Continuing A+E Networks' partnership with television personality, author, and philanthropist Rachael Ray and Intentional Content's Free Food Studios, new series "Instant Italian" joins chef, cookbook author, recipe developer, and culinary influencer Anna Francese Gass in the kitchen as she brings a new spin to beloved Italian dishes. The series premieres with back-to-back episodes beginning Monday, March 10 at 9:30pm ET/PT on FYI, as part of A+E Networks' Home.Made.Nation multi-platform lifestyle programming block. "I'm really excited for my new cooking series. The tips and techniques I developed to simplify my cherished Italian recipes will make it effortless for anyone to bring a delicious and authentic Italian dinner to the table," said Anna Francese Gass. In each half hour episode, "Instant Italian" works to take favorite Italian dishes and make them quick and easy for modern home cooks. Drawing on inspiration from her childhood visiting family in Calabria, Anna is known for her ingenious spins on familiar dishes. Whether she is transforming pasta with a snackable fried version (just minutes in an air fryer), perfecting a deeply flavored chicken cacciatore for an easy sheet-pan supper, or putting a creative twist on desserts like affogato mug cake and cannoli icebox cake, Anna is always finding fun and unique ways to update meals while still keeping the flavors true to their roots. Ahead of the premiere of "Instant Italian" a new episode of "Rachael Ray in Tuscany" will premiere at 9pm ET/PT on FYI. Fifteen years after the American Civil War, a man by the name of Thomas Edison patented and began commercializing the incandescent light bulb. It was a watershed moment not only for the United States, but for the world. Thereafter, it would change the way we design buildings, changed the nature of the workday, jumpstarted new businesses, and forced energy production and conveyance into the stratosphere. It was exciting - but very disruptive. If you were in the gas lighting business, back then, you had better have your resume updated! Disruption. It's all around us and in us. How do we tackle disruption? Paul wasn't worried about the disruptions at the church at Colossae (a church he didn't plan nor ever visited), he simply PRAYED. Oh - it can't be that simple ... Yes - yes, it can. Simple doesn't mean easy. But simple doesn't mean feeble, either. A hammer is a simple tool. Used correctly, it can be used to build the most useful items conceived by man. Sean Lee is the senior advisor at the Crypto Council for Innovation, which is a global alliance of crypto industry leaders advocating for responsible and healthy regulations in the digital asset industry. Sean has conducted business in over 20+ countries and two continents across his career, and networked with extraordinary professionals across many industries. As a technology enthusiast, his career started in Internet 1.0 during the mid '90s, spanning across eCommerce, cloud computing, and digitalization, with IBM, EMC, Pivotal, and Dell before moving into blockchain and crypto in the last few years. Through it all he has witnessed how technology combined with innovative business models can transform industries, and ultimately global economies as well.  In this episode, Sean and I dive into How the current events in crypto point to an even greater opportunity for education, advocacy, and policy to accelerate the adoption of digital assets and blockchain technology. How the Crypto Council for Innovation approaches policy frameworks to align the digital asset industry with regulators and vice-versa   How far the crypto industry and regulators have come with centralized finance (CeFi) already An example of policy building through the lens of decentralized finance (DeFi) with a focus on placing the regulatory lens on appropriate layers of the DeFi stack.   How we approach the paraphrasing of the various definitions of web3 into terms that are accessible to non-crypto natives A big change that Sean and I would both like to see in how most web3 founders think about fundraising. It's a common, "folksy", thing we've heard: "Never pray for patience because God will answer that with lots of trouble!" As if to say, what? God is bumbles around, capriciously looking for ways to make our life harder? If that's true, how can we trust God with help during our most desperate times? What if patience - and its conveyance, delays and difficulties - is exactly what he wants? What if he in fact demands that we learn it for not only our good, but also the fulfilment of His greatest plans? This week, Rick let Sean Lee talk about this "difficult" topic on Sunday, and we dug a little deeper into its meaning.

We covered all the essential trip highlights from attractions to food, parks to food, resorts to food… you get the picture!  Sean also popped up to Universal for the first time ever - join us for the show on Youtube or via your podcast provider of choice to see whether he managed to overcome any anxiety around the coasters and rides and if he enjoyed it as much (or more) than Walt Disney World. So, what are some business models you can implement to diversify your revenue and scale effectively? According to Sean Lee, there are two main business models to leverage based on individual brand goals. The first model involves acquiring multiple retail channels to mitigate losses and maximize brand value for potential sales. International expansion amplifies brand exposure but requires careful consideration of factors, including registration and translation. To optimize this model, it's essential to establish international partnerships. By developing a personalized marketplace strategy, you can expand your reach and increase profits.  In today's episode of The Digital Deep Dive, Aaron Conant chats with Sean Lee, Co-founder and President of Cincy Brands, about diversifying revenue to scale and optimize value. Sean discusses how brands can allocate their advertising costs, the benefits and drawbacks of international expansion, and advice for acquiring and distributing content.

Sean Lee is the founder of Purist Group, a car group and a network of all the good people who share a common passion for cars, motorcycles, and the finer things in life. Many of the members in this group are well-known drivers, journalists, tuners, car collectors, and overall car geeks. Having come from a rough childhood, he ran away from home and worked various jobs at an ice cream shop, at McDonald's, as a door-to-door salesman, and more. At the age of 20, he entered the freight industry as a forklift driver. From there, he decided to go back to school and eventually found his way in the logistics business at Air Tiger Express. He became the number one salesman in the local station, then number one in regional, and then the company's number one salesman globally in terms of profit and volume. With these achievements, Sean became one of the youngest shareholders as well as vice president of the company. Sean started a charity called the Purist Group back in 2012. It started out mainly for members in the automotive world and soon spread out to motorcycle and gear heads. They also have a Purist teens group to help influence the younger generation to continue to do good deeds for others. Currently, they have approximately 8,000 active members in Purist USA/Canada and 1,000 active members in Purist Asia. Their classified page has over 4,000 active members.
