New SODE: Is there another quiet wealthy lux term for Brat Summer? One that describes trading Memecoins at Teterboroon route to Venice Biennielle. Brat Summer sounds like a neglected cabbage patch doll and a phrase uttered by the gals who work in digital fashion. Alas, tiz my *29th Cruel Summer knee and Balanciagia by Rihanna balls deep in another May December Romance with yet another Low Tier VC Partner on the cusp of pivoting to AI or Suicide. I pondered whether to keep this deeply boring love affair going till Christmas so I don't have to show up to Mara Largo alone but if I have to look at one more liquid Bitcoin L2 pitch deck that is not fully endorsed by Sequoia and Kate Middleton I am calling the Police while playing the Police. You see, its not that we have nothing to talk about, its just that he is double* my age with no legitimate means to speak of not withstanding his early position in WifHat and Stablecoins pegged to the Russian Ruble mixed in with Nutella and soviet caviar. His questionable pedigree is also evident in the way he orders wine (Riesling, Shudder) , his numerous DWIs in a duhty part of the Hamptons, and his poorly argued thesis replete with zero SAT words that Bitcoin Maxis are bad for the ‘space'.I am vomiting my already vomited Lunch. Alas, Like all flawless human beings,I recognize that true summer love is not without critical sacrifice; so what he is an old man trading memecoins in the kitchen who brings his own sheets to the 4 seasons because he doesn't like their aesthetic, He also bought me an NFT that got me a Board Seat at Musee Dorsay. Brat Summer Adieu CuntAutumn is on the Cusp. Ipso Facto, I must introduce my darling guest Anthony of the Great Desantis State of Florida. A younger man, more keenly aware of the newer memecoin markets and has double the time to compound his interests in his Roth IRA. We met during a heated Argument at a downtown Gallery in New York City outside whilst chainsmoking. I was on route to bid for a painting by one of my dearest preschool mates Banksy, when Anthony outbid me with the intention of setting the painting on fire. After a heated exchange of, I grew to realize the purity of Anthony's intentions of lighting this painting on Fire; to become famous and launch a token, my two criterion for being in my inner circle. Anthony went off to start a new token Xion like the Warrior princess with a real use case beyond money laundering, as if I asked for anotherone. He assured me that his fanbase would take a bullet in the elbow for anyone to speak ill of Xion or of Anthony himself. He and I recorded this episode on the brink of the collapse of his relationship and we dissected said collapse at length, which I believe was routed in a deep seated obsession with me. And Lucky for Anthony, my May December Romance maybe coming to an end now that I have my Board Seat and he's well connected in the Digital Art wold due to his pyromaniac proclivities. I'm bullish on Xion because we didn't talk about it, and I have no idea what it is does but I love the community and what a strong team.

1. Markets are testing the June lows. Yesterday, the S&P 500 index breached the June lows briefly and then bounced back above the June bottom by the close. These markets are very oversold so a short term bounce is due at some point soon. The bigger trend is down though so be careful if you are trying to bottom fish here.2. The Bank of England (BOE) said it would temporarily purchase long-dated UK government bonds in an effort to stabilize the plunging British pound. The currency market has gone crazy as the US dollar just keeps gaining strength against everything but the Russian Ruble. Europe is a mess and that includes the UK. 3. Today, bond yields are retreating in the 2-year note and also the 10-year note. This should help markets temporarily, but yields on the 2 year are still around 4.15%. Remember, that is where the fed funds rate needs to go, so the Fed is still behind the curve. 4. Apple (AAPL) was getting pounded today trading lower by 3% to $147.00 a share. Bloomberg reported that Apple Inc is scrapping its plan to increase production of the iPhone14 from its original forecast of 90 million units due to weaker demand. Apple Inc is a mega cap so it carries a lot of weight in the major indexes and can be viewed as a major sentiment component. Demand just isn't there for the iPhone 14.5. Gold is shining today as people realize they will eventually want to own a hard asset. Gold's day is coming soon. 6. Bitcoin is slightly under pressure today trading around 18,900. Remember, this is in a major down-trend and will eventually go to 13,000.

