Today, on the Early-Stage Founder Show, I'm talking with Johnathan Dane, the Founder, and CEO of KlientBoost, an agency that helps businesses make more money through intelligent PPC marketing and creative landing page design and testing. Johnathan has built this into a multi-million dollar a year business in just a few years because he understands marketing and he gets results for his clients. He shares more of the KlientBoost story along with some in-depth PPC tips in episode 4 of this podcast which I'll link to the show notes. Our chat today is all about scaling. We start out by talking about PPC, including how his team identifies the low-hanging fruit for their clients and how they scale those campaigns. As the chat goes on, we shift our focus to how Johnathan and his team have built out training programs to get new hires up to speed and ensure consistency across the team.
