Being a podcast guest, speaking at summits, getting on stages…this is how you grow your own audience.   But equally important is making sure that these people who you're getting in front of know who you are, what you do, who you do it for, and how you can help them. Talking about this might feel uncomfortable to some, not knowing how to talk about what you do in a way that feels natural and part of the conversation or speech.   Nikki Rausch to the rescue! As the Sales Maven, Nikki excels at teaching business owners how to have sales conversations. And in today's episode, she's sharing how to do that with some finesse while appearing on other people's platforms.   You will want to tune into this episode! Drew is comfortable with computers, but he's always looking for newer, better, more efficient methods. As a long-time paperless operation, Drew's office was in a good place when it went remote during the COVID-19 pandemic. As his office went to a work-from-home environment, Drew was quick to incorporate training sessions and provide the necessary tools to help his team set up comfortable, efficient home offices. He found that money spent on tech is money well spent, and speed and efficiency matters more than cost. Hear how Drew upgraded software and replaced an on-site server with the cloud for a faster, on-the-go setup. Still unsure about cloud technology, OneDrive, Office 365, remote access, and document sharing? Learn how and where these pieces fit in a modern office. If only we knew how to change our mindset, we could probably unlock a whole new level of amazingness, right? Well, let's undo some mindset damage, shall we? My guest today is Master Certified Life Coach, former women's rights lawyer, and host of the popular podcast, Unf*ck Your Brain, Kara Loewentheil. Kara holds a B.A. from Yale and a J.D. from Harvard Law. She helps women break through their confidence issues and negative self-talk and finally put into action their true desires. Her work isn't based on manifestation and law of attraction bs, it's rooted in cognitive psychology-based techniques and feminist theory. Kara shares how we can decipher between helpful and unhelpful thoughts, what the two steps are to begin retraining our brains, why “fake it til you make it” is utter crap, and how to assess our thoughts throughout the day.   Contact Information: Unf*ck Your Brain Podcast 5 Day Confidence Challenge Thank you to our show sponsor, Abby Connect Abby Connect is the live receptionist service loved by small businesses.  Get your 2-week free trial and $95 off your first month at http://abbyconnect.com/genwhy Thanks for Checking Out the Show Notes and for Listening!
