This MTM Minute is powered by Move to Millions Live 2025 After Glow The MTM Minute is a quick dose of inspiration with a powerful affirmation based on our weekly full-length episode. Nothing happens until someone sells something. In this week's full-length episode of the Move to Millions Podcast, Marty McDonald: Audacious Vision I have a powerful conversation with Marty McDonald of Boss Women Media that will challenge, stretch, and inspire you to evolve your vision and stop waiting for permission. If you've been shrinking, second-guessing, or staying in rooms that no longer serve you, Marty's story will light a fire in your belly. From launching her first conference with her 401k to securing six-figure sponsorships and leading a movement of 200,000+ Black women, this conversation is for the woman who knows she's made for more—but hasn't fully claimed it yet. If you're tired of being overlooked, under-resourced, and over-prepared, this episode will remind you that one “yes” can lead to many checks—if you're bold enough to move. This episode will inspire you to trust the evolution of your vision and stop shrinking to fit spaces you've outgrown. It will push you to lead with courage, knowing that your story is a strategy that attracts alignment, opportunity, and overflow. You'll be reminded that your obedience to the vision is what unlocks the next level—and your movement is the key to millions. This week's 7 Figure CEO Affirmation is I honor the evolution of my vision and lead with audacity. I recognize that my story is a strategy, and I allow it to build bridges, open doors, and attract aligned opportunities. I show up boldly, not for validation, but because my vision demands motion—and I refuse to stand still. Here are three actionable tips to anchor in this week's affirmation Stop shrinking your vision to match your circumstances. Expand your vision, and let your boldness lead the way. Use your story as a strategy. Brands and communities are drawn to authenticity—your lived experience is the leverage. Create community around your mission. The bigger your impact, the greater your opportunities for revenue and legacy. Affirm with me: I honor the evolution of my vision and lead with audacity. I recognize that my story is a strategy, and I allow it to build bridges, open doors, and attract aligned opportunities. I show up boldly, not for validation, but because my vision demands motion—and I refuse to stand still. And this week's journal prompts are: My evolving vision is calling me to... I am willing to trust my next step even if... I now believe I deserve to be seen because... And Your Prayer Of The Week: Heavenly Father, We thank You for the reminder that our vision was given to us for a reason. We ask for divine courage to trust what we see, even when we can't yet touch it. May we continue to move forward in faith, knowing that with each step, You are orchestrating the resources, relationships, and results needed for our next level. Strengthen our resolve, God, to be vessels of impact, creating space for others while standing firm in who we are called to be. Let our obedience unlock overflow, and let our motion multiply the mission You've placed in our hands.. In Your name, I pray. And So it Is. Amen. It’s cumbersome, it’s time consuming to do it right, and then all of a sudden you have to lump a new strategy in there, and then Facebook or Google decides to change the strategy. When we started this company, we had a couple of different things that we wanted to make sure we bring to the forefront and one of them is real results. Listen to this information-packed BizSoup Podcast Radio episode with Mary McDonald about learning social media marketing from the experts. Talking include: ● Why people have to start with a plan, they can’t just “post and pray.” ● How people should do multiple tests and then go with what works. ● Why people should use the 100-year-old : get the word out, get them interested, and close the deal. ● How today’s customer is savvier than ever before. Our amazing guest "Marty McDonald" is the Co-Founder and CEO at Bad Rhino Inc., a full-service social media marketing agency based in West Chester, Pa. Since 2002, Marty has consulted with small businesses and startups to help them succeed online. Bad Rhino is a full-service social media marketing and digital agency that was founded in 2011. In today's episode we discuss: - His story of being a headhunter into becoming a Marketing Expert. - He started his journey on social media in the year 2002 as a hobby which eventually turned into his full time business. - If you want to leave your 9-5 then you need to plan it well and be prepared with saving and budgeting not only financially but your time. - From a business perspective create good content and use social media in the right way. - Tell the story about your brand/service on various platforms to get your audience. - The challenges are always going to be there. It is like learning to ride a bike then you fall and you try again. It is a simple analogy but in business it is the same. - Trust your gut as it will guide you in the right direction. - Your strength is also your weakness, says Marty. - From a marketing perspective if you dont know how to market then take up courses as those might be more cost effective vs hiring an agency especially if you don't have the budget to hire a digital marketing agency. - Or hire some freelance marketing consultants to get some ideas and an execution plan to help you move in the right direction. 024-Marty McDonald: Navigating the Digital Landscape SYNOPSIS From bionic goat missile launchers and Area 51 to Orwellian TVs that watch us, Marketing RV with Ranalli and Volpe dives deeper into the conversation about conspiracies and the marketing lessons to be learned from them. Episode 024 is the second part of our interview with Marty McDonald of Bad Rhino, Inc. Marty, an electronic marketing expert, explains the risks and rewards associated with technology that is not only at our fingers, but also collects data from our fingerprints, face, eyes, travel patterns, etc. There is so much to be learned about the impact of data on our daily activity, and vice versa, yet this podcast only scratches the surface. This episode begins with Marty's take on data collection and the government's Utah collection center once known as Desert Wind. Ironically a lot of online references to the facility under that name appear to have been scrubbed since Lorraine first discovered it circa 2012. Hmmm. All roads lead to marketing, always. Knowing the digital landscape will help you navigate marketing better. We wrapped up the episode asking Marty about the direction he and Rich are taking Bad Rhino Inc. and his personal career aspirations as an entrepreneur. Marty shared the sage advice he was given by seasoned entrepreneurs. He asked, “How do you turn this off?” and the reply he got was simply, “You don't. You just slow down a bit.” We recorded over scrumptious salads from Split Rail Tavern in West Chester, PA. Partnering is a surefire way to promote your brand, which is why we take Marketing RV on the road and talk business with interesting guests. 023 - Marty McDonald—an Area 51 Marketing Lesson SYNOPSIS There's a huge marketing lesson to be learned from the online activity surrounding Area 51. Marty McDonald of Bad Rhino laid out the specifics in this episode of Marketing RV with Ranalli and Volpe. As we discussed the founding and ten-year success of Bad Rhino, one of the country's leading electronic marketing firms, Marty revealed insights into effective social media marketing. Unless you're willing to post with an intention to trigger a response, Marty said your social media efforts are wasted. Engagement comes from being provocative. That does not mean you have to be negative, and you may not want to get political. Marty advised staying away from politics. Gene took the conversation in a totally different direction when he inquired about one of Marty's Area 51 posts. The discussion begins at about 18 minutes into the show and includes references to a recent Joe Rogan podcast and Bob Lazar's Netflix documentary. While Lorraine got schooled on conspiracy theories surrounding the infamous air force base, Marty made valid marketing analogies that anyone can apply to their online efforts. The conversation with Marty was fascinating and will be continued in episode 024. The cliffhanger question teasing the next episode has to do with conspiracies relating to government data mining and what was once called Desert Wind. Episodes 023 and 024 were recorded at Split Rail Tavern in West Chester, PA, second home of Marty McDonald. Partnering is a surefire way to promote your brand, which is why Lorraine and Gene take Marketing RV on the road and talk business with interesting guests.
