Sean's training schedule was 3 push-pull days, lower body 2 times a week, and abs 2 times a week. The hardest part was trying to function and fight fatigue while eating low-carb. Practice makes perfect when it comes to posting. Sean posed at least 3 times a day and worked with a coach to become more fluid and natural. [32:33] Sleep cycles are made up of deep sleep, REM and light sleep. We need deep sleep to rest and relax and REM to have good memory and recall, and to stay sharp and focused. While weightlifting works in the limited range of motion, calisthenics deals with balance and coordination, and a whole bunch of other factors. [28:34] Once Brandon learned to dial in his diet, he saw it was way easier to get and stay lean. [33:03] To use an analogy of our body being like a car, adaptogens help us take our foot off the brake, while Adderall puts our foot on the gas.
