The Global Catastrophic Risks Observatory (ORCG) is a scientific diplomacy organization that emerged in February 2023 to formulate governance proposals that allow the comprehensive management of different global risks in Spanish-speaking countries. We connect decision-makers with experts to achieve our mission, producing evidence-based publications. In this context, we have worked on several projects on advanced artificial intelligence risks, biological risks, and food risks such as nuclear winter. Since its inception, the organization has accumulated valuable experience and generated extensive production. This includes four reports, one produced in collaboration with the Alliance to Feed the Earth in Disasters (ALLFED). In addition, we have produced four academic articles, three of which have been accepted for publication in specialized journals. We have also created three policy recommendations and/or working documents and four notes in collaboration with institutions such as the Simon Institute for Long-term Governance and The Future Society. In addition, the organization has developed abundant informative material, such as web articles, videos, conferences, and infographics. During these nine months of activity, the Observatory has established relationships with actors in Spanish-speaking countries, especially highlighting the collaboration with the regional cooperation spaces of the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), as well as with risk management offices at the national level. In this context, we have supported the formulation of Argentina's National Plan for Disaster Risk Reduction 2024-2030. Our contribution stands out with a specific chapter on extreme food catastrophes, which was incorporated into the work manual of the Information and Risk Scenarios Commission (Technical Commission No. 7). Know the power of God's grace in the Feast of the Lord, as you learn how to prepare for God's inspection. **** Welcome to Celebrating God's Grace, A Women World Leader's Podcast, I'm your host Robin Kirby- Gatto. Thank you for joining us today as we celebrate God's grace, in our lives, in our ministry, and around the world. Today's Title: Inspection Time 35 “And I will bring you into the wilderness of the peoples, and there will I enter into judgment with you and contend with you face to face. 36 As I entered into judgment and contended with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I enter into judgment and contend with you, says the Lord God. 37 And I will cause you to pass under the rod [as the shepherd does his sheep when he counts them, and I will count you as Mine and I will constrain you] and bring you into the covenant to which you are permanently bound. 38 And I will purge out and separate from among you the rebels and those who transgress against Me; I will bring them out of the country where they temporarily dwell, but they shall not enter the land of Israel. Then you shall know, understand, and realize that I am the Lord.” Ezekiel 20:35-38 AMPC We're in my favorite time of year, which is the time of the Fall Feasts for God's People. September 16th is the Feast of Trumpets, September 20th is the Day of Atonement, and September 30th is the beginning of the seven days of Feast of Tabernacles. The fall feasts are laid forth in Leviticus 23:24-37. The Jews celebrate the New Year, Rosh Hashana, which is the first month of the Civil Year, beginning with the month of Tishrei, falling on the same day with the Feast of Trumpets. It's at this time that the Jewish people believe there is the passing of Judgment for the New Year, which can be likened to the sheep passing under the shepherd's rod. The Feast of Trumpets is a foreshadowing of Jesus' second coming, where He will blow the trumpet as His people will be caught up with Him, and then tabernacle with Him eternally in heaven, as displayed in the Feast of Tabernacles. Prescribed in Revelation 19:7-8, we're making ourselves ready for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, permitted to dress in fine linen that's dazzling white. Like the preparation of a farmer gathering the harvest, there's a preparation for God's people to enter the fall feasts, which begins with one examining their own heart as they seek God, to see if there be any wicked way within them. (Psalm 139:23-24) This past Friday, after I did a video on the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord, I received an email from the apartment management company that there would be an inspection, on what I thought read “Monday.” I began cleaning the dining room on Friday, basically used for storing boxes of cookware that needed to be unpacked. Then, I determined that the rest of the house could be dealt with over the weekend, since my husband would be available to help. When the weekend came, we not only cleaned the bathroom, but knew that a bigger project lay ahead of us, my youngest son's room. Now, I don't