Nestled deep in the Acacia Woods is a cave taken over by a Christian group called Positive Light. They are a pro-Christian group that is dedicated to spreading the gospel. Zayna stumbled upon this cave and ran off with a journal that Positive Light stole from a rebel group called the Opal Syndicate. The Opal Syndicate stole it because they didn't want anything to do with the Bible spreading around and sending a message of peace, love and compassion to their people. They didn't want their people influenced. Come enjoy this epic adventure. Love my opportunity to changes lives in a positive light
Being a open minded student of life will do some powerful things to you and those you love in a positive light
In this episode, we dive deep into the essence of true success and how we can not only achieve it but also relish and maintain it. Have you ever found yourself chasing a dream, only to realize that old challenges seem to follow you wherever you go? It's a common scenario, isn't it? And it underscores a powerful truth: the world mirrors our inner state. If we're seeking external changes without addressing what's going on inside, we're bound to repeat the same patterns in different settings. It's like rearranging the furniture in a room without cleaning it first—the clutter remains, no matter how we arrange things. By taking ownership of our experiences and perceptions, we reclaim the power to shape our reality. Whether it's in relationships, career, health, or any aspect of our lives, our internal landscape profoundly influences our external circumstances. Genuine transformation begins from within. Rather than solely relying on external fixes—like changing jobs, seeking new relationships, or moving to a different city—we're encouraged to nurture inner peace, gratitude, and self-awareness. This shift in perspective empowers us to break free from limiting patterns and attract positive experiences aligned with our true selves. By examining our thoughts, beliefs, and actions, we gain invaluable insights into our authentic selves and pave the way for meaningful change. It's like shining a light into the darkest corners of our minds and hearts, illuminating the path to self-discovery and growth. Visualize your most inspiring aspirations and release anything that may be holding you back. With renewed clarity and purpose, let's step into the day with love and light, ready to embrace the endless possibilities that await us. Each breath is an opportunity to align with our highest selves and create a life filled with joy, abundance, and fulfillment. - Henry -------------------------------- Social Media Say hi on TikTok Say Hi on Instagram -------------------------------- Email Me henry@vibeabundant.com -------------------------------- Email List --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/positive-mindset-podcast/support

In this episode, we're on a journey to elevate our vibration, shift our perspective, and cultivate a positive mindset. I'm going to approach this perspective from two angles. First, a powerful question, and I encourage you to listen to your initial response before logic and doubt creep in. Here's the question: clear your mind and let your intuition guide you. What is possible for you? I'll repeat it: What is possible for you? Your immediate answer is a window into your current state of being. Your beliefs about what's possible indicate the frequency at which you're operating. As for me, my answer to this question has evolved over the years. I've come to believe that anything is possible. I recognize that we are creators and observers of our experiences. We shape our reality with our thoughts, and our actions bring those thoughts to life. So, if I set out to be a billionaire, the process begins with a thought, followed by aligned actions, continuous reinforcement, and unwavering belief. Understand that nothing can stop you when you connect with the energy of your desires. Whether or not it manifests in this lifetime, you become a force within that energy. This life becomes a mere chapter in your story, not a limiting factor. Your belief must run deep – unshakable, unwavering. But setting grandiose goals like becoming a billionaire or the most famous person on the planet isn't the only path. It starts with healing, addressing past pain and trauma. Once you recognize your ability to heal, your true purpose begins to reveal itself. Most of us stifled our childhood dreams due to external influences. Maybe someone told us we couldn't achieve them, or societal norms steered us away. These early doubts set a low ceiling on our potential. But it's time to challenge those thoughts. Our society often projects its limitations onto us. But you don't have to accept those limits. You can transcend them, realizing that you are not a part of the world; you are experiencing the world. This shift in perspective gives you the power to be and do anything you desire. Remember, it's not about the end result; it's about becoming the person who embodies your aspirations. Your fulfillment should come from the journey, not just the destination. Ask yourself again: What is possible for you? Challenge your initial response, as there's likely something bigger and more profound beneath it. Embrace the shift, even if it means leaving behind those who can't accept your transformation. True love means allowing others to find their paths, even if they diverge from yours. Surround yourself with those who support your growth, as they'll witness the greatness you become. So, set the bar high, expand your vision, and become the rising tide that lifts all ships. - Henry -------------------------------- Request Coaching Info -------------------------------- Social Media Say hi on TikTok Say Hi on Instagram Facebook Group! -------------------------------- Email Me henry@vibeabundant.com -------------------------------- Email List --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/positive-mindset-podcast/support
