Today, on the Scheer Madness Podcast, Rachel is joined by Kaylor Betts, Founder & Host of the “Mental Wealth Podcast”, ranked in the top 1.5% most popular podcasts globally. Kaylor dives into the importance of our early years, and how the experiences and environments one is exposed to during our childhood can shape the way we see the world, and the way our subconscious mind is programmed to see ourselves and the world around us. Kaylor notes that this, in turn, has a significant impact on the health and wellness decisions we make today. The man himself is back in the house! Mr. Corrie George is on the cast and this episode is upppp there! Wow! We love Corrie for so many reasons, but the ultimate thing about this guy is he does not not hold back and his zero f*cks given meter is doing a-ok! Corrie joined us previously on the Mental Wealth Podcast, Episode 85: 1% State of Mind - Corrie George, another incredible episode to listen to if you haven't already! On this episode, Kaylor and Corrie are tackling defeatist attitudes and the importance of being awake to the bullshit. Corrie breaks it down in terms of playing the ultimate game. He asks the questions “What is the field of battle and what does winning look like?”. The truly awake are those that are aware and awake but unaffected. They're talking about the system, programming, psychological warfare, winning mentality, taking the first step and changing yourself. Having a marathon mentality - this is a war, not a battle. Being proactive over reactive and a ton more. Corrie has taken his hits, but he takes his hits and gets up stronger. This episode is a rally cry to gather all the warriors out there to the battlefield. Step one? Get your life together. Anything you point your finger at, you give your power to. He also highly recommends that everyone needs an advisor, someone on a level higher that is killing the game. Identify your real problems, disconnect from anything that is disempowering you, stick to your habits and routines. Give up as much as you possibly can that is negatively impacting you. Reframe your perspective - this is a game. How are you showing up as a player on your team? Straight up, the war is not won on the protest line. Do you find yourself triggered by this episode? As Kaylor emphasizes, tune into that and ask yourself why. Get curious and go inwards. Don't miss it guys! Suit up and get in there! Guest Bio: Corrie is a renowned speaker, entrepreneur and owner and CEO of two companies – YESA & Grant Cardone Canada. He is also the founder and host of the School of The 1 Percent podcast. At the age of 18, Corrie started his career in the largest door to door company in Canada and soon became one of the top salespeople and trainers in that organization. From there he was recruited by a BC company and became the youngest executive of that billion-dollar organization at age 24 and was able to build a direct sales business that employed over 200 people and delivered $31 million in commissions in 3 years. After his stint in the corporate world Corrie set out on his own and started his own company out of his one-bedroom condo. Within three years Corrie built that company into a multi-million-dollar organization that now employs 40+ people and he did all of this while overcoming a life-threatening illness. A massive car enthusiast, natural health advocate and powerful educator, Corrie is dedicated to helping build the largest rise of young business people in history. SHARE THE WEALTH! The Mental Wealth Podcast launched over two years ago and the very first episode ‘Episode 1: My Mental Health Story Expanded and What is The Mental Wealth Project? - Solosode with Kaylor Betts'. Kaylor made his introduction on the mic and shared his mental health story. Two years later, we are issuing an update so if you're new here you can get familiar and if you've been an amazing listener for a while, you've got an incredible update coming your way! Kaylor used to be in a battle with his mind and he's talking about how the external is not always indicative of the internal. He may not have been challenged to the degree that some of our amazing guests have, he may not have had the biggest breakdown or the greatest hardships, but he's speaking about his own battle and how he overcame that. He's also talking about the main factors that impacted his mental health and the steps he took to attain mental wealth and ultimately thrive. He's also sharing how he is helping other people achieve inner peace and purpose to ultimately reach their highest potential. Kaylor's opening up on this one and getting vulnerable. That's how disagreements get ugly so quickly. That's why no one ever listens to others. Because if what you believe is who you are, there is no space for conversation or contemplation. There is no space for expansion or adaptability.” -Dr. Nicole LePera
