Rowedder an der Christianstraße 8-16 wurden Tarnnetze für die Wehrmacht gefertigt, unter Einsatz von Zwangsarbeiterinnen aus Polen und Russland. Neben C.F. Köster, Julius Bartram, C. Sager, Ludwig Simons und Wehrenpfennig gehörte der Betrieb von H.F. Rowedder von 1889 zu den wichtigsten Arbeitgebern der Textil verarbeitenden Industrie in Neumünster. 1939 waren bei der Tuchfabrik insgesamt 100 Beschäftigte angestellt. Nach Kriegsbeginn musste Rowedder auf Rüstungsproduktion umstellen. So wurden in dem vierstöckigen Fabrikgebäude Tarnmatten geflochten und gefärbt. Nach dem Luftangriff am 25. Oktober 1944 wurde der Betrieb eingestellt. Nach dem Krieg baute Heinrich Rowedder den Betrieb 1946 wieder auf, indem er Topfschrubber herstellte. 1953 hatte das Werk dann 289 Beschäftigte. 1973 musste die Produktion endgültig eingestellt werden.

The Clean Air Act has been an essential tool for reducing air pollution in the United States. But standard estimation methods may overstate its impact, according to a paper in the American Economic Journal: Economic Policy. Authors Lutz Sager and Gregor Singer reexamined the 2005 regulations targeting fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and found that improvements in air quality were closer to a 3 percent reduction in pollutants rather than the 10 percent suggested by conventional methods. However, they also found that the benefits from cleaner air may be larger than previous estimates suggested. Sager and Singer recently spoke with Tyler Smith about methods for properly estimating regulatory impacts that feature time trends and the implications for other measures based on estimates of air quality improvements.

When you are recording videos and asking people to take action, are they actually doing what you tell them to do? If no one is downloading your freebie or taking action, your communication skills are not effective. You might be fun or entertaining, but if you can't get a person to take action, your communication might not be effective. Become a better communicator by instituting a daily ramble. Simply ask yourself questions people might ask you and figure out how you can best get to your response. When you practice and know your topics and ideas, you will ramble less and you will resonate with more people.When your communication is effective you don't care about what other people think, so you become less stressed about your business. This allows you to focus on how you can make people feel better in your presence.