know how many mothers out there can relate to having a son, which I have two. I've gone through years of dealing with them on dirty rooms while growing up. In fact, my youngest can go for days with soda or drink cans, boxes of crackers or the like, and be completely fine with it. In fact, I think he could go for weeks if not months like that, and it does not affect him. As a result, occasionally, in years past, I've cleaned my youngest son's room, as a birthday or holiday gift. However, things were different two years ago. I became too overwhelmed at the thought of even tackling his room. As I mentioned in my last podcast with my hormonal storm in August, where my estrogen tanked, I didn't realize how much the deficiency of it took a toll on regular activities. Because my estrogen was getting lower, I wasn't motivated to clean anything and was pretty much overwhelmed by everything. Thank goodness, that the three weeks on Hormone Replacement Therapy, had renewed my youth. I never knew prior to this, that estrogen was known as “the fountain of youth,” and now I understand why. Thus, I had amazing energy and motivation at cleaning my youngest son's room, as I felt like a foreman on a construction site, giving assignments to my husband, in us tackling what seemed like the aftermath of a tornado. To mine and my husband's amazement, we finished in an hour and half, and it looked PHENOMENAL! I won't go into detail, but I had at least three bags of trash that Rich hauled out. After our hard work, we were able to rest, feeling more relaxed, knowing that everything was prepared in advance for the inspection. Inspect means to examine something or someone closely. It comes from two Latin words “in” meaning “in” and “specere,” meaning, “look at.” As we look at the Fall Feasts, beginning with Feast of Trumpets and get closer to the Day of Atonement, these two specific feasts are a token of God's message for us to prepare for the inspection of the Lord, symbolically preparing for Christ's return. This can be seen in Ezekiel 20, with God preparing His sheep to pass under the shepherd's rod. Pass in Hebrew is ʻâbar pronounced aw-bar' meaning, “to cross over, to cover, carry over, escape, go beyond, go forth, sweet smelling, etc.” [i] The Hebrew letters that compose pass, reveal much, as we look at the Old Hebrew symbols and their meaning. Ayin, Bet, and Resh are the Hebrew letters for pass. Ayin is the ancient symbol of an eye meaning, “to see know and experience.” Bet is the ancient symbol of a tent meaning, “tent, house, household, and family.” Finally, Resh is the ancient symbol of a man's face meaning, “head, highest, and person.” Therefore, all three letters combined, create the word picture SEEING AND EXPERIENCING THE HOUSE OF THE MOST HIGH! Wow! This is us preparing for ETERNITY! The English letters that spell the Hebrew word for pass are A.B.A.R. When I look at the English spelling of this Hebrew word, I cannot help but see the two words A BAR! You've heard the saying “raise the bar.” The term “raise the bar” originated from athletic games referring to the pole vault and high jump. This can be likened to 2 Corinthians 3:18. “And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18 AMPC Our bar each year, as we approach the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement, is to go from glory to glory, being transformed into the image of Christ. Glory comes from the Greek word doxa pronounced dox'-ah meaning, “glory, dignity, honor, worship, and praise.” [ii] This comes from the Greek word dokéō pronounced dok-eh'-o meaning, “to think, seem good, pleasure, etc.” What I can relate to with this primary Greek word for glory is that it means “TO THINK!” Immediately my mind goes to Jeremiah 29:11, where God's thoughts towards us are to give us a hope and a future. Thus, as we go from glory to glory in the Word of Truth being transformed into the image of Christ's character, WE THINK GOD'S THOUGHTS! This is what the bar looks like in the individual Christian's life. We think more in align with God's heart, seeing through the eyes of Love, having mercy on others, without judgment, to believe and pray as the Father leads us. This is the power of love. This is what my husband and I did when we cleaned our son's room. We didn't point out all the grossness of the things we found, that made me want to put on a hazmat suit. We didn't think he was awful or horrible. Why? Because we love him! We see him through love's eyes. We saw his room already as being clean before we finished, because that's how we see him. What is absolutely wild, is that I waited for the inspection on Monday, and it never happened. So as the day went on, I decided to look at the email again. I know for certain I saw the word “Monday,” for the inspection, and thought they would come late. Low and behold, as I reread the email, it said the inspection would be THURSDAY! We cleaned up several days ahead, prepared and