Buradaki “eğilim” farkına, Heinrich Wölfflin'in Mimarlık Psikolojisine Öndeyişler'indeki “Mimarlık psikolojisinin görevi, inşa etme sanatının kendi araçlarıyla uyandırabildiği ruhsal etkileri betimlemek ve açıklamaktır.” Mouayed Mnari'nin “Kayrevan Şehrinin Osmanlılaştırılması ve Tarihi Eserleri” adlı çalışmasında (doktor tezi, 2018), Tunus'un Dayılık Devri'nde dayıların Kayrevan'a girerlerken atlarından indip, ayakkabılarını çıkartarak yürüdüklerine dair naklettiği bilgi bile tek başına bizim bakışımızdaki farkı ifade etmeye yeterli gelir.

Ukbe b. Nafi'nin (ra), Tanca'yı da fethederek, serin dalgalarıyla atının ayaklarını ıslatan Atlas Okyanusu'na doğru “Rabbim, şayet önümdeki şu deniz olmasaydı ben bu ülkede senin yolunda cihat etmek üzere devam edip gidecektim” şeklindeki nidasını onun cihat konusundaki cehdine örnek olarak vermiştik. Cihat, İslam'ın en muhteşem eylem biçimlerinden biridir. Çünkü hayatın her cephesini kapsar. Asla tarafgirlik yapmazlar. Onlar Allah'ın nurudurlar, Kendi işleriyle uğraşırlar, kalpleri temizdir. Burası Mağrib'in medar-i iftiharı, sultanın merkezi, ana rükunlardan biridir.

Ashâb-ı Kirâm (r.a.)'den Ukbe bin Âmir (r.a.) şöyle dedi: “Resûlullah (s.a.v.)'i şöyle buyururken dinledim: “Kimin üç kızı bulunur da, onların yetişmesindeki zorluklara sabreder, elindeki imkânlarla onları giydirip kuşatırsa, bu çocuklar onunla cehennem ateşi arasına perde olurlar.” Câbir ibni Abdillâh (r.a.), kendisini dinleyenlere, Resûlullah (s.a.v.)'in şöyle buyurduğunu söyledi: “Üç kızı olan, onları koruyup gözeten, ihtiyaçlarını temin eden ve onlara şefkâtli davranan kimse mutlaka cennete girer.” Câbir ibni Abdillâh (r.a.) sözlerine şöyle devam etti: Resûl-i Ekrem (s.a.v.)'in meclisinde bulunan bir adam: “Yâ Resûlallâh! İşte bu sebeple Resûl-i Ekrem (s.a.v.)

*Biri hakkında kötü düşüncelere sahip olmaya “sû-i zan” denir. Cenâb-ı Hak, bir ayet-i kerimede, sû-i zannın çirkinliğini ifade sadedinde, “Ey iman edenler! Gözcüler geri dönünce, Mustalik oğullarının İslam'a bağlı olduklarını, onların ezanlarını duyduklarını ve namazlarını gördüklerini haber vermişlerdi.

