talk about the two psychic readings I received, why I decided to go back for a second reading, and all of the things that came through that were so accurate. I also share the things that were completely incorrect, the information that threw me for a loop, and the experience of sitting with information that doesn't always make sense. I talk about the interesting relationship we can have with wanting to know the future. Some people love going to psychics because they want answers and insight, while other people would rather not know what is coming. I share my own experience with being someone who wanted clarity, but also had to process what it felt like to receive certain information. There were also many things from the readings that confirmed information I already knew, which brought up even more questions around intuition, timing, and how we interpret the messages we receive. Harry gets the Marauder's Map from Fred and George, and he immediately uses it to get into Hogsmeade. He overhears a conversation in the Three Broomsticks where he finds out that it was Sirius who betrayed his parents and got them killed. Harry returns to the castle furious, devastated, and confused. The episode ends with Hagrid telling the trio that Buckbeak has been set for trial. The last shot is Harry staring at the Map in his bed, reflecting on the awful day he has had.·      38:38 We open episode five with James Potter walking through the Hogwarts grounds. The first half of this episode should be spent with James, Sirius, Lupin, Peter, Lily, and Snape. They have a complex series of relationships that make a huge difference for the story to come.·      44:50 They all go off and live their happy lives. We explore his life and how he used his powers to gain an edge, eventually breaking out of simple curses and discovering horcruxes. The similarities to Voldemort should be obvious.·      26:13 Back to Harry. We open in the girls' bathroom with Fawkes, Harry, Ron, Ginny, and Lockhart returning from the Chamber. Harry and Ron go up to Dumbledore's office where they are scolded, but also rewarded. Harry hands Dumbledore the diary and we should feel the weight of that moment, especially because of how much buildup we had in the previous part of this episode. Lucius and Dobby enter, and Harry gives the diary to Lucius before they leave, who hands it to Dobby. Dobby is free! Finally, we have a final shot of the trio getting on the train and going back home. It is the end of this year, but certainly not the end of the story.