In this episode, we dive deep into the mental shift to become the positive you! Perspective is everything when it comes to cultivating a positive mindset. Often, people correlate a positive mindset with perpetual happiness, but it's so much more than that. It's about being in tune with the highest frequencies of love and positivity, even when life throws challenges your way. A positive mindset doesn't make life easier but equips you with the inner peace and resilience needed to navigate difficulties with grace and strength. It's about feeling the goodness within you and realizing that you can maintain inner peace, even when facing tough situations. So, if you're currently going through a challenging time, gratitude can be your guiding light. You might wonder, "What can I possibly be thankful for when my marriage is struggling, my finances are a mess, or my health is deteriorating?" Whatever hardships you're facing, you must recognize the power within you. Consider this: What if you are more than just your current experience? What if you are part of an expansive energy with no beginning and end? What if you're meant to learn and grow from this experience and eventually transcend it to a higher form of existence? You generate powerful, opposite positive energy as you heal and grow from your pain. Your past traumas and struggles become a source of strength and purpose. Many of you right now might identify as people-pleasers, always putting others' needs before your own, always striving to make others comfortable and happy. That innate trait, the ability to give unconditionally, is your angelic quality, your divine gift. However, you may find it challenging to receive and align yourself correctly. But as you work on aligning yourself, you become a conduit for the healing energy you've received. Why would a soul like you choose a challenging life, undergo healing, and then go on to help others heal? It's because you have a genuine purpose – to spread goodness, be a guiding light, and assist those who are still in darkness. Your light shines brightest when it's needed most. Now, let's talk about perception. Your perception shapes your reality. If limitations, heartache, and trauma dominate your perception, that's what you'll continue to experience. However, by shifting your focus and spending more energy on the positive aspects of your life, you'll start generating more positivity. Remember, you are both an observer and a creator of your experiences. Your life's challenges, the ups and downs, aren't happening to you; they're happening for you. You're not merely a character in this game of life; you're the player experiencing it all. So, why have you chosen a path filled with darkness and hardships? Because you are meant to be different. You recognize the patterns and struggles and see others unknowingly hurting themselves. That makes you unique. You become the light in their darkness, even if they resist it at first. So, trust your purpose, turn on your light, and become the rising tide that lifts all ships. - Henry -------------------------------- Request Coaching Info -------------------------------- Social Media Say hi on TikTok Say Hi on Instagram Facebook Group! -------------------------------- Email Me henry@vibeabundant.com -------------------------------- Email List --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/positive-mindset-podcast/support

In this episode, we explore how to identify and release what might be stealing your joy and keeping you from your positive self. It's easy to let external measures define our worth. However, external validation isn't our true purpose. Our purpose is the inner journey, self-growth, and healing. It's about going within ourselves. If you're struggling in any area of life, whether it's relationships, business, health, or finances, remember not to judge yourself based on external results. The external is irrelevant. The key is to focus on your internal growth and well-being. Your worth and value don't depend on recognition, numbers, or external validation. Your soul, spirit, and inner being matter most. We're here to experience the external world, but it's not who we are. By prioritizing inner growth, we maintain our light and positive energy, regardless of external circumstances. Even in a challenging environment, you can maintain a high frequency by working on your mindset, thoughts, words, and actions. You control your frequency. Life presents challenges and failures to teach us to be the light within the darkness. It's all happening for you, not to get material possessions or recognition but to become a provider of light and uplift those around you. So, remember, your purpose is to go within and nurture your inner light. External factors should not determine your self-worth. You are in control of your frequency, and that's where your actual value lies. Thank you for tuning in, and I can't wait to share this episode with you. - Henry -------------------------------- Request Coaching Info -------------------------------- Social Media Say hi on TikTok Say Hi on Instagram Facebook Group! -------------------------------- Email Me henry@vibeabundant.com -------------------------------- Email List --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/positive-mindset-podcast/support