Tom welcomes Robert Moriarty back to the program. Bob discusses the capital destruction that has occurred within both the cryptocurrency and stock markets. He believes crypto is analogous to beanie babies because of the amount of different currencies. Interference in the markets is creating more problems than if the government and Fed had done nothing at all. Weak banks and businesses deserve to fail, but instead we keep moving the goal posts and continue the bad policies. The Fed has painted themselves into a corner and is now putting gasoline onto the fire. We've created forty percent of new money in the past couple of years, and that increase in money supply is causing higher prices. If they raise rates another percent, they will blow up the stock market. They can either crash markets or create hyperinflation. Both are bad choices. We're going to see deflation, then hyperinflation. The debt-based system is ending, but the West hasn't recognized it yet. Economic power will shift eastwards. Most investors in equity market participants are quite clueless and have never experienced a real market crash. Sanctions on Russia have only impacted every country but Russia. Europe is essentially committing suicide. The Ruble after the initial drop strengthened massively, even outperforming the dollar's recent performance. The best currency in the world this year has been the Russian Ruble. If sanctions aren't working, why don't they consider eliminating them instead of begging Putin for gas. He explains why he hates all governments equally. Governments are run by sociopaths who want power. We see this in the Europe, Netherlands and Canada where during a food crisis they are telling farmers they can't grow food. All of which seems to go back to the World Economic Forum. They are intentionally destroying the world economy, but people are waking up. We're in the middle of a giant shift, but one that will surprise the globalists. The choice is freedom or totalitarianism, which we witnessed with the Truckers in Canada. Bob explains the ineffectiveness of the recent health policies and why the cure is worse than the disease. The idea that children are vulnerable to the disease is completely laughable. What is being done is a war crime. The bigger the organization, the worse it gets, and we see this with the abject stupidity like in the European Union. Episode Summary: Guest: NATALIA KARAYANEVA Episode Summary: Meet our guest in this episode, https://propy.com/browse/about/ (Natalia Karayaneva, CEO of Propy) and serial entrepreneur born and raised in Russia. In this episode, I sit with Natalia as she explains key concepts about Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, NFTs, and smart contracts, paving future trends and developments in the real estate processes. Top Takeaways: "I strongly believe in the experience of a real estate transaction to be as easy as buying a book online." - [Natalia Karayaneva] "Do not be afraid of novelty; embrace innovation." - [Natalia Karayaneva] Episode Highlights: [00:23] Intro [00:54] Meet today's guest, Natalia Karayaneva. [03:12] About Natalia's background. [08:30] Natalia's first exposure to Blockchain [14:30] Discussing Cryptocurrency and Blockchain in Real Estate. [27:12] NFTs in Real Estate. [36:13] About the "Learn and Earn" App. [38:15] Natalie's advice to new agents. [39:04] Connect with Natalia. [40:18] Outro Episode Notes: Growing up in Russia, Natalia struggled through the devastating communist collapse, with a shortage of resources and other hardships that pushed her into entrepreneurship. Even with this, she never expected to leave Russia. However, as a child, she knew she wanted to do something impactful and was fascinated by other cultures and technology. At 19, Natalia moved to Bulgaria, got married, and started her first company creating applications for small businesses. She also worked on a significant social media project to improve real interaction between people and reduce the anonymity in social media platforms in the past. With a Computer Software degree in Russia, and a Master's degree in Sustainable Urban Development at Oxford, Natalia's passion lies in Blockchain, Real Estate, and Sustainability. Describing how she picked interest in Blockchain, Natalia recommends "https://www.amazon.com/Sovereign-Individual-Mastering-Transition-Information/dp/0684832720 (The Sovereign Individual)" by James Dale Davidson. Following the crash in the value of the Russian Ruble after the collapse of communism, her family finances were severely affected, and she learned the need to have prodigals that are fair to a large number of people, independent of government activities. This initiated her motivation to start Propy even though, at the time, she knew nothing about Blockchain. The name "Propy" came about as Natalia stumbled on the domain "Propy.com" while trying to find a suitable one for her business-related property. Natalia agrees that all the different aspects of Real Estate can be integrated into a compact digitized form as a smart contract in the future. So far, the Blockchain mechanism has never