It trained the CIA-backed NDS units including NDS-01, NDS-02, NDS-03, NDS-04, NDS-KPF, and NDS-KSF, and also housed an ammunition depot and multiple facilities for sensitive operations. When U.S. forces left Afghanistan in 2021, Eagle Camp was among the final sites to be evacuated and demolished. It was later handed over to the Haqqani Network's suicide bomber brigade, the Badri 313. Badri 313 moved the suicide bombers through the gate areas of HKIA for the Abbey Gate attack that killed 13 of our servicemembers and approximately 170 Afghans on August 26, 2021. After completing training at Eagle Base, Lakanwal was transferred to the team supporting CIA's Kandahar Base. The site had a long militant history: it housed Mullah Mohammad Omar from 1994–2001, Osama bin Laden from 1998–2001, and later Camp Gecko from 2002–2021, which was used by the CIA and NDS-03. It served as the headquarters of the Kandahar Strike Force, which led CIA-backed counterterrorism operations in Kandahar, Uruzgan, and Zabul provinces against the Taliban, al-Qaeda, and ISIS. Lakanwal took part in counterterrorism missions alongside U.S. forces in Kandahar. After the attack yesterday on our National Guardsmen in Washington, DC, ISIS channels were the first to praise the incident largely because Lakanwal's half-brother (the son of his father's second wife, pictured left) had been a recruiter for the Islamic State–Khorasan Province (ISKP). His brother, Muawiyah Khurasani aka Hayatullah (pictured below), previously worked with Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Orakzai Agency, Pakistan, before formally joining ISKP. He was killed in a targeted operation in July 2022 in Achin district, Nangarhar province. Some ISIS members claimed he was killed by Pakistan's Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), though that remains unconfirmed. After the fall of Kabul in 2021, Lakanwal's unit the Kandahar Protection Force and the Khost Protection Force (KPF) became prime targets for both the Haqqani Network and ISKP, which sought either to blackmail or recruit former KPF members. Recruitment involved persuading them to join voluntarily; blackmail involved coercing them through threats to their families (many were left behind), exposure of past work with the U.S., or financial pressure. Both groups targeted these units specifically because of their close relationships on U.S. soil, particularly with former CIA officers. In addition, both groups, along with al-Qaeda, saw value in impersonating these units. A couple thousand fake documents and ID cards were produced so terrorists could claim affiliation with KPF/01/02 and other special units. This allowed some individuals to fraudulently move through the U.S. evacuation process by exploiting unsuspecting volunteers and taking advantage of weak vetting procedures. Spoštovana zvesta poslušalca oddaje … Današnji zapis je nadaljevanje zapisa iz lanskega novembra. Takrat je dr. Anže Logar ustanovil svojo stranko, imenovano »Demokrati« in prah, ki ga je s tem dvignil, se na slovenski politični sceni še vedno ni polegel.Tako smo po skoraj pol leta iz bogato obložene police slovenskih političnih sporov ponovno vzeli tega posebneža med špetiri … Spor za današnjo pridigo je zelo enostaven v svoji zapletenosti, kot je zapleten v svoji enostavnosti. Ter kot tak povsem ustreza strogim kriterijem naše oddaje, ki se načeloma ne ukvarja z banalnostmi. A gremo lepo po vrsti, kot so prepiri v Trsti. Stranka SDS na upravnem sodišču toži ministrstvo za notranje zadeve, ker je dovolilo registracijo stranke Demokrati. Kot pojasnilo ... Stranko SDS vodi Janez Janša, stranko Demokrati pa Anže Logar. Kdo danes vodi ministrstvo za notranje zadeve, ni povsem jasno. Kakorkoli … Enostavneje bi bilo, če bi stranka SDS tožila neposredno stranko Demokrati, ampak to bi bilo preveč enostavno; tožba, ki se nanaša na Demokrate in se kanalizira prek notranjega ministrstva, zveni mnogo bolj resno, kot če bi se stranki v postopku tožili, ali pač zmenili medseboj. Ampak v katerem grmu tičijo demokrati? Pri SDS ne brez argumentov trdijo, da se bodo lahko volivci na volišču zmedli. Predsednik Demokratov je bivši član SDS, njegovi stranki do največje opozicijske manjka le