waited for the inspection. All I could do was give a sigh of relief, thanking God that I read it wrong. Otherwise, I would have done all the cleaning myself, not asking for help from my husband. With this relief, I just pondered on the Hebrews 4 rest of the Lord, the Seventh Day rest, represented in the seven-day celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles. Think of this, how we'll be blessed that we did what the Lord prescribed for us on earth, preparing for heaven. The sheep passing under the bar as in Ezekiel, for eternity are those who will tabernacle with God. And for us on earth are those who can cross over into the New Year, becoming more like Christ. I couldn't help but think how it would be if we treated everyday as though we were preparing for an inspection with God. We'd be a little kinder, more long suffering, forgiving others quickly, being slow to anger, and serving others with the love of Christ. As we continue in the Fall Feasts, let's celebrate the fact that we will be caught up one day with the Lord and tabernacle with Him eternally. In this celebration let's rejoice that we're all going to be together, treating each other with respect and honor, to enter the place of God's approval, being a faithful servant of the Lord, to hear “well done, my good and faithful servant, enter the joy of the Lord!” Thanks for listening to Women World Leaders podcast! As humans we all have 3 jobs. These are the gifts we all innately have – To THINK, to FEEL, To DO. We live in a culture that values thinking and doing but falls short when it comes to feeling. We tend to leave out the feeling and do anything to keep it at bay.  Rejecting this deep, intimate part of ourselves leads us to over-thinking and over-doing to compensate for avoiding feeling. Feeling is Uncomfortable. However, if we are honest with ourselves, how many of us are truly comfortable in our current life? Over-thinking often has us in decision fatigue. Can you relate to not wanting to make another decision? Or feeling agitated every time your child asks you something? Over-doing has us exhausted. Do you feel the urge to look “busy” whenever someone is near? Do you have the feeling of “being in trouble” or feeling “guilty” if you don't have all those things checked off your to do list by the end of the day or week? Do you define success in how much you achieve, produce, accomplish or how much you do for others? On today's episode we are bridging the gap between thinking and doing and stepping into becoming WHOLE humans. In exhortation because they should be living as HEAVENLY CITIZENS in harmony & unity w/ one another their lives should have evidence of these traits…(Vs. 2:1-4)…. a) To THINK the same thing, b) HAVE the same Love …c) To be in HEART UNITY or agreement d) carry oneself in a ‘low running mind'(humility) ..e) To see to it that your Brethren EXCELL/SURPASS You…last week we spoke of HAVING THE MIND OF CHRIST( VS2:6-8) which led to A Kenosis experience…death & Resurrection to walk as NEW CREATIONS IN CHRIST( II Cr. 5:17) NOW Paul further exhorts the Philippians TO make the above mentioned TRAITS a Permanent FACT in their lives, a permanent part of WHO THEY ARE as Saints “MY BELOVED”  “My Beloved Ones”(GRK.) plural word in grk.  ag-ap-ay-tos' from agapayo= ‘To LOVE'(AGAPE)…This is the LOVE, (Agape) of God produced in our hearts by the Holy Spirit that IMPELS us to lay our lives down for each other OBEYED…NOT meaning a grind it out, work it out kind of obedience Done in Fear of GOD as a Taskmaster…This is a Basic summary of a practical APPLICATION of all he is saying…he is Not meaning a slavish observance of rules..BUT rather an intelligent application of Principle…when OBEY (Obedience) is applied this way it is the KEY to LIBERTY in the Christian walk with God (examples of Music & Health)…”To Obey” is to put into practice “The Mind of Christ” received & operated By FAITH , NOT a  WORK it Out Mentality Not as In My Presence ..The sense here is they do not need Paul to hold their hand (HE is not there)…BECAUSE they have access to the MIND of CHRIST they can do what is needed “work out your own salvation” NOT working for your personal salvation in your own effort & strength (see Mormons) …a) Paul was writing to SAINTS not unsaved b) SALVATION IS always a work of God, not men….c) also not an inward working out of one's  salvation … “work out”  katergazomai (koter..gad..zi..mi) = ‘to carry out to the goal, to carry out to its ultimate conclusion' ….like saying the 5th grader worked out the long division problem to its CONCLUSION. Meant being deceitful, fraudulent, SPEAKING FALSEHOODS (Pro. 4:24,8:8,17:20,19:1,23:33,Acts 20:30) ‘Shine'  the act of APPEARING not SHINING Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. ‘Lights' Heavenly Bodies like stars 5:14-16 14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. 