Morning, afternoon, evening whatever the case maybe, Donna here for you personally! This episode is not your regular Daily Faith Walk in the park, but a self evaluation from the Holy Spirit, which he got on me therefore, I am passing the rebuke to my listeners. (ain't that about nothing).Question: Have you every had the seasons to change and you were not ready?Well, just like on the job when the company deicides to implement a new policy, you do not have time to take vote on it. Read the new procedures and act accordingly. This is the same, when God the Holy Spirit leads and guides you to and through a new season in life. It must be implemented right away or it will not be effective. We spend so much time celebrating over our victories that we forget, the race is not over, it's not a sprint but a marathon. Even, Nelson Mandela knew his job was not done, when he was locked up and set free, and I quote, "For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others."We implement our dreams and goals for the next generation, we keep moving in and out of seasons. Here's an excerpt from my book, chapter nine (9) SEASON OF CHANGETuesday, May 6, 2014Three days after completing one of God's many purposes, for my life, a revelation came to me that yes, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Walking across that stage gave me the title for my book (this journal), which is “From Greyhound to A Cap-N-Gown”. Feelings of happiness and doubt all rolled up in my emotions, as I opened a card from the auntie) that gave me the $25.00 dollars in the first place. The card had a message from God regarding my purpose driven life. The first words are bold just as God is and the main words from Him for me to receive was “graduate” followed by a scripture, which was Jeremiah 29:11, or of his plans, but plans that will prosper me, plans to give others hope by starting His non-profit organization called, “Adam-21 Re-Empowerment Agency” that helps men regain their confidence in retaining a fatherhood position with their blended families. Friday, May 16, 2014Two weeks after graduating I received a letter in the mail that would change my life. It said that I was eight (8) credits short of receiving my official diploma. How stupid was I to think that failing two courses, not to mention one was in my major, and Oral Robert University was going to just send me a degree with two big fat “F's”? After walking down that stage and receiving a temporary copy like I had hopes that somehow magically the official one was coming in the mail. Nope, college life does not work like that, you must earn those degrees. Those classes I failed or withdrew from had to be taken again and passed for me to get my degree. The Human Behavior in Social Environment I that I ran out of time to take before graduation and two biology classes plus two labs, were the eight (8) credits needed to receive a diploma. This was a blow to my ego; I hadn't told anyone about the three failing grade and that it was a possibility of not graduating on time. Meanwhile, I never was one to continue to lie, so I came clean and showed Edgar the letter about my situation, the look on his face was a happy one, because I had to stay a little bit longer in Tulsa, Oklahoma giving him time to convince me to stay. The only reassuring grace was Gods word.SPIRIT HELP NOTES: Ephesians 1:11, "Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan." God's purpose will be IMPLEMENTED! WILL it be done BY YOU in the SEASON OF CHANGE?

Post in comments section of this video!About This Video:In this video, Rob talks about who should start a clothing brand Vs who shouldn't start a clothing line in 2021. Many people get into the t shirt business for the wrong reasons. Most people start a clothing brand to "make money online" and don't have any REAL passion for the business. Starting a private label clothing brand is a JOURNEY and there are few very important things to know before getting started. (1) Understand that it is a HIGH competition and LOW barrier to entry business (2) Treat your clothing brand like a REAL business (3) Be open-minded, creative, and willing to make changes. It doesn't matter whether it's an inventory based or print on demand clothing business - either way you have to approach your business seriously. This info applies to clothing brands, clothing lines, streetwear brands, streetwear lines, t shirt businesses, t shirt lines, fashion brands, fashion lines, print on demand (POD), dropshipping and beyond!

Not every clothing brand has to market their brand in the same way. Some brands become successful through building an organic following on social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Etc) and others become successful through utilizing Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other methods. The key is to start with YOUR strengths. What are you naturally disposed to do? What are your skills? Understanding yourself and leveraging your talents will go a very long way in helping you market your brand. Post in comments section of this video!About This Video:In this weekly entrepreneur vlog, Rob talks about how to break through plateaus for your clothing brand. It doesn't matter whether you are holding the inventory for your clothing brand or running a print on demand (POD) business - RETHINKING your strategies (social media marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing, tik tok, Instagram, inventory management, order fulfillment, design, concept, etc) is crucial for the future success of your clothing brand. Most clothing brands that I've worked with spend their time mainly doing Instagram marketing (posting a few times a week) and expect to get big time results. Also, many clothing brands have been pushing the same concept (that isn't working) for way too long without making any changes or adjustments. I've recently made a big scary change for my clothing brand partnering with a fulfillment company who will be handling all of the order fulfillment and inventory (dropshipping). This is a huge change - but also necessary in order to get over my current plateau and hit another level. This info applies to clothing brands, clothing lines, t shirt brands, t shirt businesses, fashion brands, fashion lines, streetwear brands, streetwear lines, print on demand (POD), dropshipping and beyond!

The current state of entrepreneurship has convinced people that they need to be PERFECT creatures in order to get results in business. Personal growth isn't always about "perfection" but often requires room for self-acceptance and flaws. Small business owners often drive themselves crazy with perfectionism and I believe that it is all rooted from their believe that entrepreneurs shouldn't have any "off-days". The truth is that you don't have to be a perfect person to "make money online" - what it takes is an above average level of consistency and commitment over the long haul. Even if you run a print on demand clothing brand, this video will give you a glimpse into how to use your clothing brands sales data to make unbiased decisions to improve your clothing brands effectiveness and future performance. When first starting a clothing brand everything can be "loosey goosey" when it comes to how you are operating. As you grow - it's important optimize your systems. The only way you can grow a clothing brand is if you consistently release products that your market wants to buy. Post in comments section of this video!About This Video:In this video, Rob shares the secret to becoming profitable as a clothing brand. When you start a clothing brand - your costs are going to be relatively high. The reason for this is that you will likely not be ordering high quantities when sourcing your goods. When you're starting a clothing brand, you will have to go through a phase of having a relatively high cost of goods until you're brand is able to reliably move enough product. There is a slight exception to all of this for print on demand clothing brands because they do not require significant upfront investment. The catch with print on demand businesses however is that you lose massive amount of control over sourcing, quality checking, and shipping times. Many print on demand clothing brands switch to carrying inventory because their print on demand service is ruining their customer experience due to slow shipping times and mistakes with orders. After all of your expenses (inventory, shipping, advertising like Facebook and Instagram Ads, supplies, promotional items, etc) it can be very hard to manage your clothing brand to be truly profitable. The secret is to lower the cost of goods as you move more volume. This info applies to clothing brands, clothing lines, fashion brands, fashion lines, streetwear brands, streetwear lines, t shirt businesses, print on demand (POD), dropshipping and beyond!

There is an opportunity cost - every second you spend watching Netflix you could be learning and acquiring knowledge for how to better operate your business. In my eyes, it's a common and massive entrepreneur mistake to spend large amounts of time consuming garbage. It's also an entrepreneurial skill to be aware of the opportunity the internet presents in acquiring new information.
