Twin brothers Adam and David Moss have been harmonizing together since their days as kids trapped in their parents car, forced to listen to 60s folk and show tunes. As it turns out, they actually love this music, and now we benefit from it, courtesy of The Brother Brothers latest album, Cover to Cover. It's a love letter of sorts, dedicated to the music that has inspired them throughout their lives. Reggae icon & award winning artist Jay Douglas joins the DTP to discuss his first ever Blues album “Confession”! Jay Douglas' new 14 -song album is a testament to his long love of Jump Blues and the type of Rhythm and Blues that came out in the 50's from artists such as Roscoe Gordon, Johnny Ace, Bobby Bland, Dave Bartholomew and Ray Charles. In the spirit of his influencers Jay penned three originals that includes a toast to his city ("I Love Toronto") and a big band holiday song ("Merry Christmas") with the latter reminiscent of a Quincy Jones arrangement for Joe Williams with the Count Basie Orchestra. Throughout his time of entertaining, Jay has developed into an Internationally idolized musical renaissance man thanks to his wide-ranging repertoire of Reggae, American blues, West Indian rhythms, and jazz standards Connect with Jay Douglas — — Support Colton Gee and Desert Tiger ----- Check out our webstore @ Follow the Desert Tiger Podcast @ Follow Colton Gee @ -----

Adam James Carson, a face known to many all across Nashville, came into the studio to gift our ears with his much sought after beautiful voice. Hailing from New Jersey, Adam moved to Nashville several years ago to pursue a career in music. Early in life he started in musical theatre, somehow worked his way into a few commercials, then after college immediately set out to take over Nashville, TN and make a name for himself. He joined a few bands here and there, but it wasn't until he took full control over his personal music career that something clicked. 4 years now he has been playing music full time, amassing the reputation of having the "voice of an angel." HIs new single "Shut Your Mouth And Hurt Me" recently dropped on Apple Music and Spotify, with more singles on the way in the near future. We had a blast with Adam, and damnit if his songs don't just have this way of getting stuck in your head...
