Evan is a young, self-made man who came from aimlessness and drug dealing, resulting in him being stuck on house arrest for 2 years at age 18. We had the pleasure of interviewing Evan Stanley over Zoom video! Evan Stanley (son of KISS’ Paul Stanley) has released an irresistible new cover of “Memories” by Maroon 5 with a cinematic video featuring acclaimed actor Bryan Cranston. Inspired by a Texas road trip, Stanley says, “A lot of that drive is open desert with nothing around, and at one point I saw my fuel gauge getting lower with no gas station in sight. It got me pretty nervous about getting stranded, but also gave me an amazing idea. I had recently recorded my own version of Maroon 5’s ‘Memories’, but didn’t want to make just another cover video. Bryan Cranston’s created some of the most iconic characters in history, so I’m beyond lucky that he was willing to come on board and help bring my crazy idea to life.” Born in Los Angeles, Evan Stanley has always lived life straddling the lines between multiple worlds: from growing up splitting his time between school and touring the world with his father’s band KISS to working as a delivery boy for his local deli. After school and a stint in New York playing in power-pop outfit THE DIVES, Stanley returned to LA to forge his own sound, a mix of 60s psychedelic, 70s singer-songwriter, and 80s new wave filtered through a 90s baby that grew up on pop-punk. Evan Stanley is on a motivated path towards making a name for himself in the music industry. He wants every song to be better than the last. He wants people to want more when he releases music. His competitive energy began in high school when his band at the time won a battle of the bands. Evan says that everyone in the group was pumped up to take home the top prize, but they were missing the big picture. He didn't just want to be the best band in high school, he wanted to have his name up there with some of his favorite artists on the radio. Evan continued to play in bands all the way up to college in New York. That is when he realized that he wasn't necessarily happy with his path in music. So, Evan took a leap of faith, left school, quit his band, and moved back to Los Angeles to focus on his solo career. Crooker did Shard take any design cues from robot master aesthetics? I know he  had the arm canon as 'Metal 2.0' way back when, but the way his limbs  were drawn always looked very Mega Man to me. Also, does Super Duck exist in the same  world as the older series, or is it an alternate future? Unlike Eggman, who wants to rule the  world due to him believing the planet can be improved with his  machines, Willy seems to just want to be recognized for his genius. So  would a world ruled by Dr. Willy be a terrible place to live in?
