Chad & Cheese go full rebel mode with Kim Storin, the marathon-running, transformation-junkie CMO at Zoom, who just unleashed the company's biggest brand campaign ever: "Zoom Ahead." Featuring SNL's Bowen Yang in a hilarious workplace uprising (written and produced by Colin Jost's No Notes agency), the spot is a love letter to frustrated users everywhere—lampooning clunky competitors while reminding the world why people actually love Zoom. Kim dishes on reigniting that pandemic-era passion, pivoting from IT buyers to everyday users, embedding groundbreaking AI into workflows, expanding beyond meetings (hello, contact centers, events, and the fresh Bright Hire acquisition for recruiting), and fighting the short-term "coin-operated" mindset with real long-term brand building. She talks partnering with the C-suite for true ROI, the rise of "human-in-the-loop" over AI slop, empowering employees as brand evangelists, and why trust and customer-centric stories trump CEO monologues every time. Raw, strategic, and packed with insights for anyone in HR tech or marketing—this episode is a masterclass in keeping an iconic brand human in an AI world.

Happy Holidays, everybody! One of the best parts of the season is when friends and family come back to town to bring the light, the noise, and the funk.Today we welcome back one of the first openly gay comedians in Chicago's stand-up comedy scene: Bill Cruz. After his time in LA, Bill has returned to Chicago and is here to help us wrap up this difficult year without crying into our coquito.Back in the day, Bill helped shape our live Chicago comedy show, “Feast of Fools,” a little experiment that somehow evolved into one of the world's first and longest-running podcasts, “Feast of Fun.”And yes, even we're still surprised it's still going on.Join us for this and all the hot news:• Bowen Yang, the second openly gay comedian on Saturday Night Live retires from the show. • Are Republicans using AI to create fake pictures of Trump and Bill Clinton as gay lovers to discredit the Epstein Files? • Britney Spears' “Toxic” video director Joseph Kahn says the reason Avatar never became a big part of the public's consciousness is because gays don't want to have sex with blue cat aliens.• Farewell to filmmaker Rob Reiner and actor Gil Gerard, star of “Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.” He was 82. Welcome back to another Queens Kiki for December 20, 2025. This week we're talking tragic losses, Vanity Fair doing what it does best, horror films finally getting their flowers at the Golden Globes, and the pop culture chaos keeping us afloat. We break down Rob Reiner's legacy, dissect the now-infamous Vanity Fair Trump cabinet photo spread, argue (passionately) about whether Michael B. Jordan deserved two nominations, and spiral joyfully through what we're watching, reading, and loving right now. Pop culture, chaos, and coping — just another Kiki. Welcome back to Lez Hang Out, the podcast that still would not sleep with a man even to avoid the outrageously high cost of IVF. This week, Leigh (@lshfoster) and Ellie (@elliebrigida) hang out to talk about 2025's The Wedding Banquet, for this Lez-ssentials episode, a recurring segment on the essential movies and TV shows in the lesbian canon. We both thought this movie was going to be a lighthearted comedy, but after sobbing on a plane Ellie would beg to differ. The Wedding Banquet stars Bowen Yang, Lily Gladstone, and Kelly Marie Tran in what is technically a remake of a film from 1993 (which we have not seen). The story is a bit out-there, but the characters resonate all the same. If you haven't seen it, the basic plot is this: a gay man and his lesbian bestie decide to help each other out by getting married in exchange for a green card for him and free IVF for her. Honestly with how expensive IVF is (and the general state of immigration), we 1000% get it. There may be nothing more quintessentially 2025 than the gays teaming up to defraud the government and get free healthcare. From the intergenerational trauma and classic mommy-issues to the chosen family and ‘be gay, do crime' of it all, we think The Wedding Banquet is a must-watch. At the end of the episode, stick around to hear our original song based on The Wedding Banquet, titled “Pieces”, written by Leigh Holmes Foster and produced by Ellie Brigida. This and all of our original “Lez-ssential” songs are available for purchase on Bandcamp.
