Hénoc Muamba is a Congolese-Canadian football player for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was selected first overall by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the 2011 CFL Draft, becoming the first player from St. Francis Xavier University to be chosen first overall in the draft. La mission d'observation électorale CENCO-ECC a publié jeudi à Kinshasa son rapport à mi-parcours de l'observation de l'opération d'enrôlement des électeurs. Elle note par exemple des cas de dysfonctionnements de kits d'enrôlement et de perturbation desdites opérations dus aux pannes, aux problèmes de recharge des batteries et aux arrêts intempestifs de la machine dans plusieurs centres.  « Soit la machine ne fonctionne pas totalement, soit il y a des pannes techniques qui nécessitent des interventions. Si la situation est comme ça à Kinshasa, cela questionne le travail qui s'effectue à l'intérieur du pays », a dit à ACTUALITE.CD Eric Nsenga, porte-parole de l'ECC. Les données collectées, dit-elle, indiquent qu'il y a des centres non ouverts et non opérationnels, voire inexistants bien que répertoriés dans la cartographie de la CENI. « Nos observateurs ont bien constaté qu'il y a soit des centres qui n'existent pas dans la cartographie soit les centres existent, mais ils ne fonctionnent pas », a-t-il ajouté. A d'autres centres, les listes journalières des inscrits ne sont pas systématiquement affichées ou encore si elles le sont, elles sont arrachées. En outre, plusieurs électeurs se plaignent de la qualité du service au niveau des centres. La mission d'observation CENCO-ECC demande ainsi à la CENI de prolonger la durée de l'opération d'identification et d'enrôlement des électeurs dans les Cl ayant ouvert avec un retard et ceux ayant été victimes de cas des dysfonctionnements entraînant ainsi l'interruption de l'opération pendant des heures, des jours et des semaines. Ces prolongations devraient tenir compte du temps perdu par chaque centre. « Nous précisons que cette prolongation ne devrait pas constituer un facteur de glissement ou de dépassement des délais constitutionnels. Ce rapport n'a pas comme but de décourager, mais c'est pour nous donner le thermomètre de la première expérience et voir dans quelle mesure et urgemment tirer des leçons en vue d'améliorer les deux aires opérationnelles qui restent », a précisé Eric Nsenga. Le budget alloué au secteur de la défense dans le projet de budget 2022 est chiffré autour de 3,95%. Une situation décriée par les députés nationaux d'autant plus que d'autres secteurs ont vu leurs dépenses explosées contrairement à ce secteur stratégique pendant que le pays fait face à la guerre contre les groupes armés locaux et étrangers. Au cours de ce deuxième épisode de #AuParlement, le podcast de ACTUALITE.CD, reservé à l'actualité parlementaire, le député national Jacques Djoli, vice-président de la commission Défense et Sécurité est revenu sur ce qui doit être fait pour améliorer le crédit alloué à ce secteur. Il estime que la nation doit fournir un effort de guerre conséquent comme souligné lors du débat général. Il a été envoyé à la commission Economique et Financière pour approfondissement et toilettage. (1 Samuel 7:12) Renungan: Tanggal 17 Maret 2012, Fabrice Muamba tiba-tiba terjatuh tanpa kontak fisik dengan pemain lain, lalu tak sadarkan diri pada menit ke 41, saat berlangsungnya pertandingan perempat final piala FA antara Bolton dan Tottenham Hotspur. Muamba terkena serangan jantung. Jantung Muamba sempat berhenti berdetak selama 78 menit. Namun ia terselamatkan setelah dilakukan 15 kali kejutan listrik, baiķ di lapangan maupun saat di ambulans dalam perjalanan ke rumah sakit. Setelah melewati satu bulan masa kritis yang menegangkan, akhirnya Muamba diizinkan meninggalkan rumah sakit. Berdasarkan rekomendasi dari tim medis, pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2012 Muamba mengumumkan pengunduran dirinya dari sepak bola profesional. Saat itu ia menyampaikan kata-kata perpisahannya, "Meski karier saya selesai sampai di sini dan harus berhenti bermimpi bermain di level yang lebih tinggi, namun saya bersyukur masih diberi kesempatan untuk hidup. Saya harus bangkit dan melanjutkan hidup. Ilmu matematika dan statistik yang pernah saya pelajari waktu masih aktif bermain, mungkin dapat saya manfaatkan sekarang. Terima kasih untuk Tuhan, tim medis dan para fans yang dengan setia mendukung dan memanjatkan doa bagi pemulihan saya." Di dalam hidup ini, kita tidak selalu mendapatkan apa yang kita inginkan, meski sudah mengerahkan segenap kemampuan yang kita miliki. Sesungguhnya, di sinilah letak kedewasaan iman dan cara