    As podcast co hosts, the goal of our show is to empower women to become first-time entrepreneurs in the second half of a vibrant life. And Nola and I believe that part of having a vibrant life includes taking time to be with family and friends as well as taking time for oneself.Today is the Fourth of July, also known as Independence Day, here in the US. It's a national holiday and an extended weekend that a lot of Americans look forward to. Traditionally, during this time, families and friends come together, usually for cookouts, to watch fireworks, and to do other fun activities. Some people may take the long weekend to de-stress and do low-key things like curl up with a good book. So on that note, today, July 4th, 2023: we're practicing what we're preaching, which means Nola and I are taking time off to spend time with our families and get in a little R&R. We hope you are also taking this time to enjoy loved ones and focus on your own well-being. Because it's essential to your overall, long-term success and fulfillment as an entrepreneur.