5:8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: TRS……………All things be constantly doing w/o discontented & secret mutterings & grumblings., & w/o discussions which carry an undertone of suspicion or doubt , to the end that ye may become those who are deserving of no censure , free from fault or defect, & guileless in their simplicity, children of God w/o blemish, in the midst of a perverse generation, among who ye appears as luminaries in the world (Phil. 2:14,15 (The Greek Expanded Translation~Kenneth S Wuest) POINT: STOP complaining about problems & circumstances in Your life…that's what everyone does in this age we live in..WE Must have an OBEDIENCE of Faith (God Working in US) that exudes out of USJ & shows us to be different!:-)       VS.16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. Holding Forth meaning to ‘hold forth so as to offer'….as in what one would offer to a guest as in a refreshment when they visit your house. WE as Saints ‘hold forth' Salvation to the lost to ‘Refresh, revive' them Rejoice the real meaning of this word is to ‘boast' or ‘to glory' That  Because Day of Christ = Rapture of the Church Labored to labor to the point of exhaustion So if the Philippians would continue to OFEER the Word  to pagans & each other Paul would then have a basis for glorying or boasting when Jesus Christ returned for His Saints…AS Paul would not have totally spent himself (exhausted himself) in vain on their behalf 17Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.18 For the same cause also do ye joy, and rejoice with me. Offered Upon literally ‘poured out as a drink offering'….Paul is here referring to His own Life offered up in the violent death he will someday endure as a martyr for Christ…His BLOOD will be poured out as a drink offering. II Tim. 4:6 6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand….trs. “For my life's blood is already being poured out” Service    this word draws upon the OT. Example of priests ministering & serving …literally ‘sacred ministration' Paul draws upon this example of Him sacrificing His life as an example to the Philippians of The Christian Life of serving each other through humility as unto God “God at Work In US” is the fertile ground of a Rejoicing, Refreshing, Fruitful Christian Life; pouring out Rivers of Living Water to Others based upon an unrelenting reliance on ABBA that lives within each one of us…That is the mystery of the Gospel!:-) ….Col.1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

“Having a Kenosis Encounter”(Philippians 2:5-11 ) (07/16/21) THEME: Chapter 2 “Have the MIND of Christ” Vs. 5 “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:…” This exhortation finds its definition in vs. 2:2-4 …a) To THINK the same thing, b) HAVE the same Love …c) To be in HEART UNITY or agreement d) carry oneself in a ‘low running mind'(humility) ..e) To see to it that your Brethren EXCELL/SURPASS You Now in Phil. 2:6-8 we will see an illustration of what that means & how it applies to us GREEK Rendering: “This Be Ye Constantly THINKING in YOU ,which was also in Christ Jesus”………..The word THIS points us back to Phil. 2:4 for a definition of WHAT to constantly be THINKING “WHO” ( 2:6) connects the illustration(vs. 6-8) & definition (vs. 2-4)TOGETHER “Let This Mind Be” In GREEK ‘Let-Mind-Be' is ONE Word= PHRONEO= To have understanding, To DIRECT Ones Mind Towards a THING/CONCEPT…see II Timothy 1:7 (SOPHRONISMOS)…to seek or strive for , this word connotes to have in view the direction which the THINKING of a practical kind takes…understanding & marinating in THOUGHT   “Was” Can be either was or IS BOTTOM LINE: The Philippians (US) should emulate in their lives the distinctive virtues spoken of regarding Jesus in 2-4..'these' traits were the direction our Lord's HABITUAL thoughts..so was or Is , vs. 6 Because our Lord STILL embodies the same mind as He always did. I Cr. 21-5 In the same way, my brothers, when I came to proclaim to you God's secret purpose, I did not come equipped with any brilliance of speech or intellect. She has done a noble thing for Me. 11 You always have the poor with you, but you do not always have Me. 12 By pouring this fragrant oil on My body, she has prepared Me for burial. 13 I assure you: Wherever this gospel is proclaimed in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be told in memory of her.”     8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. “In Likeness of Men having BECOME” (Grk.) Fashion or appearance Humbled = To bring Low..like ‘run low' This is not the emptying part but refers to the self- humiliation of death on the Cross A death of Ignominy & degradation HEBREWS 5:7-8 7 During His earthly life,[a] He offered prayers and appeals with loud cries and tears to the One who was able to save Him from death, and He was heard because of His reverence. 8 Though He was God's Son, He learned obedience through what He suffered.(HCSB) 1:14 The Word became flesh[a] and took up residence[b] among us. We observed His glory, the glory as the One and Only Son[c] from the Father, full of grace and truth.