pridevnik ali dva in volivci bodo vodili Demokrate, čeprav bodo v resnici hoteli voliti SDS. V takšnem primeru gre za zlorabo volitev, ampak ministrstvo, na katerega je bila tožba naslovljena, jo je tokrat poceni odneslo. Zakon o političnih strankah sicer ustanoviteljem nalaga, da se morajo imena in kratice strank, kot tudi drugi strankarski simboli med seboj razlikovati, a če se slovenske politične stranke malo ali nič ne razlikujejo v vsebini, se še manj ali nič razlikujejo v imenih. Sodišče je v tem sporu poenostavljeno rečeno razsodilo oziroma pojasnilo, da se v čudovitem svetu parlamentarizma imena pač ponavljajo. Ker so slovenske stranke v glavnem registrirane v Sloveniji, imamo v njihovih imenih kolikor hočete Slovenije. Ker je popularno in privlačno, pa tudi politično všečno biti demokrat, je v Sloveniji na veliko uporabljan tudi ta antični pojem. Potem pa je v imenih še nekaj svetovnonazorskih oznak, da pa je bilo sodišče kar se daplastično, je kot precedenčni primer navedlo slovenske zelene stranke, ki jih je kar nekaj, vse pa imajo v imenu tako Slovenijo, kot barvo zdrave zavisti, ki je zelena. Ampak vrnimo se k sporu. Jasno je, da so se Logarjevi Demokrati ugnezdili med imena, kjer že tako ali tako vlada precejšna gneča in bo na volitvah lahko resnično nastala zmeda. Zato čudi, da na novoustanovljene stranke ne sežejo po bolj kreativnih rešitvah, ki so bile kdaj v zgodovini že uporabljene. Če bi recimo namesto Slovenski demokrati uporabili ime stranke »Slovenski avtokrati«, bi bili zagotovo tako opaženi, kot tudi nezmotljivo drugačni. Da ne govorimo, kakšna velika škoda se dela, ker smo tako po nemarnem pozabili na cel spekter potencialnih strankarskih imen, ki nam jih je in nam jih še vedno ponuja marksistično- leninistična dogma. Se pravi, na vse mogoče izpeljanke s socialističnim ali s komunističnim. Slovenski socialisti ali Slovenska komunistična stranka bi bili edini v parlamentarnem prostoru; za ideološki predznak pa se tako ali tako ni bati, saj se recimo nekatere konservativne stranke z velikim veseljem ideološko primerjajo z neoliberalno kapitalistično prakso. Če parafraziramo nesmrtnega barda: »Stranka enako dišala bi z imenom drugim!« V nadaljevanju je škoda, ker se ne uporabljajo pridevniki tipa »radikalen«. Recimo Slovenska radikalna stranka se sicer sliši zlovešče, a radikalen je lahko sodoben človek na mnogih področjih, od katerih jih je večina povsem benignih. Pozabili smo tudi na izpeljanke revolucionarnih imen, na drugi strani pa za čuda nimamo več resne stranke s krščansko ali katoliško referenco v imenu. Kakorkoli; praznega prostora je pri imenih ogromno in škoda se zdi, da so se vsi nagnetli med slovenske demokrate. In Janez Janša je storil edino, kar se zdi v tem primeru razumno. Takoj za njim pa je isto storil še Anže Logar. Še pomnite, kako so na začetku internetnega buma spretneži, ki so vedeli, kam bo pes pomolil taco, vnaprej registrirali računalniške domene podjetij ali posameznikov, ki so jih potem tem prodali za velik denar. Tako sta tudi Janez in Anže pri uradu za intelektualno lastnino preventivno registrirala imeni strank, ki imata v korenu Demokrate in Slovenijo. Se pravi: Slovenski demokrati, Demokrati Slovenije in pa Slovenska demokratska stranka. Ta imena, če bodo pravnomočno registrirana, bodo tako zamrznjena in jih ne bo več mogoče uporabljati, ter se na ta način zastonj kititi s tujim perjem. Ampak kot vedno, jo je politiki zagodla slovenščina. Izpeljank za ime stranke, ki bi imela v korenu tako Demokrate kot Slovenijo je še kar nekaj, in če se hočeta tako Logar kot Janša znebiti morebitnih konkurentov in neupravičenih jezdecev na njunem minulem delu, je treba vnaprej registrirati vse možnosti. In sicer: Demokrati iz Slovenije, Stranka slovenskih demokratov, Slovenskih demokratov stranka, Demokratični Slovenci, Stranka Slovenske demokracije. Demokrati na Slovenskem, Slovenskademokracija, Demokracija po slovensko in pa seveda Stranka Slovencev in demokracije. Če pa držijo zlobna natolcevanja, da sta Janša in Logar tako ali tako dogovorjena, in je nova stranka samo slepilni manever, potem je volivcem resnično vseeno, koga volijo. In ime tako združene stranke bi se glasilo: Slovenska demokratska stranka demokratov.