So what can we do? How can we identify a relationship that is filled with emotional abuse? Is there a way to see it and get out before more damage is done and heal more compassionately and efficiently once it's over? What can we do to help ourselves in the future, to enforce healthy boundaries and not let someone take over our very existence?Liz Goddard returns on this episode of the podcast to dive deeper into healing from an emotionally abusive relationship. Elizabeth is an Author, Spiritual Life Coach, Soul Transformation Therapist, Soul Plan Reader, and Reiki Master Teacher; training with the Holistic Healing College in London. She works with women to help them understand why they attract abusive relationships and helps them heal the ORIGINAL wound. She believes that by healing the original wound you can feel whole, something you may never have experienced and allow you to take charge of your life.During our chat, Liz shares about her upcoming new book, "The A to Z of Emotional Abuse", and how the key to healing lies in understanding. In her new book, she takes the approach of education and learning about what emotional abuse is, in order to not only identify it but also to heal. How cognitive dissonance and gaslighting can go hand in hand in an abusive relationship, and consequently literally damage our brain from the emotional trauma.Understanding who exactly is to blame for the emotional abuse, and working through the urge to self-shame.What role did you play in the relationship, and what you can you learn from it without interpreting the events in a way that causes you to take on all of the blame? What is a manufactured soulmate and how can that mindset keep us stuck in the emotionally abusive relationship? For that matter, the importance of understanding that the toxic relationship itself is a manufactured relationship in the first place? How to recognize if you are in an emotionally abusive relationship; the key to understanding what's happening.Idealization and Devaluation phases of a relationship, and how the toxic partner will use your ideals against you to manipulate you.Learn more about Elizabeth Goddard, her ROAR program to Help Heal from Emotional Abuse, her Free Meditations available, her upcoming book, and more, over on her website ReviveYourSoul.co.ukBe sure and also follow her on Twitter , Facebook and Instagram .If you enjoy these podcasts would you consider doing 3 easy things for us?Share it with one person who might find it helpful.Leave a review on your favorite podcasting app.Follow the podcast on that same app, so you never miss an episode. That’s it…Super Easy and it would mean the world to us.If you want to go a step further, we have a special Thank You just for You! This week’s guest esteemed Director Mimi Leder, who’s behind the incredible movie On The Basis Of Sex- The Ruth Bader-Ginsburg biopic which is out in the cinemas as of February 22nd. It’s a fantastic watch that I highly recommend you go and see. RBG is a true feminist icon who infamously moved the needle on gender discrimination and women’s rights in the supreme court.Mimi Leder is a producer and Director. Her credits include On the Basis of sex, The Leftovers Deep Impact and Pay it forward. On the Basis of Sex is Mimi’s first feature film in 18 years following what she describes as ‘movie jail’. We don’t get into that but for some context Pay it Forward wasn’t as successful, and Mimi struggled to get hired as a Director afterwards, she believed this was in part due to her being a woman in a heavily male-dominated industry. In today’s episode, you will learn one of the best ways to deal with feedback and criticism, how you can progress in your career as a woman in male-dominated industries, and why it’s important that we are inclusive when hiring our crews. We jump straight in with why she said yes to ‘On the Basis of Sex’ after 18 years.Thank you so much for listening in. Hello and welcome to the Wanna Be Podcast. I’m your host Imrie! Wanna Be is the podcast that takes you from where you are right now to Where you Wanna Be in 30mins or less. Thank you for staying subscribed and listening in. Last season and the Black History Month special were an absolute dream to put together for you. Thank you for the new reviews as well! You can subscribe for free and catch a brand new 30 minute episode every Wednesday. This season will be a little different. The key changes are that there will be only 1 episode per week but it’ll still be short, sweet and double the amount of motivational goodness you’ve come to know and expect. This week’s guest should be very familiar to you it’s London’s Mayor Sadiq Khan! I had the pleasure of sitting down with the Mayor during the Behind Every Great City campaign.Sadiq Khan is a British politician serving as the Mayor of London since 2016. He served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tooting from 2005 to 2016. He got his law degree from the University of North London. Before entering politics he was a solicitor specialising in human rights. Before becoming Mayor he held a number of positions including Minister of State for Communities in 2008, Minister of State for Transport, Shadow Secretary of State for Justice, Shadow Lord Chancellor and Shadow Minister for London. He was elected Mayor of London at the 2016 mayoral election, winning by the largest number of votes in one election of any politician in British history. In today’s episode the Mayor will show you how to look at the glass as half full, he shares how he handles the responsibility and subsequent blame when tragedy strikes. He reveals whether women and other BAME individuals should run for London Mayor and finally is it ever worth poshing up your voice to get ahead in politics or for any job really. We jump in with the Mayor sharing where he thought he’d end up in life if he wasn’t the Mayor. It’s not an easy job at all to be the Mayor but I personally feel very inspired by how optimistic and positive Sadiq was about the job and his overall commitment to helping others fulfil their potential. I’m not sure I could put up with 1% of what he does and still remain positive about people so I find him to be quite refreshing. To follow the Mayor you can do so @SadiqKhan and be sure to tell him that @wannabepodcast sent you :)Thank you so much for listening in. Learning to break the cycle of abuse and heal past trauma can be a very spiritual experience for some survivors, and for those who have a desire to in touch with their spiritual side and using the energy of the universe to help in healing, working with a professional who specializes in Soul Transformation Therapy and Reiki can be an incredibly rewarding experience. My guest on the podcast today is Liz Goddard. Liz reached out to me with an interest in coming on the podcast to talk more about her work in these areas and the benefits that working with a coach can have when a client is trying to heal deep wounds of the past by connecting with the energy around them.Elizabeth is an Author, Spiritual Life Coach, Soul Transformation Therapist, Soul Plan Reader and Reiki Master Teacher; training with the Holistic Healing College in London. She work with women to help them understand why they attract abusive relationships and helps them heal the ORIGINAL wound. She believes that by healing the original wound you can feel whole, something you may never has experienced and allow you to take charge of your life.Elizabeth has supported women who hadn’t realized they have been Emotionally Abused, but had been stuck in their lives not able to move forward and believing everything was their fault. She believes we take on our behaviours and beliefs growing up, and that some of these aren’t actually our own they have been handed down with each generation. She herself has experienced both physical and emotional abuse in her life, but it was only when she was healing from a break-up that she discovered the cycle of abuse and although she had seen glimpses of similarities during the relationship, she was finally able to see the patterns in her life. During her healing journey, where she needed closure, and to understand what had happened, she discovered the answers. She had taken all the blame for the breakdown and was left confused and drained both physically and mentally; a shell of her former self.Elizabeth gives her clients the information and understanding they need, helping them see their own patterns and profoundly heal from the experience.During our chat on this episode of the podcast, Liz and I discuss:Soul Transformation Therapy, what is it, how does it work, and what are the benefits? The importance of discovering and healing the original wound at the root of trauma. Her work as a Reiki Master Teacher, and learning more about what Reiki is.Animal Reiki, and the profound healing that can come in our furry family members. Why more men don't reach out for help to experience this type of healingThe importance of not glossing over or overwriting red flags in all types of relationships.Liz will be joining me again on the podcast in 2019 so we can dive deeper into her work in helping clients stop the cycle of abuse, recognize red flags in relationships, and learning from our past. In the mean time, I truly hope that you enjoy my chat with Liz Goddard on the podcast, and please consider sharing it with someone who might benefit from our chat...and don't forget to subscribe! :)Learn more about Elizabeth Goddard, her ROAR program in Helping to Heal from Emotional Abuse, her Free Meditations available, her Book "Finding Lily", and more over on her website ReviveYourSoul.co.ukBe sure and also follow her on Twitter , Facebook and Instagram Matthew Pappas, CLC, MPNLP Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sPH8pMZ)