(HCSB) ** It was Not just Enough for Jesus to show US How a Person Fully dependent on ABBA should Live..BUT In Giving Up His Rights As God's Favored Son , He was fully able to Bear & take On ALL the world's Injury, SIN & Insults ,ultimately resulting In His WILLING Death On the Cross** LUKE 9:23-24 23 And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow Me. 24 For whoever wants to save his [a]life will lose it, but whoever loses his [b]life for My sake, this is the one who will save it.( NASB) Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.     VS.9  Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:   (VS. 9) “WHEREFORE/Also” that is, because of Jesus voluntarily humbling Himself God has highly exalted Him “Highly Exalted”  The Grk. Construction of this term means ‘to exalt to the highest rank & power , to raise to supreme majesty', that is, a SUPER- EMINENT exaltation. “Given”  as also in Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?....Given & Freely given  in these vs. are the Grk. Word ‘Charizomai'…to show favor, grant, bestow, forgive… This is speaking in regard to our Salvation that God freely gave to us through Jesus AS WELL as here ABBA bestowing on the Man Christ Jesus HIS EXALTED position …because he voluntarily subjected Himself to the subordinate position as “Sin-Bearer on the Cross”…OTHER TRS……”Freely Bestowed” (Vincent)…”Gave” (Lightfoot)…GRACIOUSLY GIVEN (Thayer) Not just A NAME but THE NAME…the definite article appearing In the Greek language REFERS to a PARTICULAR NAME…THE NAME is a common  Hebrew Title  which denotes office, rank, or dignity…see “The Name of God” in the O.T. = Divine Presence, Divine Majesty, adoration & Praise CONTEXT HERE: Points to the Honor & Praise BESTOWED on Jesus as one who was GIVEN…THE NAME..The Man Christ Jesus was who was elevated to the HEIGHT Exaltation of Supreme  DEITY John 17:5And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Every Jew reading this would know immediately what Paul meant, because in the Jewish scriptures there was a name that was never pronounced. They called him the Ineffable Tetragrammaton. Ineffable means unspeakable, unpronounceable. Tetragrammaton means four letters, YHWH . It was the name YHWH—Jehovah..Christ Won This position through His Resurrection! VS.10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow” = It is at THE NAME that belongs to  & was GIVEN to Jesus at His exaltation to which every knee will bow AT should Be IN The NAME is  the Spiritual Metron/Sphere in which every prayer should be offered & to which every knee shall bow All CREATION will give Honor & Homage to THE NAME ISAIAH 45:22-23Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth. For I am God, and there is no other. 23 By Myself I have sworn; Truth has gone from My mouth, a word that will not be revoked: Every knee will bow to Me, every tongue will swear allegiance.       ROMANS 14:10-12 But you, why do you criticize your brother? Or you, why do you look down on your brother? For we will all stand before the tribunal of God.[a]11 For it is written: As I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow to Me, and every tongue will give praise to God.[b] 12 So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God. ACTS 2:33Therefore, since He has been exalted to the right hand of God and has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit, He has poured out what you both see and hear.     11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.   “CONFESS” means to openly or plainly confess, that is to AGREE with someone, this word also means to publically Declare….this word Confess is often associated with praise & Thanksgiving   JUST what does Lord mean? Lord means he has the right to everything he surveys. In Scotland he is called, the Laird. The Laird of the castle has the right to ownership and authority, who holds the key to everything-the one who has mastered all the forces he controls and is perfectly at ease in every situation he encounters. Paul says Christ is the one who has won that position because he unhesitatingly and unreservedly committed himself to all that was involved in the mind of Christ, that attitude of his own heart that led him first to mortality, then to ignominy, and finally to unequalled glory. CONCLUSION…………………………………………………………. YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE THE MIND OF CHRIST TO THE DEGREE THAT YOU BELIEVE & RECEIVE IT! RESULT: Peace & The End of Conflict Paul is saying here: let the mind of Christ, involving the renunciation of your rights and the willingness to accept injury break through in your life. Accept these conditions as God's will for you. This is why you have Christ in you. Accept the hurt without complaint, and without fail he will bring you through to victory and to peace. ISAIAH 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