V Mariboru bo danes uradno zaživela nova stranka. Anže Logar namreč ustanavlja Demokrate - stranko, ki naj bi po njegovih besedah pritegnila tudi marsikoga, ki se doslej v strankarski politiki ni videl. Logar je sicer "nekaj novega", torej samostojno politično pot, napovedal takoj po predsedniških volitvah pred dvema letoma. Njegovo ločevanje od SDS, v kateri je deloval 25 let, pa je trajalo kar dolgo. Svoje delovanje je pred tem zastavil v Platformi sodelovanja, za prvo podobo nove stranke pa bo ob predstavljenih programskih izhodiščih zelo pomembno tudi, kdo se ji bo pridružil že takoj na začetku delovanja. V oddaji tudi: - Odbor za finance o dopolnilih k predlogu rekordnega proračuna za prihodnje leto. - Na enega od sedežev Mirovne misije v Libanonu padel topniški izstrelek. - Ukrajina pogovor med Scholzem in Putinom označila kot poskus popuščanja Rusiji.

V novi epizodi oddaje Radio Ga Ga – nova generacija bomo seveda v živo spremljali dražbo, ki jo bo za poplačilo stroškov do krivosodja skupaj s prijatelji iz stranke vodil sam Janez Janša. Klice bo sprejemal Aleš Hojs, spletno stran bo postavil g. Mandžukić, za tekoče zadeve bo poskrbel Franc Breznik, za uspešno prodajo pa vedeževalec Blaž. Uroš Slak se bo o novih vladnih strategijah obračunavanja omrežnine pogovarjal s premierjem Golobom in Aljošo Bagolo, Anže Logar pa bo po odstopu Franca Kanglerja z mesta prometnega reporterja prevzel še eno stvar, ki je bila do zdaj v rokah SDS. Marcel se bo pogovarjal o novem 15 minutnem mestu Čukitown, ki ga na robu Ljubljane gradi Jože Potrebuješ, svoje misli o mestu in vasi pa bosta z nami delila Slavoj Žižek in Gašper Bergant, vse to in verjetno tudi kaj čisto drugega, v petek malo po deseti na Prvem programu Radia Slovenija.

Kot trenutno kaže, ima demokracija največjo težavo z demokrati. Pa ne le tistimi, ki se te dni merijo z republikanci, temveč tudi z demokrati iz sosedje ulice. Saj so težave tudi z ostalimi svetovnonazorskimi in političnimi imenovanji, ampak demokrati so v nenehni nevarnosti, da ekspresno postanejo to, kar niso. Če si republikanec, težko postaneš bolj ali manj republikanec, ali pa recimo prenehaš biti liberalec – kot demokratu pa ti nedemokratičnost ves čas visi za vratom. Ob tem pa v političnem prostoru vlada inflacija demokratov, na kar je zadnjič pravilno in upravičeno opozoril Janez Janša.Zadeva je namreč ta, da se bo nova stranka Anžeta Logarja imenovala "Demokrati". Janša, ki ima čarovniškega vajenca že tako ali tako po malem v želodcu, se je razjezil, da je ime Demokrati preveč podobno imenu njegove in do včeraj še Logarjeve stranke SDS, kar stoji za "Slovenska demokratska stranka". V kateri so, logično, zbrani slovenski demokrati. A obrv so dvignili tudi še preostali slovenski demokrati, ki se predstavljajo kot krščanski ali pa socialni, ni pa bilo vseeno niti prvoborcem iz devetdesetih, ki so se njega dni tudi poimenovali demokrati. Na volitvah tako lahko nastane precejšnja šlamastika. Kako velika, lahko pravkar opazujemo v Združenih državah, kjer imajo sicer samo ene demokrate in ene republikance, pa so volivci prav tako zmedeni, tako da se raje odločajo med moškim in žensko. A naša današnja analiza bo ime prihodnje Logarjeve stranke odpeljala na področje nezavednega, na področje sublimiranih sporočil, ki jih zavestni um preskoči, še kako pa jih zazna človekova podzavest. Torej imamo, oziroma bomo imeli Logarjevo stranko Demokrati. Logar je, zato, da jo je ustanovil, zapustil Slovensko demokratsko stranko. Ampak tudi Logarjevi demokrati bodo stranka. Ker bodo registrirani v seznamu političnih strank. In ker bodo registrirani v Sloveniji, bodo še vedno tudi