Dannelle speaks with Teepa Snow, founder of the Positive Approach® care technique. In this episode, you'll hear from Teepa about her experience guiding caregivers and patients of all ages, specializing in neuro-degenerative care. You'll learn about the specific challenges we face as care partners for those with neurodegenerative conditions. Teepa and Dannelle will also discuss how the words and physical language we choose can help develop a more compassionate relationship and how we can be part of changing the culture of care for people with neurodiversity. “...I talk a lot about dancing with your partner because I think you have to learn the steps of their dance first, and then you invite them into a slightly different dance.” - Teepa Snow Timestamps 03:13 Teepa's core values 05:47 Compassion fatigue in dementia care 08:23 Reframing thinking about caregiving 10:48 Different types of “language” to communicate with loved ones with dementia 15:20 How to connect with loved ones with dementia 21:18 Different ways to communicate with loved ones with dementia 23:40:96 Tips for showers and hygiene 31:54 Informed trauma care 34:21 Information about the Creative Care Collaborative 38:18 What Teepa is passionate about and who she is outside of caregiving Takeaway Learnings 1. When caring for a family member with dementia, we often mourn the person they used to be. When we take time to sit in silence to recognize our grief, we're better able to take the next step - to be present with our person as they are right now. 2. Our tone of voice has a huge impact on how our loved one responds in difficult or frustrating situations. Taking a pause to deliberately choose how we want to interact, including a welcoming and affirming tone of voice can help strengthen our relationship. 3. Teepa says that caregiving is a dance. When we learn our care partner's steps first, we can adjust the dance to a rhythm that works for both of us. Actionable Tips 1. Stay curious and ask questions to help maintain compassionate engagement with the person we care for, especially when communication is challenging. 2. Be open to doing something differently to help get better results – it may not be the original result or response we had in mind, but one that's an acceptable alternative. 3. Stay open to learning what the person we care for is capable of to better position ourselves to support and empower with less strain. 4. Build connection and respect with questions rather than interruptions. About TeepaTeepa Snow is an Occupational Therapist with over forty years of rich and varied clinical and academic experience. Her experiences led her to the development of the Positive Approach® training strategies. Her company, Positive Approach to Care® (PAC) provides online and in-person education, products, and resources. Teepa presents with extraordinary expertise and humor to audiences throughout the world. Her mission is to change the culture of care for those living with brain change, one mind at a time. The best way to combat the negativity from the national media surrounding care homes during COVID-19 is to promote positive stories. On this week's #TeaWithTobi☕️ we are joined by York Woodford-Smith and Adam James to discuss how care homes can use video and local media to reduce the effects of the negative publicity they've been receiving over the past couple of months - at no fault of their own. We discuss the types of stories that will reduce the concerns of families and give local media journalists the positive care home stories they are calling out for! The plan for this week had been to continue the story of Ice Cream Genius, but then I got an email asking about the back story to the lyric for Estonia and it seemed somehow apt. That took us on a journey that also covered the remix undertaken by the Positive Light boys and the their slightly unusual working methods. The diary section this week focuses on the later stages of the HiE tour. I find myself reminiscing about support act The Violet Hour (or Violent Hour, as it turned out) and agonising over the fate of a porcelain owl - possibly possessed by satan! Episode 81 is a follow-up from episode 80’s discussion on how a mother’s weakness can bless her children. Listen to hear my personal insights gathered from personal experiences, scriptures and talks about how to view your weaknesses in a positive light. Episode Summary In my last episode, I aired an interview with Kristen Walker Smith. Kristen shared how our weaknesses as mothers can actually bless our children. I loved Kristen’s thoughts on weakness, so much so, that I decided to do some personal study on the topic of weakness. In this episode, I share a few stories from my own life about seeing weaknesses in a positive light. You’ll hear what happened when I polled my own kids about what they thought my weaknesses are. My 18-year-old son’s comments totally surprised me! I talk about some weak spots in parenting when my kids were little and how my husband and I course corrected. I also share viewing weakness in a positive light from the perspective of being a daughter. The scriptures are full of examples of people who learned that weakness is a positive thing. I share scriptures that illustrate how God uses weakness for our benefit. I found a talk and an article that were very enlightening to me. You’ll hear about a talk I read by Neal A. Maxwell (link below) that helped to remind me that having weakness is totally normal. I also share an Ensign article that sheds light on how weakness is not a sin and actually draws us closer to God (link below). Through my interview with Kristen and my study of weakness I have