This week on Not Another Kinky Kast, we get back to the basics....Spanking! We discuss the hows, whens, and whys of it all. We go over the do's and don'ts, different positions, as well as a bit of personal experience with spanking. We do not have a sex position of the week this week, but Sir has a great tip!The listener tip from last weeks show that this girl could not remember is: Sensory Deprivation/stimulation: if she enjoys your smell or cologne you could spray cologne on a shirt and wear it during the day or on a date before the scene. Then during the scene cover her head in your shirt so she is immersed in your scents. Thanks for that great tip! Cancel culture has dragged some truly horrible people into the light of public opinion for actions that are not politically correct today. It has also done so with some innocent people but thats not our topic. This month we are looking back at movies from our childhood and doing the same thing. Sexist, racist and homophobic humor are all open targets. Violence, killings and abuse all has to go. Will any movies from way back still be OK for today's audiences?Host: Eugene StephensGuests: Kris Andrew, Ray Andrew, Joseph Moroles, Jennifer HetzelLike the show? Dan went to install the Murphy doors but they didn't fit when they pivoted. So he sub-contracted Nick Brim to help him out with rebuilding the doors. This allows Dan to focus on the many smaller projects he has from his other client. Pete finally fixed the washing machine tranny, Got a bunch of new tools on Memorial weekend even though there was no sales, grilled the best ribs he have ever done, and had some drama with the home closing that keeps getting pushed back. Lastly he ended up selling one of his Prusa Minis to a local maker and set up his new Prusa Mk3S+ that he got this week. He also shot a quick live with a local 3d printing woodworker to answer questions about printing. Mike has been spraying most of the week to finalize all the projects he's working on. He's got a few flattening jobs for some customer including some c-channel install work. He's starting work on the large conference room but he'll be subbing the delivery and install with a local guy. Lastly he landed a poker table and wrapped up a bench build that he had to stain.Vote for what day we should do the preshow live on YouTube! This episode is a discussion about our COVID-19 experience at The Colter Hotel (HQ) the past two weeks. We share our symptoms as well as how it affected Bryce. Being out of therapy and routine left him unregulated with energy and emotions at time. He also was worried about our health and update that we didn't get to celebrate Daddy's birthday with other people. We also talk about the positive things that came from having some time to "be still". Bryce is a funny, mechanical, HAPPY little guy who was diagnosed with autism at age two and is now seven years old. His pure joy makes this world a much better place! If you are enjoying the show, please take a quick moment to give us a rating and review to help other families find our podcast, too. We are humbled and honored to follow our calling and be Autism Ambassadors while helping others understand our world a little more than they did before listening to the podcast. We also feel called to bring light to a community that has experienced dark days after the "diagnosis". Work is tough, and for sure you got to be tough to be in construction. But having issues on the job that aren’t directly related to the challenges of being a professional trades person can definitely make for some long days and foster low morale. Sound familiar? Maybe you’re dealing with issues on your jobsite right now?Being asked regularly to work through your scheduled breaks? Job shack or porta-johns not up to speed? Concerns with your pay?For many union members, especially new members, or apprentices, dealing with these issues head on and by themselves may be out of their comfort zone. So what do you? Contact your council rep?Sure, that’s an option, but calling in the big guns shouldn’t always be your first choice. How about looking into the contract yourself? See what it says?Well, that’s a possibility, but I’ll be the first one to admit that contract language can sometimes be confusing and filled with ambiguity making them difficult to decipher and understand. So where do you turn?Well, in this episode of Grit NW we’ll look into the role and responsibilities of union stewards on the job, and why they are so important in keeping a worksite running smoothly.Hi, I’m Joe Cadwell, the writer producer and host of Grit NW and today I talk with Council Rep and local 70 member Paul Galovin. Paul is a steward advocate and trainer, and he is going to help us understand what rank-and-file members take on when they step up to the union steward position. Well learn what personality traits make a good steward and how they develop the skills necessary to become effective jobsite organizers, negotiators, counselors, peacemakers and guardians of our contracts. This episode is part of my effort to recognize opportunities within our organization for members to step-up and take ownership of their union and their future.NW Carpenters Unionhttps://www.nwcarpenters.org/Join Grit NW Nation here:(could this be any easier?)https://forms.gle/WEKcA76y3Wegmv8z7For comments, questions or suggestions about the show send an email to:GritNW@gmail.comYou can also share this link to the Grit NW webpage with friends, family members or co-workers and score good karma points, you'll be a better person for it, I promise:https://Buildnw.org/podcastGrit NW is now on the Twitter!! Do you ever have turning points in the month where you feel ready to conquer the world on one day, but the very next day you feel like you can’t achieve anything? If the answer is yes, then you will be fascinated by my guest today. Amy Thomson is a tech founder, entrepreneur, author and all round wonder woman and expert on all things hormones. It always amazes me how much we don’t know about the fundamental mechanisms that go on inside our bodies every day, especially when they affect our mood, health and wellbeing so significantly. Amy has dedicated her