This is a re-air from Emily Hirsh's Embodied Marketing Podcast. We go deep on speaking with certainty without being mean, why conviction builds trust, and how I grew 41,000 followers in 60 days by making content feel like art, not obligation. I share my scripting and teleprompter process so you never sound robotic, how I batch on the couch to stay consistent, and the brain and nervous system science behind talking out loud so your message actually lands. You'll hear: • Direct vs polarizing and why certainty sells • Teleprompter and scripting secrets that still sound human • Batching, repurposing, and repeating winners without burning out • Mirror work, self-talk, and the neuroscience of being seenSend us Fan Mail Support the showResources + Links Join The Out Loud SchoolExplore more of my workRead my book, Say It Out Loud
The Launch Strategies That Actually Work In Today's Trust-Recession Market In this episode, I'm joined by Emily Hirsh, CEO of Embodied Marketing, to uncover the strategies that are actually working in today's digital course landscape. We're no longer in the early days when a course could succeed just by sharing information. Today's buyers are overloaded, skeptical, and more selective than ever. What's winning? Messaging with an emotional connection. And launch strategies that are both smart and sustainable. Emily and I dig into the biggest mistakes course creators are making right now, why launches underperform, and how to shift your strategy to cut through the noise. You'll walk away with practical, actionable steps you can apply immediately — whether you're launching for the first time or reworking a course that hasn't hit its stride yet. HERE ARE THE 3 KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE: 1️⃣ Messaging is your greatest competitive advantage – Most less-than-sucessful launches come down to surface-level copy. When your words reflect the real pain, frustrations, and desires of your audience, you stand out in a crowded market. 2️⃣ Your course doesn't need more content, it needs a clearer path – Buyers don't want to sift through hours of information. They want transformation, delivered in the simplest, fastest way possible. 3️⃣ Warm buyers convert best – A lead magnet followed by a low-ticket offer before the webinar builds trust, offsets ad costs, and creates higher-quality leads that are ready to buy. RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: It's not course creation that eats up your time and money. It's guessing your way through it. For just $47, I'll show you exactly how to choose and structure your offer, and how to validate it before you ever spend months building something that may not sell inside of my LIVE Bootcamp, Course Confident. And here's the best part: you won't be doing it alone. You'll have the support of me, my team, a community of other course creators, and an AI assistant I personally trained to guide you step by step, so you're never stuck wondering what's next or if you're doing it right. Think of it as a small investment of time now that saves you months of frustration (and thousands of dollars) later.

Hey loves! Today I'm joined by Allyson Byrd. Enjoy this amazing episode! "We were talking about what really matters to us and I said, ‘I'm ready to be beyond the abandonment, shame, and rejection'. And someone sitting back there replied, ‘So then, what story are you willing to tell yourself about it?'" In today's episode, we talk about: How to move through abandonment How to make peace through the hardest times of your life How to author a new story Understanding how to give to yourself when you are overextending from a wounded place How to make peace with rejection, shame, and abandonment What overextension looks like when serving others to avoid your own self-love Reclaim and remember who you are at your core So many coaches show up to teach all the pitfalls to avoid in hopes of you curating maybe 10% more success in your life. That is until they tell you that barely the top 1% of people make it into the sacred rings of achievement. It's called motivational speaking but it sounds tragic AF, right? Well, after screwing up her life for over 20 years with multiple careers, failed business ideas, sad singleness, unhappy family, broken relationships, no money, living in a tiny apartment, and weighing in at 345lbs, Allyson discovered motivational speaking and how unmotivated she was when she heard it. She then read the Gandhi quote, “Be the change you wish to see in this world.”, and she decided to change the game. When Allyson speaks, she answers the question, “WHAT IF IT ALL GOES RIGHT?”. Through her own story, she shares how she made life way harder than it ever had to be. For decades she trash-talked and shamed herself, letting perfectionism, anxiety, people-pleasing, and other self-sabotaging habits take over until she hardly recognized herself. She says that if you saw her during those times, you'd say she was positive and cheerful, but inside she was relentlessly beating herself up and frustrated that life never went her way. Can you relate? The hard core truth is that inner peace is a lot of f*cking work but so is living in shame, overwhelm, lack, scarcity, or fear. We all get to choose our “hard” and Allyson is the master of teaching you how to do it with ease. Reinventing your life — getting what you really want in business, at home, and in your relationships may seem hard. It's not. You can do it. You just need to know how. Congratulations… you're in the bonus round of life where you manifested “Allyson!” Connect with Allyson: - Find Allyson on Instagram @iamallysonbyrd. - Check out her website here. Hey you wild women! Staying ahead of