Consider the power of "I am" statements. Saying "I am healthy and I make healthy decisions" repeatedly plants the seed of this reality in your mind. However, belief solidifies when your actions reflect these affirmations. For example, choosing a healthy option at a restaurant because you believe in your health-focused identity. "I can because I am" is an empowering statement I've found incredibly effective. It's about reinforcing your belief through daily actions, whether it's exercising, working on your business, or pursuing education. The Law of Attraction teaches us that like attracts like, meaning becoming what you desire is the key to attracting it into your life. By embodying your goals, your path becomes clear. Consider the example of a math genius who effortlessly solves a problem that stumps others. Their ability to see the solution isn't because the problem is different, but because they are. Similarly, changing ourselves changes our understanding and perception of the world around us. Adopting powerful "I am" statements and living in alignment with them every day attracts patterns of success, ease, and positivity. "I can because I am" is not just about having certain things but being at peace within. This internal peace makes external chaos irrelevant. Gratitude amplifies this process. Recognizing and appreciating the steps you take daily towards your goals reinforces your alignment with your desired identity. It's crucial to understand that challenges and obstacles are external; the real power lies within your mindset. Our perception of experiences, like watching a movie, is colored by our internal state. A negative interaction before the movie can sour the experience, while positive reinforcement beforehand can enhance it. This illustrates how our frequency, or energy, influences our perception of reality. Our focus determines our reality. Everything, from the simplest object to the most complex concept, contains infinite layers. Our perception and understanding of these layers depend on our mindset. Taking control of our thoughts and affirmations, like "I can because I am," is the first step toward mastery over our reality. The journey toward a positive mindset is not about the external rewards we might gain but the realization that we don't need these things to be fulfilled. True fulfillment comes from within, from the stillness and peace that we cultivate through our thoughts and actions. it's up to you on how you react to people and things that happen to you. you don't immediately change into a positive person over night. yea your mindset changes, but you gotta do all the maintenance work still. you won't always be happy and positive. life will test you, but its also making you stronger, wiser, and helping you learn new things. its okay if a negative thought or feeling pops up but you should immediately stop it and talk to yourself. ask yourself and look inwards on why you're getting that certain negative thought or feeling. then ask yourself if being negative is going to help you in any way, your answer should be no, because it really won't help. you don't want to purposely manifest anything negative in your life so change the negativity into positivity. you are in control of your feelings and thoughts! “Look at the brightside.” “Think positive.” “It's not all bad.” How many times have you thought or been told to think like this when the words just fell flat in front of you? There are a lot of great things about having a positive attitude and a positive mindset. But, if the positive thought is something that isn't true for you, it's not going to be very useful in helping you move forward in your life, experience the change you need or process the emotions you're going through. Worse yet, just thinking positive when you don't feel it can throw you into a shame spiral of judging yourself for not thinking the way you think you should be thinking! Ugh! We are constantly being advised to watch what we are thinking, because the Universe is listening and responding to our thoughts as if they were direct orders for the Universe to follow.
