W Gdańsku startuje zimowa odsłona Actus Humanus, czyli największego festiwalu muzyki dawnej w Polsce. - Uważam, że tytuł tego festiwalu jest absolutnie trafiony. Uważam także, że jest czymś absolutnie szczególnym w kontekście sensu dzisiejszej kultury muzycznej. Cieszę się, że po 8-9 latach mogliśmy wrócić do Gdańska na to właśnie wydarzenie - mówił w Dwójce Antonio Florio, dyrygent i założyciel Capelli Neapolitana, która wystąpi podczas środowej inauguracji festiwalu (13.12).

An infestation of head lice, called pediculosis capitis, most often affects children and usually results from the direct transfer of lice from the hair of one person to the hair of another. A head lice infestation isn't a sign of poor personal hygiene or an unclean living environment. Head lice don't carry bacterial or viral infectious diseases .

Paulo Finuras é Doutorado em Ciência Sociais e do Comportamento (especialidade de Ciência Política) pela ULHT, Pós graduado em Gestão e Política Internacional e Licenciado em Sociologia (ISCTE-IUL). É investigador na área da Biossociologia e da Psicologia Evolucionista e investigador integrado do CICPRIS da Faculdade de Ciências Sociais da ULHT. É também autor dos livros: Gestão Intercultural (3ª Ed. 2011), Humanus: pessoas iguais, culturas diferentes (2ª Ed., 2012); O Dilema da Confiança (2013), Valores Culturais e (Des) Confiança nas Instituições (2014), Primatas Culturais: Evolução e Natureza Humana (2015) e Bioliderança (2018), todos editados pela Sílabo A Psicologia Evolucionista é uma área que me interessa há já algum tempo e o Paulo é um óptimo convidado para a discutir, pois é dos poucos académicos em Portugal com investigação e prática neste campo. Falámos a propósito de dois dos seus livros mais recentes - Primatas Culturais (2015) e Bioliderança (2018) - embora, na verdade, a conversa tenha acabado por divagar ao sabor da pena, como é hábito. Uma vez que mergulhamos logo em aspectos aplicados deste tema, vale a pena aproveitar esta introdução para explicar rapidamente de que trata esta área. O que é, então, a Psicologia Evolucionista? A definição mais sintética é talvez a de que é uma área que tenta, de certa forma, casar as Ciências Sociais e as Ciências Naturais. Para isso, estuda a origem da nossa espécie, isto é, o processo evolutivo que deu origem ao Homo Sapiens, sob a lente da Psicologia. A investigação nesta área concentra-se em identificar quais os traços da personalidade humana que consistem em adaptações da evolução relativamente ao ambiente em que o Homo Sapiens surgiu e viveu a maior parte do tempo. No fundo, trata-se de aplicar ao comportamento humano a mesma lógica de selecção natural, social ou sexual que a Biologia Evolutiva usa para explicar a estrutura física ou a genética dos seres-vivos. A grande vantagem desta área da Psicologia Evolucionista, para mim, é a possibilidade que nos dá de ir à raiz de muitos fenómenos que a Psicologia geral tem estudado de uma forma algo isolada da biologia humana. A desvantagem - ou o perigo - é, claro, cair-se no erro de ver todos os comportamentos humanos contemporâneos sob esta única lente. No fundo, é aí também que está o desafio: perceber até onde chega, e até onde não chega, a explicação evolucionista para a psicologia humana. Foi uma conversa que me deu muito gozo gravar. Espero que gostem também de a ouvir!
