Roger Maunder and Dave Howells are working on a new series of documentaries with a company called Ronin Art, which brings the worlds of physical art and digital art together.

Since graduating from WAAPA in 2006, Lucy Maunder has cemented her reputation as one of Australia's musical theatre leading ladies performing in a huge range of roles over the last 17 years.Most recently she appeared as Winifred Banks in the critically acclaimed Cameron Mackintosh/Michael Cassel Group/Disney revival of Mary Poppins. Prior to this Lucy starred in Victorian Opera's production of Kurt Weill's anti-capitalist musical Happy End as Lillian Holiday. The start of 2022 also saw her play the protagonist Alison Bechdel in the acclaimed MTC/STC Australian premiere production of Fun Home (Green Room and Sydney Theatre Award nominations for Best Performer in a Leading Role in a musical). The year is 1897 and Annie Maunder, an amateur astronomer, is boarding a steamship bound for India from England. Her goal: to photograph a total solar eclipse. Like the many people whose gaze will turn upwards in North America on April 8, Maunder was fascinated by the secrets of the sun and was determined to travel the globe and unlock them. She understood that the few minutes of darkness during a solar eclipse presented a special opportunity to explore the nature of the sun. Her observations led to our greater understanding of how the sun affects the earth, but like so many early female scientists, her contributions and achievements have been forgotten.

Roger Maunder was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland. He has independently produced, written, and directed a number of films including the political thriller Between Two Walls. He has also directed many music videos for bands/musicians that have become YouTube sensations such as Shanneyganock's “Home Boys Home” and Amelia Curran's mental health awareness video “This Video”.In 2007, Maunder's debut novel Mundy Pond was published by Creative Book Publishing. Firefighters are continuing to battle hot spots on Matakana Island near Tauranga. A massive vegetation fire broke out on Saturday - it's since been contained to a perimeter. Incident Controller Jeff Maunder says drone technology has been extremely useful in fighting the fire as it eliminates guess work around where the hot spots are. He told Tim Dower this fire could be just the beginning. Ed won the 2018 BASES Masters Dissertation of the Year Award for his work on carbohydrate nutrition in recovery from acute exhaustive endurance exercise. Maunder is a verb that means to talk in a rambling manner. Our word of the day is slightly related to the word meander, which means ‘to wander aimlessly.' You could think of maundering as a verbal kind of meandering. Here's an example of it in use: The first five minutes of Kristin's speech on health care well. In 1988, James Hansen warned the nation about climate change. Decades later, is American public opinion finally catching up? There have been other lulls before and since, such as the Spörer and Dalton minima. However, Madhulika Guhathakurta, a heliophysicist at NASA, speaking in a personal capacity, questioned how the technology available then affected observations. “During the Maunder minimum, when we couldn't detect any sunspots, the question remains how well could we detect very faint sunspots then or even now?” she told All About Space. We don't know and have no measure of that.