the marketing curve is always a great advantage. Getting clear on your strategy to actually create the conversion? That's the tough part. As small business owners, we often end up throwing spaghetti at the wall, hoping something will stick - until the overwhelm sets in, sending us back to the drawing board, or quitting altogether. As this week's guest explains, “Avoid the spaghetti approach. Otherwise it's a gamble like playing the lottery with your marketing.” At the root of it, successful marketing takes more than a great offer presented in a webinar. In a buyer-hesitant market, it takes mastering messaging, constant refinement, and a fully cohesive strategy. As Emily Hirsh explains, it's important to understand how long it realistically takes to do it well. Emily is a leading digital marketing strategist, young entrepreneur, and founder of Hirsh Marketing, one of the fastest growing digital marketing agencies with over $114 million (and counting!) in client revenue generated. In this episode, we discuss the importance of defining your ideal customer, some clever strategies to help you stand out from the competition, and how to stay focused and motivated along the way. Plus, Emily shares her predictions on what we can expect to see in marketing in 2023! In this episode you will learn about: How to strategically survive and thrive during a recession The benefits of releasing unfiltered, transparent content Marketing predictions for 2023 Sneaky marketing secrets for your small business How to get clear on YOUR strategy and take action Letting go of unrealistic marketing expectations What it means to be a wild woman: Freedom to make my own schedule, rules and reality. Hey there, Brave Table squad! Welcome back for another incredible and BRAVE conversation with my guest, Andrea Klein. Andrea is a licensed esthetician, business owner, and self-proclaimed women's activist. She started her career by going to beauty school at age 34. In less than 10 years, she built a 7-figure day spa that she was able to retire from so she could work on her life's purpose, the Liberté Foundation for Women: a non-profit organization that offers the gift of freedom by giving grants to female-owned businesses. Having spent much of her life trapped in religious indoctrination, Andrea found freedom through entrepreneurship. Now, it's her mission to pay it forward. Andrea travels the world documenting women's stories of freedom and entrepreneurship. Some of the women speak about building their business and others simply answer her question, "What does freedom mean to you?" That's not a simple question of course, but digging deeper and asking "why is that your answer?" is where the magic happens. Andrea's goal is to tell these stories of liberation, elevate women in the trade, and provide a platform to the underdogs who are the backbone of their local economy. She is so inspiring, and I'm SO excited for you to hear her story! What you'll get out of this episode… - How to overcome religious indoctrination (especially when you come out of a highly patriarchal fundamentalist organization that puts women in subjection to men, heavily discourages higher education, and tells you the world is ending at any moment.) - Surviving getting shunned by your family and religious community when you leave the organization (or get kicked out) - Being brave as a stepping stone to finding freedom - How creating a small business can give you freedom, and how to use that freedom to help others - The importance of taking risks and her advice for anyone looking to take the leap themselves - Turning challenging life situations into a platform for creating the life you want Make sure you also check out… ***Exclusive to The Brave Table audience*** get $50 OFF Andrea's Onyx Skincare Device with this link: https://liberte-skincare-co.myshopify.com/discount/BEBRAVE?redirect=%2Fproducts%2Fonyx - a portion of the proceeds goes to the Liberte Foundation for Women! Brave Table fam, welcome back for another super juicy episode today with my dear soul sister Ashley Stahl. This woman is wise beyond her years — a total wordsmith whose incredible life experiences have provided her with many profound lessons and insights, which she shares with us today. Ashley went from counterterrorism professional to career coach, journalist, TEDx Talk speaker (one of the most-watched of all time!), and author of the bestselling book, You Turn: Get Unstuck, Discover Your Direction, and Design Your Dream Career. Today's episode of the podcast is an interview with Emily Hirsh. Emily is a leading Digital Marketing Strategist and CEO & founder of Hirsh Marketing, one of the largest and fastest growing digital marketing companies in the world. Emily and her team of experts work with top-level influencers and game-changing entrepreneurs and to grow their businesses and generate massive revenue using her revolutionary Hirsh Process. We talk all about the foundations of marketing, how to have a successful launch and that we actually can't do it all so it's ok to ask for help! KEY TAKEAWAYS COVERED IN THE PODCAST Always focus on the value you deliver – if you are delivering a really great service, people will talk about it and organically grow your business. Make it a priority to give attention to the service you are delivering. True marketing comes from refinement, optimising and learning. The foundations of marketing - messaging, strategy and overall offer. The core of your marketing is messaging – your understanding of your ideal customer in a deep and emotional way. This drives all your marketing. Then you need to look at how you communicate your offer and what you sell. You can't build anything on a bad