But this hobby has also had an unexpected impact on Rachel: she has learned how to move through life like you're in a dance. As Rachel faces many endings and new beginnings at this time, from closing the Yoga Girl company, to a new project with her brother, and starting the Klaveret podcast with her best friends, the lesson continues to be: let go and let life lead the way. Hon driver även en agentur för äldre. https://www.goldenagemodels.com/about På hemsidan skriver de:"We are a pro-aging modeling agency. We believe in the power of natural aging. We take an active stand against youth-enhancing procedures and treatments, such as fillers, botox, cosmetic surgery, and other invasive treatments."Och det gillar jag. Welcome to another episode of The Women of Austin Podcast! In this installment, host Mindy Hofman engages in a heartfelt conversation with ATX Yoga Girl, Cynthia Aguillón Bernard. This episode delves into Cynthia's inspiring journey, beginning with the origins of her memorable name and her previous career as a corporate trainer for Estée Lauder, which involved extensive travel. Cynthia shares a pivotal moment in her life—losing a partner to an overdose—which led her to reevaluate everything. A friend introduced her to yoga, sparking a transformation that would reshape her future. This journey took her to Indonesia and Bali, where she immersed herself in yoga and meditation, returning with a renewed purpose: to help others through yoga. Embracing her newfound passion, Cynthia began teaching yoga to children, tapping into her desire to support the younger generation. She pursued her teacher training in Costa Rica, where she also met her now-husband. Cynthia explains her decision to become a mobile yoga instructor, allowing her to reach a wider audience. She teaches yoga to everyone, from toddlers to adults, and even shares her unique experience with Goat Yoga. Host Mindy Hofman asks Cynthia about her favorite teaching locations, and Cynthia highlights her free sound bath meditation sessions at Peace Park, open to all. She also shares the unusual experience of teaching yoga inside a brewery. Cynthia discusses the challenges of teaching yoga in the Texas heat, noting that she often schedules outdoor classes in the morning or takes breaks during extreme weather to rest and recharge. Finally, Cynthia expresses her love for partnering with non-profits to give back to the community. If you want to connect with Cynthia, you can find her at the links below. We love you for watching!

Grab your girl-gang (or mates), head to yoga and then, release the puppy-dogs!! Huh? Yep, puppy-yoga is a thing and Waz tries to understand it. Plus, Nic and Waz chew the fat on friendships, getting away with mates and why having a girl-gang is an important part of life. Oh, and puppies.

Foto: Stina Caesar.Hosted on Acast.© Sofie Kraft Hosted on Acast. Kristine Deer grew up as the youngest of three girls in the suburbs of New Jersey in a home with artistic and creative parents, and an “art room” in lieu of a dining room. Her love for fashion and hot yoga started her on the journey to create apparel that was both functional and expressive, initially for herself, and ultimately transforming into a business, K-DEER, known for their iconic bright and colorful striped leggings. ❤️ Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

It seems like a lifetime ago that I sat down for this inspiring conversation with Rachel Brathen. You may know Rachel as Yoga Girl, her massively popular online brand. While we had briefly met once before, what you're about to hear was the first real conversation the two of us had together...and I enjoyed it so much. While Rachel is a world-renowned teacher, she's down-to-earth, genuine, and wonderfully warm-hearted. This episode was recorded in the Costa Rican jungle at the Envision Festival. We sat down in our Life-Force Academy Lounge with an intimate audience and talked about her inspiring life journey, the joys and challenges of motherhood, family life, her fave shows :-) and much more. TRIGGER WARNING This week I'm speaking with Hannah Barrett, who you might know better as Yoga Girl London. Hannah is a yoga teacher and has a real passion for helping people transform their lives through yoga. Hannah particularly loves supporting mothers, and she specialises in pre and post-natal yoga. This episode comes with a trigger warning: Hannah shares in detail about the trauma she experienced during her daughter's early days. It left Hannah with PTSD and a huge part of our conversation is how yoga helped her to save her sanity when she felt totally lost and in a very dark place. Even if you're not into yoga, I think you'll get a lot from this episode. We talk about self-care, Hannah's ‘happy habits' and how she learned how to ask for help, having found that really challenging to start with. I hope you enjoy the episode. For the full episode show notes, please head over to motherkind.co.

We talk about the new book quite a bit, as well as two of my very favourite topics: healing and motherhood. Rachel has so much wisdom, humility and humour, I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did. Here's what we talk about: - Rachel's new book, ‘To Love and Let Go' - Rachel's reflections on healing from her own journey - Rachel's experiences of motherhood - How Rachel uses yoga and meditation to show up in the best way for her daughter - The one gift she would give all mothers