been hacked, so they are considered highly secure. About Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency: Cryptocurrency is virtual money, independent of any government or corporation. Many people are getting more involved with it, especially in developing countries where they don't trust their government. Bitcoin is the first significant cryptocurrency launched 13 years ago; Listeners are encouraged to review the https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwifvsHGxKH0AhUPlRQKHYBTBPIQFnoECAQQAQ&usg=AOvVaw05-4mYD7EyyKjwcHh8i0Vw (Bitcoin white paper). Ethereum is also a cryptocurrency, but it also has the capability of smart contracts, which will be adopted in Real Estate. It is important to note that becoming a bitcoin miner as a single user on a computer is now virtually impossible. The tasks are more complicated by far due to the high level of competition among existing miners. However, other Blockchain networks give coin rewards to people who already own a...

Regardless how frightening the possibility is, the chances of it happening to you aren't exactly slim, which means prevention should be at the forefront of your mind. A recent study from the Salk Institute for Biological Studies indicates prevention could be as simple as a natural foods diet—rich in fruits (such as strawberries) and vegetables containing something called fisetin. Fisetin is a flavonol found in strawberries, mangoes, cucumbers, and other vegetables and fruits. Researchers with the Salk Institute found this simple compound can actually reduce the risk of Alzheimer's in mice, and could be effective in humans as well. Maher and her team have documented that fisetin has both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties in the brain. It is also able to turn on a cellular pathway related to memory function. The team looked to a type of mouse with mutated genes making them vulnerable to Alzheimer's. At three months old, the researchers began feeding the mice a diet enriched with fisetin. Mice who hadn't received the fisetin began struggling in the mazes at nine months of age, but the fisetin mice performed as well as normal (non-predisposed) mice at both nine and twelve months of age. Avocados may hold the answer to beating leukemia University of Waterloo (Canada), June 16, 2022 Rich, creamy, nutritious and now cancer fighting. New research reveals that molecules derived from avocados could be effective in treating a form of cancer. Professor Paul Spagnuolo from the University of Waterloo has discovered a lipid in avocados that combats acute myeloid leukemia (AML) by targeting the root of the disease – leukemia stem cells. Worldwide, there are few drug treatments available to patients that target leukemia stem cells. “The stem cell is really the cell that drives the disease,” said Professor Spagnuolo, in Waterloo's School of Pharmacy. “The stem cell is largely responsible for the disease developing and it's the reason why so many patients with leukemia relapse. We've performed many rounds of testing to determine how this new drug works at a molecular level and confirmed that it targets stem cells selectively, leaving healthy cells unharmed.” Inability to stand on one leg for 10 seconds in mid to later life linked to near doubling in risk of death Exercise Medicine Clinic-CLINIMEX (Brazil) and University of Eastern Finland, June 21, 2022 The inability to stand on one leg for 10 seconds in mid- to later life is linked to a near doubling in the risk of death from any cause within the next 10 years, finds research published online in the British Journal of Sports Medicine This simple and safe balance test could be included in routine health checks for older adults, say the researchers. The researchers wanted to find out whether a balance test might be a reliable indicator of a person's risk of death from any cause within the next decade, and, as such, might therefore merit inclusion in routine health checks in later life. Participants were asked to stand on one leg for 10 seconds without any additional support. To improve standardization of the test, participants were asked to place the front of the free foot on the back of the opposite lower leg, while keeping their arms by their sides and their gaze fixed straight ahead. Up to three attempts on either foot were permitted. In all, around 1 in 5 (20.5%; 348) participants failed to pass the test. The inability to do so rose in tandem with age, more or less doubling at subsequent 5 year intervals from the age of 51-55 onwards. The proportions of those unable to stand on one leg for 10 seconds were: nearly 5% among 51-55 year-olds; 8% among 56-60 year-olds; just under 18% among 61-65 year-olds; and just under 37% among 66-70 year-olds. More than half (around 54%) of those aged 71-75 were unable to complete the test. In other words, people in this age group were more than 11 times as likely to fail the test as those just 20 years younger. During an average monitoring period of 7 years, 123 (7%) people died: cancer (32%); cardiovascular disease (30%); respiratory disease (9%); and COVID-19 complications (7%). The proportion of deaths among those who failed the test was significantly higher: 17.5% vs. 4.5%, reflecting an absolute difference of just under 13%. Anxious Children have Bigger “Fear Centers” in the Brain Stanford University School of Medicine, June 16, 2022 The amygdala is a key “fear center” in the brain. Alterations in the development of the amygdala during childhood may have an important influence on the development of anxiety problems, reports a new study in the current issue of Biological Psychiatry. Researchers at the Stanford University School of Medicine recruited 76 children, 7 to 9 years of age, a period when anxiety-related traits and symptoms can first be reliably identified. The researchers found that children with high levels of anxiety had enlarged amygdala volume and increased connectivity with other brain regions responsible for attention, emotion perception, and regulation, compared to children with low levels of anxiety. They also developed an equation that reliably predicted the children's anxiety level from the MRI measurements of amygdala volume and amygdala functional connectivity. The most affected region was the basolateral portion of the amygdala, a subregion of the amygdala implicated in fear learning and the processing of emotion-related information. Our study represents an important step in characterizing altered brain systems and developing predictive biomarkers in the identification for young children at risk for anxiety disorders,” Qin said. New research: Olive oil compound destroys cancer cells in 30 minutes Rutgers University & Hunter College, June 12, 2022 Oleocanthal, a polyphenolic, therapeutic compound found in olive oil is the subject of a new anti-cancer study performed by nutritional science and cancer biology researchers with The School of Environmental and Biological Sciences at Rutgers and Hunter's College in New York City. Programmed cell death, known as apoptosis takes approximately 16-24 hours. Dynamic new research just published in the Journal of Molecular and Cellular Oncology blew scientists away – when exposed to oleocanthal, a polyphenol compound found in olive oil, cancerous cells died within 30 minutes to an hour. While researchers previously understood that compounds in olive oil were capable of killing cancer cells, until now, such short apoptosis had not been observed. Even more fascinating was when the team looked closely to surmise why apoptosis was occurring under such swift circumstances – they discovered that cancer cells were being killed by their own enzymes. And, not only one isolated type of cancerous cell, but all of the cancerous cells they were examining. Unlike chemotherapeutic pharmaceuticals that devastate healthy cellular activity, the therapeutic polyphenolic compound found in olive oil kills cancer while maintaining vitality among healthy cells. As Paul Breslin, one of the study's authors at Rutgers noted, while cancerous cells died, healthy cells were not harmed, but rather the oleocanthal “put them to sleep.” The lifecycle of healthy cells was only temporarily affected in this way, without any negative observations and in approximately 24 hours, the healthy cells resumed their life cycle. Sports, not screens: The key to happier, healthier children University of South Australia, June 21, 2022 Whether it's sports practice, music lessons or a casual catch up with friends, when children are involved in after-school activities, they're more likely to feel happier and healthier than their counterparts who are glued to a screen. In a new study conducted by the University of South Australia, researchers found that children's well-being is heightened when they participate in extra-curricular activities, yet lowered when they spent time on social media or playing video games. Published in BMC Pediatrics, the study analyzed data from 61,759 school students in years 4 to 9, assessing the average number of days per week children participated in after-school activities (3–6pm), and measure these against well-being factors—happiness, sadness, worry, engagement, perseverance, optimism, emotion regulation, and life satisfaction. It found that most students watched TV about four days of the school week and spent time on social media about three days of the week. Our study highlights how some out-of-school activities can boost children's well-being, while others—particularly screens—can chip away at their mental and physical health. “Screens are a massive distraction for children of all ages. And whether children are gaming, watching TV or on social media, there's something about all screens that's damaging to their well-being. Students in lower socio-economic backgrounds who frequently played sports were 15% more likely to be optimistic, 14% more likely to be happy and satisfied with their life, and 10% more likely to be able to regulate their emotions. Conversely, children who played video games and used social media almost always had lower levels of well-being: up to 9% less likely to be happy, up to 8% to be less optimism and 11% to be more likely to give up on things.