learned that I can view weakness in a positive light. Weakness has a purpose and through the Savior’s grace our weaknesses become strengths. Episode Links Notwithstanding My Weakness talk by Elder Neal A. There's a subtle (sometimes) and encouraging movement happening in Hollywood and we are so here for it. From classics getting remade with strong and kick-ass women in the lead to biopics of famous gay men to disability and gender representation... hooo yeah! These changes are making the gentle waves that will lead to some damn diversity for a change! Despite that fact that all the freaking incredible female directors were totally and rudely overlooked at the Golden Globes, we are getting a bit closer to some actual, honest to goodness, recognition and representation on the big screen. Believe it or not, this episode started out as a Geek Girl in the News.... but we were having so much fun chatting about what was new in our lives - and for Amanda who flew 10 hours across the ocean - it was all sorts of movies! HAVE YOU SEEN ALADDIN!??! Okay, so Amanda is like, a year late to this party, but she finally got to enjoy it and holy shit, what a game changer. We geek out about it and what it means for the future of not only Disney films, but strong female characters ligting up the big screen. Then we talk about Men In Black: International and how Tessa Thompson SLAYED in it, alongside Chris Hemsworth, and the nods to taking down the patriarchy were REAL. And, after a lot of himming and hawing because WHAT was the last movie Amanda watched on that 10-hour? SHAZAM! was phenomenal. Representing disabilities, foster care, different sizes and races in such a POSITIVE LIGHT. Also what about those toxic masculinity vibes!? We also talk about Bohemian Rhapsody and Rocketman helping normalise gay men in our households. Even though Freddie Mercury and Elton John have been household names for literal decades, it was always with that caveat - but he's gay. We're LOVING all these films out right now are making positive waves for diversity and representation. As always, what happens in Hollywood will trickle into our households and start helping society make the changes we so desperately are ON BOARD FOR. Tell us what movies are giving you LIFE in the comments of wherever you see this episode! If you’ve enjoyed this episode, please check out some of our others! Part 1The Sub Sahara Design:A system designed against itself by itself and forces against itself - but for the interest of a marginal ( often cruel and dictatorial) element within itself and a maximal element without itself. It’s a construct design for experimentations, exemplification, ridicule, deterrence, and the arbitrary contrary of what to be or not to be - most often against the interest, wellbeing, dignity, or humanity of the dependent variable - the people of Sub Sahara. As a Multiversalist and Multiversal Light, safe these people from their own cruelties.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 2Capitalism is part of the Multiversal Light - for without capital, Universal and Multiversal explorations shall be in doubt. As a Multiversalist, you must be a positive defender and propagator of Postive Multiversal Capitalism (PMC).Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 3If you see yourself in life, then life becomes you. Positive Capitalism shall guide to the shores thy magnificent Positive Ambitions (MPA).You’re alive thanks to capitalism.Without capitalism, live is lifeless and meaninglessly true.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 4Positive Change (PC) does not wait for you - for you are the Positive change itself . On the contrary, the world needs the positive change that you have become.Positive Change (PC) leads to Positive Causalities (PC), thanks to Positive Capitalism (PC) - The PC Factor.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 5You can’t betray capitalism and have a world worth living.A society not driven by capital, endeavor, inventiveness, Positive causalities Compassion, or futurism is not a sustainably stable and prosperous society.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 6You can’t turn your back on positive capital and Multiversal ingenuity and expect a society not to be backward or regressive.Capitalism is the Positive Light that depends on the humanity of its bearers.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 7Capitalism proves the greatness of the mind, the humanity of the being, the compassion of the soul, and the beauty of the future. You betray capitalism, you betray humanity - shame on thee not to uphold and defend capitalism.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 8If capitalism goes wrong, fault the human mind behind it - not this noble concept.Capitalism moves the being to parade itself to greatness and unmatchable success or dreams.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 9Without Capitalism, Dream is Dead.Without capitalism, there is no positive dream. It’s because of capitalism that we dream - if not, dream is dead. But it can’t - because capitalism is alive. The lights of Positive Capitalism (PC) shall take thee to the crest of thy imagination.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI Philosopher:Part 10Without capitalism, there is no Exponentiation of Human Positive Intelligence and Creativity (EHPIC).Without capitalism, there is no humanitarianism and human development.Zaarrianism.

What matters is the decisions we make right now to make a better tomorrow.” –Justin Schenk We often get caught up in others successes and end up forgetting who we are and what we set out to become.
