There are so many expectations placed on all of us, all the time. By society, by our friends and family, and especially by ourselves. We are told how to behave, what to do and who we should be, and suddenly we find ourselves on autopilot, just going through life accepting things, but not actually living them. And we have to stop. We are all worthy of so much more. The most radical act of love you can take in this life is to love yourself, sincerely and with truth, and allow yourself to be free, unshackled, wherever you go. No matter how much we change ourselves to suit the preferences of others, it will never be enough, because the love that we receive is not for us, it's for a fraudulent idea of ourselves, a character we are playing. It can be exhausting. By showing your true self, honest and unfiltered, we open a doorway for others to love us. Virginia Salas Kastilio wants everyone to know that it's okay to be imperfect, or angry, or upset, it's okay to bear the scars of experience and struggle, because it doesn't make us any less powerful or amazing. What's important is that we are the wholeness of ourselves. That is the foundation of healing. People will pick up on the sincerity of who you are, and be drawn to your powerful energy, but more than that, you will be drawn back to yourself, a source of loving support that will be with you always, wherever you go. In my own  journey,  I've to come to know the healing that comes from quieting the voice of our ego so we can hear the voice of inner wisdom, our higher self, our soul.   The healing comes from having an underlying sense of well being regardless of what's going on in our circumstances and the power of intentional focus to transform our limiting beliefs.   When we're inspired, having fun,  and feeling a sense of wonder about life we're conncted to our divine inner being.  I spoke with Dr. Emma Farr Rawlings,  author of The Divine Child - Your Soul's Inner Voice - an awe-inspiring book that inspires us to  reconnect that  more subtle part of ourselves.  Growing up , Emma was close friends with a younger child (Brett) in her neighborhood.   They  had a special connection and often spoke of angels and God.  He often told her that he knew Emma from before they were born;  he knew her  from the “spirit house”.   Emma always felt a special connection to children and became passionate about interviewing other children in various cultures to see what they might say if asked “Where do you come from? Why are you here? Leadership. Within the context and disciplines of our own spiritual work, leadership is essential. It has been said that we cannot lead others if we cannot first lead ourselves. We don't need to be reminded that our consciousness can be unruly. Our various ‘parts' do not always act in harmony. More often they are conflicted, at war. Marshalling our forces, trimming our sails and mastering our human consciousness and psychology takes all of the internal leadership we can muster. One key component of effective leadership is balance. We want to establish a harmonious flow between ourselves, though the mediatorship of our personal Christ Self, and God. We need this balance in order to discard our human consciousness, and put on our divine consciousness. We must not compromise and try to be both, because the flame of God can never be compromised. To become the leader you were always meant to be, master yourself and become Divine. Then, you will naturally lead others to the Light.

Divine Nature is in every person.  Our soul will never change or violate its own nature.  Learning to trust will make us happy.  There is a power in the Universe that honours our faith in it.  These are words from the powerhouse Metaphysical Book Science of Mind.  Let's explore what this means and how we can use the concepts to make our lives better.  Living a spiritual life has infinite rewards and possibilities.   Today's Guided meditation is the always popular Chakra Cleanse.

An intimate conversation with Nanice about Finding Your Inner Divinity

YOGINI is Katarina Di Leva, Musician & multifaceted artist, constantly in the act of birthing new creations in the name of Life. With one foot in the modern world and one foot in the mysteries, her transmission, no matter what field of work, is always coming from an intimate relationship with Creation and the exctasy of Divine Source. Katarina is working as a visual artist, graphic designer and photograher on the one hand (www.yogini.se) and on the other, she travels and leads courses and gatherings where emphasis lies on experiencing our Inner Divinity. During these smaller and bigger events a transmission of a directly awakening energy is incorporated, an initiation into a gradual activation of the inner fire or life force. It was out of the consciousness that she decided to use her voice, once again, for musical endeavors.