The Russian Ruble has just reached new highs against the USD. The Ruble's strength tells us the commodity-backed currencies will prevail in this monetary shake-up. The BRICS desire to expand their partner nations will lead to the announcement of a multi-polar currency agreement that will shock the world.
We are thrilled to share a Special Edition COBT featuring Maria Korsnick, President and CEO of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). As a brief introduction, Maria has 36 years of experience in the nuclear industry from operations to management positions and has been with NEI since 2015. In her extensive career, Maria has been responsible for five reactors at three different locations and now uses her technical and operational background to advocate for the industry with key legislative and regulatory advancements. We had much to discuss! Maria's passion for nuclear energy is unmistakable and in our discussion we touch on the commercial nuclear industry, the America-Russia-China dynamic and importance of having long-term global relationships, the media's impact on the nuclear industry, the Civil Nuclear Credit Program, clean energy tax credits, applications for non-energy nuclear power use, re-purposing nuclear waste, and how putting nuclear energy together with alternate forms provides a compelling option for making the energy sector reliable and affordable. Nuclear's energy density relative to other energy sources is fascinating. We are excited to see how the NEI continues to advance the industry with governmental support. The Veriten team had a brief lead-in to start the show: Mike Bradley shared a quick look at the uranium ETF (URA) to prepare us for our discussion. Colin Fenton noted the lack of nuclear power mentioned in the European Commission's REPowerEU Plan released last Wednesday and had a few tidbits on wheat prices and Russian Ruble gains. We are also excited to announce that Brett Rampal has joined the Veriten team as Director, Nuclear and Power Strategy and will be leading our nuclear efforts. It was fantastic to visit with Maria. We hope you enjoy the conversation as much as we did! Thanks to you all.

A raft of punishing sanctions sent Russia's currency crashing after its invasion of Ukraine. A month later, the ruble has staged a dramatic recovery — putting pressure on the Biden administration and allies to deploy even tougher measures. But officials say the ruble's recovery is not necessarily a sign of improvement in the Russian economy or Putin's position. Kate Davidson reports.
