My favorite RPG is totally the one from Red Dawn, but I don't think that's what today's prompt is referring to, so I suppose I'll talk about my favorite role-playing game(s) of all time.
For this episode Saul was trying to come up with his current favorite RPG game system. As Saul was discussing his favorite system Jolene asked about another system, then another and then another. You all get the picture. After some discussion Saul and Jolene decided to make an episode of Saul's favorite RPG Game System. Thank you all for listening. That brand new ending left me in tears for days! Blaze Knight - A few of my favorite remakes/remasters are FFVI on DS (crank the difficulty up to 11 on this one), The GBA remasters of Breath of Fire and Breath of Fire II (turns the grinding down by half!), and Shining Force GBA (Added story relevant characters and new mechanics). A few remakes I hope to get to at some point: Chrono Cross, Secret of Mana and Fire Emblem: Shadows of Valencia. And a couple I would like to see remade: Lunar series, Lufia series, and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn. Sky_Katchr_Gaming - Well I've only played one and that's Radiant Historia Perfect Chronology on 3DS. I never played the DS version but I heard that the art style is great. So someday I'll play it. I'd love to see remasters of the Tales games that are not on PS4 or Switch. Also all of the Mario and Mario and Luigi RPGs on Switch.

Such a sweet character with a much deeper, darker complex backstory. And as I usually do - a shoutout for a Tales character and I'm going to go with Mint from Tales of Phantasia - the quintessential healer. She literally can't do damage but is always there to heal the party, provide debuffs or even freeze time to support the team. Awesome design, awesome character. Blaze Knight - Gotta give my shout out to Narsha of Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon for GBA and Reyson from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. The former was a character added to the GBA remake that is all about support, she has access to the Attack Spell which boosts your allies attacks, full party heal in Aura, and increased movement speeds in Step spell. The latter is a rare Heron who in his beast form can grant an additional turn to up to 4 party members, plus he flies for easily placement in battle. Ngachacha @ngachacha - Huge shout out to Sharla from Xenoblade Chronicles who literally shoots her party members with healing rounds to restore health. But my personal favorite is definitely Aerith from Final Fantasy 7 Remake! Using Arcane Ward to cast spells twice is ridiculously OP! Saul and Jolene went on a family vacation and Saul was unable to edit last weeks episode on time. To make up for that Saul decided to talk about his Favorite RPG of all time or as he stated "one of the Top 3 RPGs" on his favorites list. If you listen to this podcast with any regularity Saul brings up Space Opera RPG from Fantasy Games Unlimited as Jolene's says, "ALL THE TIME". So Saul decided to spend as much time as Jolene would allow for Saul to "review" Space Opera.