slovenska stranka. Če nečesa ne zapišeš neposredno, ne pomeni, da to ne obstaja. Se pravi, da bodo Logarjevi demokrati še vedno slovenska stranka, in ko jim dodamo še izbrano ime, vidimo, da bo nova stranka sicer poimenovana Demokrati, na področju nezavednega pa jo bomo volivci sprejemali kot "slovensko demokratsko stranko". Logarjevi demokrati bodo tako SDS brez SS. Pomeni, da bodo volivci, ki se bodo odločili za Logarja, sicer volili Demokrate po nazivu, a s pomočjo sublimiranih sporočil bodo pravzaprav volili SDS. Ampak to je le začetek neverjetne analize. Mnogo političnih analitikov se namreč nagiba k možnosti, da so Logarjevi demokrati samo satelit oziroma trojanski konj, ki sta ga oba zvitorepa politika načrtovala družno z roko v roki ter se bosta takoj po volitvah združila in zavladala slovenskemu političnemu prostoru. Z združitvijo ne bi smelo biti problema; tudi če bi obe stranki združili po najenostavnejšem upravnem postopku bi dobili novo ime: "Slovenska demokratska stranka demokratov", ali s kratico SDSD. Pripadnike stranke pa bi enostavno klicali slovenski dvojni demokrati. Ki pa jih seveda ne bi smeli zamenjevati s Socialnimi demokrati, ki sedijo na dveh stolih. Tudi njim pogovorno pravimo SDSD. Večjo težavo imamo v naši skromni redakciji z manevrom, ki zahteva lesenega konja. Kot nam sporoča božanski Homer v Odiseji, so se vojaki spravili v maketo konja, ga kot darilo pustili pred vrati Iliosa in tako naprej in tako nazaj. Seveda v ustanovitvi Logarjevih Demokratov, trojanskega konja razumemo kot prispodobo, a kljub temu ostaja odprto vprašanje, kdo je konj, če je Troja slovenski politični prostor. Hočemo poudariti, da ni povsem jasno, ali je Logar konj, v katerega zleze Janša, kajti povsem mogoče je tudi, da je Janša vaba, v kateri se skriva Logar. Kakorkoli že; tudi če bomo v Sloveniji dobili v novembru še četrto skupino demokratov, je to gotovo bolje, kot če je ne bi dobili, oziroma če bi se politično organizirali nedemokrati. Kajti demokracija je čudna bilka, skoraj podobna plevelu, da ne zapišemo invazivni vrsti. V Združenih državah se je je zaredilo toliko, da jo izvažajo po vsem svetu, pa ne glede na to, ali sedi v ovalni pisarni demokrat ali republikanec. Ali ženska ali moški.

Bil je gost vseh podcastov, intervjujev in okroglih miz v zadnjih dveh tednih, zato je bil seveda logična izbira tudi za vodenje današnje oddaje Radia Ga Ga – Nova generacija – nihče drug kot Anže Logar, ki mu bodo družbo v studiu delali bivši strankarski kolegi Janez, Branko in Aleš. Uroš Slak bo v studiu gostil premierja Roberta Goloba, ki bo še enkrat razložil vse o svojem srečanju s Tatjano, Aljoša Bagola pa bo predstavil novo knjigo za zapornike. Luka Mesec bo predstavil nov paket mobilne telefonije, ki upošteva pravico do odklopa, Lahovnik, Janković in Popovič bodo določili novo korupcijsko maržo, slišali pa bomo tudi odlomek iz nove informativno-razvedrilne oddaje Bergant in Bergant. Kaj lahko Han ponudi tujim vlagateljem, kaj Golobu svetujejo bivši zaporniki, kdo vse bo tekel na Ljubljanskem maratonu in verjetno še kaj v petek dopoldne po deseti na Prvem programu Radia Slovenija.

V Centrifugi govorimo o zgodnjem začetku volilne tekme, o političnih izdajah in zvestobi, o težavah, ki so se zgrnile na dve največji stranki – opozicijsko SDS in vladno Gibanje Svoboda. Povemo, zakaj predčasnih volitev za zdaj pri nas ne bo in zakaj v resnici ni pomembno, ali je Logar izstopil iz SDS v dogovoru z Janšo ali ne. Opozorimo tudi na vse tanjšo mejo med javnim in zasebnim, o korporacijah in blagovnih znamkah, ki vstopajo že tudi v vesolje. Tedenski pregled sta pripravili Tanja Starič in Mirta Berlan.