In this week's episode, Piers and I catch up on the announcement this week that the US is to release roughly a million barrels of oil a day from its reserves for six months beginning in May, a historic drawdown to combat rising inflation. We discuss Biden's strategy and ask the question, will it work? This week the U.S. Treasury yield curve inverted for the first time since 2019. The U.S. curve has inverted before each recession since 1955, with a recession following between six and 24 months, but is this a surprise, and is this time different? We also look at why the Russian Ruble has staged a steady comeback despite the ongoing conflict, the bounce in cryptocurrencies, and why UK house prices keep punching higher.Sign up for our daily Market Maker newsletter https://bit.ly/3wZQlR9AmplifyME YouTube channel https://bit.ly/3DygW99 See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Russia's recent invasion of Ukraine and the economic sanctions that were imposed sent shockwaves through the global financial markets. As a result, the Russian Ruble plummeted to a record low, Russian stock markets were shattered, and Russian equities were removed from emerging markets indices. [04:04] Index Funds – Grant dives deep into index funds, explaining market capitalization, the roles of index providers and fund managers, and depository receipts. [23:36] Remedies - Grant outlines two alternatives available to a country if the value of its currency falls through the floor . The Russian ruble takes a hit as the war in Ukraine continues, civilians flee their homes, governments seize assets and both the Ukrainian and Russian people suffer. People wanting to help from across the world are sending support through Airbnb, by booking rooms in Ukraine through the platform. Airbnb has announced they will not take any booking fees, and all money will go directly to Ukrainian hosts. Let me explain more and how you can do the same right now.Hey there trader, this is Andrew Mitchem here, the owner of the Forex Trading Coach with video and podcast number 448.Trading More Forex Pairs and Non-Forex MarketsNow being the Forex Trading Coach, we trade the forex market, no surprises there, but over the last year or so, most brokers are offering so much more. They're offering a lot more forex pairs than we used to traditionally have. We've got Swedish Krona, Norwegian Kroner, Hungarian Forint. We've got South the African Rand, Russian Ruble. Not that you probably want to be trading that right now, but you know, there's so many other markets out there. Currencies in Thai, all these others that... a few years ago, Singapore Dollar that you couldn't trade. And so what it's doing is offering us a lot more opportunities out there to scan through your charts and see, and take some trades. But the other fantastic thing that we now have the opportunity to do, is to trade other markets other than the forex market. And over the last sort of six months or so, we've been getting into that a lot more because brokers are offering more. So therefore in the forex pairs, not only they're offering just the standard pairs, there are a lot more.Choice of many Metals, Cryptos and Indices to tradeWhen it comes to the metals, it's not just gold and silver anymore. There's a lot more there's lead and platinum, titanium and all these other metals that you can trade. When it comes to cryptos, it's not just Bitcoin and Ethereum, there's lots more. When it comes to the indices, you've got the ability to trade so many different indices from around the world. When it comes to the commodities, it's not just maybe something like wheat like it used to be or soybeans, there's so much more.A Sell trade on Coffee on the Monthly chartGive you a great opportunity and example of that is that, over my shoulder here, probably a bit hard to see behind me. I've just hit profit, just like a few hours ago on a monthly chart trade selling robusta coffee. Now you're going to have a look at your charts. Robusta coffee on the January monthly chart close. I took a sell trade. We look for a retracement, we got a beautiful retracement. And right now today being the 4th of March, we have just hit profit right today. That's made a 3.7 to 1 trade. I took it at the beginning of February when the January monthly chart closed for nothing with it since, and it just gone on hit profit. So it is literally a two minute see the trade, take the trade, forget about the trade. It just worked beautifully and it fell. How things have changed in 1 yearNow,
In this timely episode of Payments on Fire®, Yvette Bohanan has gathered teammates at Glenbrook (Elizabeth McQuerry, Erin McCune, Cici Northup, and Joanna Wisniecka) to discuss the payment infrastructure supporting the foreign policy actions being taken as a result of the situation in Ukraine. In the past week, the UK, EU, and Switzerland announce sanctions against Russia, – with Switzerland setting aside a long-standing tradition of neutrality in participating in these actions and the US announcing sanctions against Russia's central bank in a move that prohibits Americans from doing any business with the bank as well as freezes its assets within the United States. These measures are also targeting the National Wealth Fund of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. As markets opened February 28, the Russian Ruble had fallen 29% against the dollar to an all-time low, after the U.S., European Union and Canada agreed to disconnect some Russian banks from the SWIFT interbank messaging system. We're going to explore SWIFT and other payment infrastructure used to implement foreign policy on a routine basis, and why these recent announcements, in some respects, are taking this to a new level.
MORE and more big moves with the Relative Strength Rankings over the last two weeks. Don't miss this one. And, yes, there is hope. This has been episode 363 of the 401k Owners Manual.
