The Innate Wisdom Podcast is an incredibly informative and helpful podcast that covers a wide range of topics related to natural health, women's health, traditional nourishment, pro-metabolic eating, home birthing, hormone health, and more. The content provided in this podcast has been instrumental in helping me understand my body better and take control of my own reproductive health. I am amazed at the wealth of knowledge that I have gained from listening to this podcast.
One of the best aspects of The Innate Wisdom Podcast is the rich content that is consistently delivered. Host Loren and her interviewees are intelligent and well-informed individuals who provide insightful information on various topics. Loren's impressive credentials make her a credible source of information, and I feel fortunate to have discovered her podcast. The podcast covers a diverse range of topics that are both interesting and relevant to women's health. Whether it's learning about natural remedies or understanding the importance of nutrition for reproductive health, there is always something new to discover.
Another great aspect of this podcast is Loren's hosting skills. She asks thought-provoking questions and does an excellent job summarizing what the guests are saying for those who may not fully understand the topic at hand. Her guidance during conversations helps keep them focused and engaging. Additionally, she adds her own insights respectfully without overpowering the conversation. Overall, she creates a welcoming space for guests to share their expertise while providing valuable input herself.
While there aren't many negative aspects to this podcast, one potential downside could be that some listeners may find the occasional mention or promotion of Loren's products as slightly distracting or too advertisement-focused. However, it should be noted that these promotions are done tastefully without being pushy or aggressive.
In conclusion, The Innate Wisdom Podcast is truly a gem for anyone interested in natural health, women's health, or simply gaining a deeper understanding of their own bodies. The rich content provided by Loren and her intelligent guests is both enlightening and empowering. Loren's hosting skills contribute to the overall success of the podcast, making it a must-listen for anyone seeking informative and inspiring conversations on reproductive health. I am grateful for the space that this podcast has created for counterculture education and look forward to learning more in future episodes.

Today we're talking all about Vitamin D with Jim Stephenson Jr. Jim is a Vitamin D researcher whose passion for research on the topic sparked because of a family member's health issues, which included severe osteoporosis at the age of 51. She was prescribed 50,000 IU of vitamin D, which is a ton of Vitamin D, but this actually caused her vitamin D levels to decrease and her health continued to get worse. This incident gave him the incentive to start diving deep into Vitamin D research, applying his research and writing skills from his previous experience in the fisheries industry, and what he found was shocking. For the past two decades, Jim has been passionately researching and advocating on the topic of Vitamin D to help people learn and understand the other side.Listen to Hear More About:- Myths and misperceptions about Vitamin D- Is Vitamin D from the sun and supplements the same?- Should you take Vitamin D if you're sick?- What is low Vitamin D?