life to helping us understand our hormones better, she has built an app Moody and just released her new brilliant book of the same name, Moody: a woman’s 21st century hormone guide. In this episode, Amy shares the research and science behind how our hormones work for twenty-first-century survival, how understanding them can help you build better and healthier routines, and why the systems and cycles inside us are an invisible but powerful force. We discuss why we need to start thinking about health and wellbeing from the perspective of a female experience because women’s bodies are different to men’s, what happens to our hormones when we fall in love and the impact that the contraceptive pill can have on our bodies. Oh and he got a new set up for his dust collection.Pete turned 33 (Woo Hoo!), rebuilt a transmission on his washing machine, designed some new 3d printed items, and got some news on the house. It looks like he’s good for closing on July 1st. Lastly, he’ll be doing a mini maker meetup when he moves the shop to the new house. Mike has a lot going on this week. He’s making a spice rack for a family member, a wine barrel table, Table numbers, worked with his cousin to knock out a bunch of table tops. We talk about what it is, different levels of play, adding toys, and the risks of this style of play. We also talk about the Welcome Home Scene that Daddy bestowed upon me! It was AMAZING, and exhausting, and balanced, and everything this girl needed to release all the vacation feels, as well as feel missed and loved. Greetings to the living.Thank you for listening to Up Is Down. In this episode I resource an interview with Catherine Austin-Fitts from December 2020 documentary "Planet Lockdown". It's interesting to note the momentum of the river of crises following the initial news of "the most contagious and deadly pathogen" ever produced in a lab and introduced to the unwitting population as a means to usher in The New Way. My, how things can change so quickly. It's almost like there was some sort of table-top exercise and global cooperation years before to pave the way for the soma-like narcotic of fear, separation and hopium needed for the former slave classes to gladly transform their world into a updated version of themselves. With every tap on a keyboard and click on an image we are building The New Way. Sorry.Enjoy this episode of Up Is Down as I would like it to be one of the last of this kind. As I've said previously, I just don't think there are any people on the fence anymore about what this whole New Way is. If people haven't figured out or decided for themselves when and where they are by now, I say let them all fall. The deaf, dumb and blind will be the stone and mud beneath my feet as I march forth into the wilderness of my own creation. I hope the same for all of you. This will be my last "helpful" episode to those who use this work in attempts to enlighten and wake others still stirring in their sleep. Of course, things are changing fast, so I may change my mind. + T H A N K Y O U AL L F O R Y O U R S U P P O R T +R E L E V A N T L I N K S:Catherine Austin Fitts/ Planet Lockdown:https://thewallwillfall.org/2021/01/07/catherine-austin-fitts-planet-lockdown/Catherine Austin Fitts w/ Jeff Rense:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCvSM2ybBOg((((S U P P O R T THE S H O W))))https://paypal.me/frankenbones?locale.x=en_USBitCoinCash BCH: qzgwfjeu5vp634h84zzurw8kdah5j3cuxg8daq6qrk. Greetings to the living. Thank you for tuning in to Up Is Down. Today's episode is really just a checking in type monologue and some observations of the day. I'm getting pretty tired of most contemporary things in the media and just wanted to touch base with my listeners. Obviously none of us are ever going to be through or keep up enough with the mind control attempts and endless gaslighting from our overcontrollers, but somehow, it seems clear to me that the theatre will soon be subsiding for a time, if only to be rushed back in. I sincerely appreciate all of your support and dedication to the work I do here, even if it's just to pass the time in the ever rising quicksand of greater and greater awakenings. ***executive producer *** Ep 97: Up Is Down: Mark Sullivan***associate exec. producer*** Ep 97: Cameron White++T H A N K Y O U B O T H V E R Y M U C H++((((S U P P O R T THE S H O W))))https://paypal.me/frankenbones?locale.x=en_USBitCoinCash BCH: qzgwfjeu5vp634h84zzurw8kdah5j3cuxg8daq6qrk. In this episode I look into the role and responsibilities of the Union Delegate.Delegates are elected by the members, to represent their local union at the regional level, and play an important role in shaping the direction of the union.Delegates bring forward, and vote on decisions that can affect the lives and livelihoods of their constituents and their families. These decisions include operating budgets, organizing direction, and political endorsements.Delegates are also responsible for electing the Executive Committee members, including the Executive Secretary-Treasurer or EST, the President, and the Vice-President. The role of delegate is hugely important in any well-functioning organization and today I have the pleasure of speaking with NW Carpenters representative, local 146 member and union delegate Don Stover.Hi, I’m Joe Cadwell the writer, producer and host of Grit NW. I am also President of the NW Carpenters Union and I can speak from personal experience the value in working closely with councils’ delegates to affect positive change for our members. We’ll start today’s conversation by learning what Don feels he has gained since being elected to the position and more importantly what he has been able to give back.Next, we will discuss, what qualities Don feels a delegate needs to have to be effective in their roll. Later we will look at the responsibilities of a delegate and how the decisions they make can have huge repercussions on the operation of our crafts. And we will wrap up our conversation by giving you the information you need if you are interested in becoming a leader in our union by running for the office of delegate. Dan is also a coward and hangs his shirts instead of folding them.