Danes pa nekaj o veselem pričakovanju, ki prežema slovenski politični prostor. Skladno s koncem lovopusta deležniki napovedujejo kar nekaj novih strank, ki potencialno pomenijo več izbire za volivce na prihajajočih državnozborskih volitvah. Kar pa je najbolj zanimivo … Nove stranke ne bodo stare stranke z novimi obrazi, temveč bodo to nove stranke s starimi obrazi. Zares dramatičen zasuk dosedanje prakse. Kot rečeno, ker je jesen topla z dosti vlage, stranke lepo rastejo tudi v nižje ležečih gozdovih. Tako smo med tokratno sezono zdaj že zares prepričani, da smo na poti k za zunanje opazovalce utopičnemu cilju: »Dva milijona strank za dva milijona Slovencev!« Ker celo naša analitična moč ne zmore dovolj kakovostne analize vseh napovedanih krepitev demokratičnega prostora, bomo danes analizirali samo tri. Prva je stranka Anžeta Logarja. Nekaj vemo zagotovo. Stranka Anžeta Logarja bo sredinska in stranka Anžeta Logarja bo združevalna. Hkrati pa napoved Anžetove stranke v resnici govori o tem, kako malo premisleka je v slovenski politiki. Oziroma, kako politiki kar govorijo nekaj v tri dni, ne da bi se zares ustavili in o povedanem tudi kdaj premislili. Ker slovenski politiki, med njimi Anže Logar, so recimo trdno prepričani, da sredina združuje. Če bi se vsaj malo poglobili v skrivnosti semantike, bi ugotovili, da sredina v bistvu razdružuje. Če ne bi, bi ne bila sredina. O tem nam pričajo ena najzgodnejših besedil na Slovenskem, ki jih je moral med izobraževanjem srečati tudi dr. Anže Logar. Recimo: J. Jurčič poroča, kako je Krjavelj presekal hudiča. Sicer nikjer ni zavedeno, da ga je po sredini, a sodoben bralec lahko sklepa, da ga je, ker je naredil presekani vrag v morje dva skoraj identična pljuska. Potem pa je tu še Robin Hood. Kljub temu da je na lokostrelskem tekmovanju puščica konkurenta že zadela politično sredino, jo je Robin s svojim strelom še razpolovil in s tem dokazal, da pojem politična sredina vsaj v semantiki ne obstaja. Je pa tudi nedorečeno, kaj pomeni pojem politična sredina v cenjenem cehu politike same. Če levičarji na levi pojejo italijanske borbene pesmi in se v blagostanju slovenskega srednjega razreda zavzemajo za proletariat, desničarji na desni pa hodijo v cerkev ob največjih praznikih in poslušajo Slaka ter Heleno Blagne – kaj je potem politična sredina? Mogoče jo je najlepše poosebil prav prej omenjeni Robin Hood. Kljub boju za delavske pravice je ostal lojalen kralju, se pravi kapitalu. Hočemo povedati, da če bosta Anže in njegova stranka res sredinsko združevalna, zna biti celo podjetje precej sitno in boleče. Ena ritnica na levem in druga na desnem stolu. Druga današnja stranka je ona, ki jo napoveduje Marko Lotrič, predsednik državnega sveta. Ta se je še bolj zapletel v nesmisle semantike, saj napoveduje, da se bo njegova stranka gibala med levo in desno politično sredino. Se pravi ne le, da je vrli podjetnik izumil dve sredini, temveč bo rodil begavo politično organizacijo, ki bo kot nekakšen hrček tekala naokoli po političnem prostoru. Ampak pustimo podpomene pod pomeni ter se posvetimo novi stranki Marka Lotriča. Kot pravi, bo to stranka slovenskega gospodarstva. Kar je za pohvaliti – z manjšim zadržkom, da nimamo pojma, kaj je to gospodarstvo? Oziroma, koga ali kaj bodoči predsednik stranke razume kot gospodarstvo. Ni treba ravno veliko raziskovalnega novinarstva, da ugotovimo, kako drugače uspešen podjetnik in lastnik podjetja meni, kako so gospodarstvo predvsem lastniki kapitala in menedžerji. Se pravi, da ga oni drugi del gospodarstva, ki smo mi, oziroma tisti, ki smo delovna sila, na srečo pa tudi volivci, ne zanimamo prav dosti. Povedano drugače: kapitalisti bi nas radi prepričali, naj volimo za kapitaliste, da bi potem lahko postali še večji kapitalisti … Prihodnja gospodarska stranka bo poskrbela za lepšo prihodnost lastniškega in upravljavskega dela gospodarstva, če pa bo kaj padlo z bogato obložene mize, toliko bolje za nas. Kot pa smo se naučili do zdaj; splača se dvigniti roko že za drobtinice. Tretja stranko pa ustanavlja Karel Erjavec. O tem politične veteranu skoraj nimamo kaj za povedati, razen tega, da Karel seveda sestavlja stranko politične sredine. Z napovedjo Karla Erjavca in s strankama Anžeta Logarja in Marka Lotriča bo politična sredina postala najbolj tekmovalen del političnega prostora, ob manjši napaki ... Slovenska politična razdeljenost, ki jo simbolizira prej omenjeni Krjavelj, pozna samo dva politična pola in teza o zmernih volivcih, ki so voljni preseči staroslovence, mladoslovence, partizane in belogardiste, Kučana in Janšo, je samo mit. Torej bodo vsaj tri nove stranke ribarile v ribniku, kjer razen pošvedranih čevljev in ene polovice Krjavljevega vraga ni nič drugega. Karel, ikona slovenske politične preteklosti, je ob sebi zbral še nekaj znanih in izkušenih imen ter celotno podjetje poimenoval »Zbor za prihodnost Slovenije«, s čemer je na najlepši način potrdil učenje starih modrecev, da sta preteklost, sedanjost in prihodnost eno in isto, ter da je vse naše bivanje, sploh pa Karlovo, le nenehno kroženje neuničljive energije

Komentiramo dogajanje doma in po svetu. V Sloveniji so v ospredju obravnava državnega proračuna v državnem zboru za prihodnji dve leti; nova ministra v vladi Roberta Goloba sta začela delati ta teden; medtem je Anže Logar, zdaj že nekdanji poslanec SDS, stopil na samostojno politično pot. V središču našega zanimanja so tudi zdravstvo in razmere v avtomobilski industriji. V svetu odmeva vojaški konflikt na Bližnjem vzhodu, kjer nihče ne vidi miru, z reportažo iz Bosne in Hercegovine pa razkrivamo razsežnosti poplav, ki so pri ljudeh povzročile številne stiske, tudi duševne. S številnimi od njih se po dobrem letu še vedno spoprijemajo poplavljenci pri nas. Govorili bomo tudi o letošnjih Nobelovih nagrajencih.

V okviru Zdravniške zbornice se krepijo svarila, da bi ostrejša razmejitev javnega in zasebnega dela v zdravstvu še pospešila odhode specialistov - s tem bi se podaljšale čakalne dobe in zmanjšala dostopnost do storitev. Predsednica združenja Europa Donna Tanja Španič meni, da operacije, kot so pri onkoloških bolnikih, običajno niso dostopne niti samoplačniško, dostopa do njih pa v realnosti še naprej ne bo, čeprav bo obstajal na papirju. Druge teme: - JEK 2 je ena od tem obiska vodje Mednarodne agencije za jedrsko energijo Rafaela Grossija v Sloveniji. Premier Robert Golob v zvezi z novembrskim referendumom o projektu poudarja dejal, da želimo vedet, ali je ta opcija nekaj, v kar prebivalci verjamejo kot o realni opciji. O konkretni izvedljivosti projekta pa, da se bomo odločali leta 2027 - V SDS so potrdili, da je Anže Logar zapustil stranko. Njen predsednik Janez Janša pričakuje, da bo Logar vrnil tudi poslanski mandat. - Na vrhu Ukrajina - jugovzhodna Evropa v Dubrovniku ukrajinski predsednik Volodimir Zelenski predstavlja načrt za mir. Na Bližnjem vzhodu Izrael od Libanona zahteva uničenje Hezbolaha.

Slovensko nogometno reprezentanco čaka drugi nastop na evropskem prvenstvu. O njenih možnostih, prednostih in adutih ter športu mladih razmišlja nekdanji reprezentant, danes pa trener Mure Tonči Žlogar.

Jamil Jan Kochai is the author of 99 Nights in Logar, a finalist for the Pen/Hemingway Award for Debut Novel and the DSC Prize for South Asian Literature. He was born in an Afghan refugee camp in Peshawar, Pakistan, but he originally hails from Logar, Afghanistan. His short stories and essays have appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Ploughshares, and The O. Henry Prize Stories 2018.