berpikir kita diuji. Tuhan tidak hanya bekerja lewat keajaiban besar yang mencengangkan, tetapi Ia juga bekerja lewat masalah yang kita alami. Bahkan lewat sesuatu yang kita sebut sebagai musibah, Tuhan bekerja untuk mendatangkan kebaikan bagi kita umat yang dikasihi-Nya. Di tengah badai kehidupan yang menyerang seolah tiada henti, masih sanggupkah kita berkata, "Sampai di sini Tuhan menolong kita!" Itu artinya, bila di masa yang lalu Tuhan sudah tolong, tentu di masa depan Ia juga akan terus bekerja membela hidup kita. Bahwa hingga hari ini kita masih bisa tegak berdiri, itu adalah anugerah besar yang patut diberi ucapan syukur. Ucapan syukur mendahului mujizat. Dengan sering mengucap syukur, kita mengundang tangan Tuhan untuk melakukan perbuatan-Nya yang ajaib. Tuhan Yesus memberkati. Doa: Tuhan Yesus, terima kasih untuk pemeliharaan-Mu yang ajaib sehingga aku masih bisa bertahan sampai hari ini. (1 Samuel 7:12) Renungan: Tanggal 17 Maret 2012, Fabrice Muamba tiba-tiba terjatuh tanpa kontak fisik dengan pemain lain, lalu tak sadarkan diri pada menit ke 41, saat berlangsungnya pertandingan perempat final Piala FA antara Bolton dan Tottenham Hotspur. Muamba terkena serangan jantung. Jantung Muamba sempat berhenti berdetak selama 78 menit. Namun ia terselamatkan setelah dilakukan 15 kali kejutan listrik, baik di lapangan maupun saat di ambulans dalam perjalanan ke rumah sakit. Setelah melewati satu bulan masa kritis yang menegangkan, akhirnya Muamba diizinkan meninggalkan rumah sakit pada tanggal 16 April 2012. "Meski karier saya selesai sampai di sini dan harus berhenti bermimpi bermain di level yang lebih tinggi, namun saya bersyukur masih diberi kesempatan untuk hidup. Saya harus bangkit dan melanjutkan hidup. Ilmu matematika dan statistik yang pernah saya pelajari waktu masih aktif bermain mungkin dapat saya manfaatkan sekarang. Terima kasih untuk Tuhan, tim medis, dan para fans yang dengan setia mendukung dan memanjatkan doa bagi pemulihan saya," demikian kata-kata perpisahan Muamba saat resmi mengumumkan pengunduran dirinya dari sepak bola profesional pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2012. Dalam hidup ini, kita tidak selalu bisa mendapatkan apa yang kita inginkan, meski sudah mengerahkan segenap kemampuan yang kita miliki. Sesungguhnya di sinilah letak kedewasaan iman dan cara berpikir kita diuji. With over 160 Premier League appearances to his name by the age of twenty three, Fabrice Muamba's career was destined for greatness. Learning his trade alongside Wenger's legendary invincible side of the early noughties, the robust midfielder was quickly becoming one of English footballs next great midfield hopes, proven by his astounding thirty three u21 caps. In March 2012 however, it all ended. Muamba suffered cardiac arrest at White Hart Lane and with his heart stopping for 78 minutes, was considered by the masses to be as good as gone. Miraculously, Muamba made a full recovery, but he would never step foot on the pitch again. In Episode 41 of The Michael Anthony Show, the former Bolton man opens up about his rise to the top and his struggles with his helpless fall to premature retirement. Muamba's life proves just as fascinating outside of the game. Arriving in London in 1999 without a word of English, the Zaire born eleven year old dreamed of nothing but survival having escaped the atrocities of a war torn Congo. Now aged 31, the father, coach and University has achieved that and more. Chris Quade Couto was born in 1981 in Cologne/Germany.He began his career as a musician already as a child and with only 15 years, specialized in Brazilian percussion. He played with famous artists like Dudu Nobre and Joyce Cândido, participated in intensive workshops in Brazilian and Cuban percussion with teachers like Dudu Tucci and Ravin Jayasuriya, played in groups such as Pimenta Malagueta, Tim Sein Lada and Cologne Street Beat, founded and directed the samba school Unidos de Colônia and the samba group Suco Legal and played percussion in the Samba Funk band Muamba.Nowadays he is a musical director of Bloco X, singer and percussionist of the forró trio Capangas, percussionist of the Denise Krammer Trio, founder and percussionist of the Roda de Samba do Alemão and since 2004 he plays in the bateria of Unidos da Tijuca (winner of the Carnival in Rio de Janeiro in 2010, 2012 and 2014) and other samba schools in Rio.Chris works as a musician and teacher of Brazilian percussion, as a producer of cultural events and CEO of the town twinning association Köln-Rio e.V.He is famous for his excellent samba workshops, with which he travels each year throughout the whole world.