foundation! In order to have a successful launch, you need to have a warm audience BEFORE you go into launching. You need to grow your email list prior to launching who are interested and trust you. If you are just getting started – understand your ideal customer and create value adding content. The success of your launch is in what happens before and after your launch. People don't buy on their first contact with you! You have to build their trust. It takes 7-10 touchpoints before someone may choose to buy with you so you have to create them. Try and do something every single month to grow your warm audience list. Be realistic with your goals – we are all at different stages in our businesses. You have to build it up slowly – it doesn't happen overnight. Success is created from the foundations. We need to make sure our content is entertaining to our target audience. It's not enough to just have an image with some copy for an ad anymore – there needs to be something more interactive, engaging and creative. Content is driving everything – it's how we get attention on everything we do! You have to stand out with your content. Create a way for people to gain trust and connection from you and your brand. Offer a higher level of connection through dms, chat boxes, Q&As, lives. You can't have a perfect balance all the time – but you can create your definition of this. You can only do as much as your season of life allows! It won't be forever. People may not actually be “doing it all” – they probably have help! THE ONE THING YOU NEED TO REMEMBER ABOVE ALL ELSE… Having a successful launch is down to what happens before and after the actual launch. You can't just decide to launch in 3 weeks' time and expect it to be an instant success. HIGHLIGHTS YOU SIMPLY CAN'T MISS Emily's journey so far and how she got to where she is now! How do you know when it's time to invest in Facebook Ads? How big does your audience have to be for it to work? Is it cheating if you gain followers from ads instead of organic growth? Today's guest on the podcast will answer all these questions and more! Emily Hirsh is a leading Digital Marketing Strategist and the founder of Hirsh Marketing. She's worked with many clients who run digital empires across the world and helped them super-charge their reach. And in this episode of The Wellness Entrepreneur, I ask all the questions that entrepreneurs with young businesses have about digital marketing and the true effectiveness of Facebook ads. Dive in with us, as we explore: - The ONE element you must have ready before you use ads to amplify your reach - Whether ads works even if you have a small budget for marketing - What are cold and warm audiences, and how can you ensure that you're reaching out to both with your content? - Images, videos, or copy: what stops the scroll and what gets your prospects to click on your content? - Why Emily decided to start an agency and how having a team catapulted her growth - How you can absolutely run ads for your own business yourself, but why you may choose not to. Emily drops a lot of valuable information in this episode, and for any entrepreneur who is ready to grow their business, this interview is a goldmine. But beyond the reach and impact of advertising on social media, Emily also gives us a candid view into her business philosophy and the lessons she's learned while running her agency. [15:45] When you boost a post the objective of your ad is engagement. Put ads in every spot of your customer journey where you would like people to take action. Catherine is here today with Emily Hirsh. Emily is an industry-leading Facebook Ad Manager and Sales Funnel Strategist who works with entrepreneurs such as Marie Forleo, to grow their businesses and generate revenue using proven Facebook and sales funnel strategies. She has built a top-level team of strategists, copywriters, graphic designers, and marketers to help remove the overwhelm and provide creativity that converts. Allowing entrepreneurs to step into their zone of power. Emily dropped out of college and now has a million-dollar business because she didn't have time to go to school and build a business, plus be the mother to her children. She shares how she went against what everyone else was telling her to do. Instead she followed her gut and this is one piece of advice she shares “Always listen to your gut and NEVER do things because society or other people think that is the way they should be done”. As soon as Emily was opened to the possibility of working virtually and online, she knew she could work as hard as possible to get to where she wanted to be. Everything Emily knows was self-taught or learned through experience. If she had finished college and majored in business, she would have invested $50,000 plus on her degree, and would not be where she is today with a million-dollar brand. Emily Hirsh (click to book a free consultation) is a master when it comes to cutting edge Facebook ad techniques. Here's what's working very well for her lately: 1. provide free training on Facebook: post a stock photo with no text on the graphic 2. retarget people on your Facebook page 3. run ads audience engagements on ads or posts (your warm audience) Emily has also had great success with Facebook live streaming for 15-20 minutes, usually 10 minutes of teaching and 5-10 minutes of a pitch or Q&A. She recommends that you be consistent with your live streaming and stream at the same time of day for five days in a row. Encourage people to share the stream while live, post an announcement about the live stream one hour prior, post to your personal page and even run ads to a lookalike audience based on people who watched your videos.
