Yeah, so, Islam Makhachev is your new UFC welterweight champion. Not a huge surprise, considering the former lightweight titlist was a solid favorite to dethrone Jack Della Maddalena at UFC 322 over the weekend. What we maybe didn't expect was just how dominant Makhachev would be. Della Maddalena had no answers — and, from the looks of it, no plan B. By the end he appeared absolutely miserable out there, getting taken down at will, while his corner seemed fresh out of ideas beyond, “Try to punch him in the face!” You know who else is still really good? Valentina Shevchenko. She convincingly turned back the challenge of former strawweight champ Zhang Weili to retain her women's flyweight gold. Plus, just like Conor McGregor before him, Dillon Danis found out that some people don't play. And Jake Paul is on a suicide mission. But does he know that? Learn more about your ad choices. Welcome to my latest podcast - No Plan B: Living Your Truth at the Edge of Vision as I join with Elijah Ray and we uncover what is the most potent 'tool' ever imagined for healing, creating wealth as a frequency of alignment and authenticity as the root of true leadership. Can you guess? It's a tool that we all have, a tool that we often take for granted, until, that is when we lose it. Have you guessed what I'm talking about? Yes, it's your voice, and the recognition that you need to have to be effective in your journey of service. It's a map of the frequency of your vibration and where you are in your life. And together, Elijah and I dive into and explore the big questions, the frequencies beyond the business strategies and mindset shifts. We discuss what the cutting edge of my growth right now is and how I have re-envisioned my voice and my power. One layer of my journey that was pivotal to my recent enlightenment was where I doubted myself when I intuitively felt something or instinctively understood something then I allowed others to overrule me and sow doubt in my mind. We discuss my deep journey and how I have recently come into the centerpoint of my soul and trusting in intuition and my 'gut' feelings. It's a conversation around finding my essential expression and becoming truly authentic within myself. And, the importance of understanding the 'one true thing' about yourself, that you need to address. I share that. Our discussion also resounds around the concept of building energetic muscles and wealth as a frequency before it is a form and how do we get into frequency orientation? Understanding our interaction with the quantum field and our constant conversation that we have with it. And,the practical steps as to how we reverse engineer our situation, or re-tune our frequency, if we are unhappy with it. Enjoy Listening!

Let's hear from Dave Gutierrez of OLIMP Warehousing, sharing how his team delivers flexible, on-demand storage solutions that help brokers handle rejected loads, missed appointments, and tight delivery windows without breaking a sweat! We delve into building lasting trust through proactive communication, how rigorous warehouse vetting keeps freight safe, and why embracing complex “ugly freight” can actually give brokers a massive competitive edge in the business! About Dave Gutierrez Dave is a twenty-year veteran of the logistics business, both as a broker and as a shipper. He has a super-useful BA in creative writing from the University of Illinois and an ostensibly more relevant MBA from Loyola Chicago to go with it. Melinda Maria Spigel is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of Melinda Maria Jewelry, a leading e-commerce jewelry brand. From a young age, Melinda was drawn to creativity and jewelry, spending hours sketching and experimenting with designs. What began as a childhood passion quickly evolved into something bigger when, at 23, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams. She started selling her handmade pieces out of a Starbucks, sometimes making $1,000 a day, until her bold, statement designs began catching the eyes of stylists and celebrities. That early momentum would eventually grow into a namesake brand worn by icons like Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Taylor Swift, and featured in major retailers around the world. In this week's episode, Melinda opens up about the real journey behind the brand: how she overcame fear of judgment, why authenticity is her biggest competitive edge, and what it really took to build a company from scratch while raising three kids. We talk about the hustle of her early days, the grassroots strategies that got her into celebrity hands, the lessons she learned navigating challenges during key growth stages, and how passion continues to fuel her resilience and long-term success. Melinda's story is a masterclass in resilience, resourcefulness, and creativity, and a reminder that true success isn't about a perfect path but about showing up with courage, again and again. In this episode, we'll talk to Melinda about:* Why authenticity is the foundation of brand-building. What if God's plan to reach your neighborhood, your workplace, your city… is you? In Luke 10, Jesus sends out ordinary people with an extraordinary mission—to go ahead of Him and prepare the way. No titles. No platforms. Just faith, authority, and obedience. This is a wake-up call: you and I aren't on the sidelines of God's story—we are the strategy. There is no Plan B. Heaven is still sending, and the harvest is still ready. The work is gritty, the world is hostile, and still, we go—not relying on our strength, but on His Spirit. Along the way, we learn to recognize the people of peace, to shake the dust when needed, and to rejoice—not in what we do for Jesus, but in who we are because of Him.
It's Monday morning. The sun isn't up yet. Coffee's barely hot. But there I am, watching tape of Minnesota and texting my broadcast partners. That became a weekly ritual last season. Why? It felt like the Gophers were winning games before they even kicked off.So I had to get to know the guy behind it. And in this episode of Y-Option, presented by our founding sponsor 76, Greg Harbaugh Jr dives into it all.How he builds his offense, how he develops quarterbacks, how he's chasing a dream and how he's helping P.J. Fleck and Minnesota become one of the most situationally sharp teams in the Big Ten.Here's what stood out:

Tyler Schaffner grew up around horses and cattle in South Dakota. He realized quickly that school and the trades weren't for him so he decided to come to Texas to be more involved with cattle and horses. Tyler has never met a stranger and was able to quickly build a network. With that and his work ethic he got presented some great opportunities. He's been heavily involved in the roping cattle industry and the horse industry and more recently in the yearling business. Like a lot of guys in our industry he's found several other ways to increase revenue by selling Danco Forage cubes and several other products.
