Casos recentes de adulteração em bebidas alcoólicas pelos país têm gerado preocupação entre consumidores e autoridades. Em resposta, entidades da Saúde já emitiram orientações para que os clientes identifiquem produtos adulterados antes mesmo de adquiri-los. Mas e quanto os produtos que já estão nas prateleiras? Para prevenir riscos à saúde, o Procon-ES intensificou as fiscalizações em bares, supermercados e distribuidoras, em parceria com a Delegacia do Consumidor da Polícia Civil.

O Ministério Público do Estado do Acre (MPAC), por meio da 1ª Promotoria de Justiça Especializada de Defesa do Consumidor, instaurou notícia de fato e determinou a expedição de ofícios a supermercados, bares e restaurantes de Rio Branco para que informem, no prazo de dez dias, as rotinas de aquisição, recebimento e armazenamento de bebidas alcoólicas, além das medidas adotadas em caso de suspeita de adulteração.

Metanol em bebidas alcoólicas entra na mira da Polícia Federal.

Foi destaque no noticiário do fim de semana o caso de três homens da Grande São Paulo que morreram após ingerirem bebidas alcoólicas adulteradas com metanol, produto químico de uso industrial encontrado em fluidos anticongelantes e limpadores de para-brisa. A Associação Brasileira de Bares e Restaurantes (Abrasel) afirmou que reforça a recomendação feita pelo Ministério da Justiça que diante de qualquer suspeita, bares e restaurantes devem suspender imediatamente a venda e comunicar o caso às autoridades competentes. Em entrevista à CBN Vitória, o presidente da Abrasel, Paulo Solmucci, destaca, por exemplo, que bares e restaurantes só devem adquirir apenas de fornecedores confiáveis e indústrias com reputação sólida 

A Polícia Civil de São Paulo deflagrou, na manhã desta terça-feira (30), uma operação voltada ao combate à falsificação de bebidas alcoólicas no interior do estado. Os agentes do Departamento Estadual de Investigações Criminais (Deic) cumpriram três mandados de busca e apreensão em Americana. Desde o início do ano, a polícia de São Paulo já apreendeu 5,2 mil unidades de destilados falsificados em todo o estado.

According to other research, the earlier kids try alcohol the higher the risk they'll indulge in binge drinking and any alcohol-related harm.Parents don't want to harm their kids, so why are they giving them alcohol? According to research done by Community Alcohol Partnerships, parents often assume their kids are going to drink so they would rather it happened at home. To help us understand the issues, I invited Director of Community Alcohol Partnerships, Kate Winstanley, to talk through what we should be thinking as parents. PRACTICAL TIPS:Encourage sports, hobbies, clubs and social activities that keep your kids active and fulfilled.Teenagers say boredom is a reason for drinking. Encourage them to get a holiday job or volunteer.Establish routines, like mealtimes, that mean you can spend some time together and talk to each other. This helps your child to feel they can come to you if they have a problem.Know the facts and laws about alcohol and can talk in a balanced and constructive way about the pros and cons of drinking.Talk and listen to your teenager. It is important that they hear your views and that you hear theirs.Use everyday opportunities, for example a storyline in a TV programme, as a prompt.Make sure the ground rules are clear. No Brasil, o Inca estima para o período de 2023 a 2025 o surgimento de cerca de 40 mil casos novos de cânceres de cabeça e pescoço por ano.Diferentemente de muitos tipos de câncer, cujas principais causas não são conhecidas, os fatores de risco dos tumores de cabeça e pescoço são bem estabelecidos, sendo eles o uso do tabaco – em qualquer forma que seja, desde cigarros eletrônicos, cachimbos, ou mascável –, o consumo de bebidas alcoólicas e a infecção pelo papilomavírus humano, o HPV.Qualquer lesão na boca e na garganta que dure mais de um mês merece uma investigação por parte de um profissional de saúde bucal. É algo que tem acontecido muito no meu círculo mais próximo (e se bobear, no de vocês também). Vamos falar da pandemia de bebedeira que se instalou no mundo (“no mundo” são dados da minha cabeça). Aqui no Brasil, a maior parte das pessoas tem na família um parente bebum. Aquela pessoa que não sabe a hora de parar de beber e passa dos limites. O famoso pudim de cachaça. Essa pessoa costuma ser muito chata quando está alcoolizada, sem noção nos comentários, e a geral evita convidá-la para as festas de família. Quando não tem jeito, encarecidamente pedimos que ela se controle, que não beba tanto e tal. Mas é incrível, basta uma dose de álcool, e a pessoa fica ébria automaticamente. Fora o inconveniente social, tem ainda a questão de saúde. Eu mesmo tenho um tio que foi dessa para a melhor por conta de tanta bebida. Foi triste, mas é um fato. Muitas mortes ocorrem por doenças causadas pelo consumo abusivo e prolongado de bebidas alcoólicas, como a cirrose, que destrói o fígado. O pior é quando acontece a morte de uma pessoa que não tem nada a ver com a história, como um atropelamento, por exemplo, já que tem alguns motoristas irresponsáveis que enchem a cara e vão dirigir (dá pra acreditar?). Daí vem a campanha “se beber, não dirija”, com objetivo de reduzir esse tipo de acidente. Quando a pessoa se conscientiza de que a falta de controle na ingestão de álcool atravanca a sua vida, ela procura um grupo de apoio. Às vezes recorrem ao Alcoólicos Anônimos, para conseguir esquivar-se de situações em que normalmente bebiam. Ah, mas beber socialmente não tem problema, alguém diz. Não, não tem problema nenhum. Mas, o que é beber socialmente? Eu mesmo tenho um amigo beberrão que, sempre que encontra um amigo, tomar todas. E desde 2020, quando tivemos que ficar em casa, ouço relatos de amigas que bebem uma taça de vinho todos os dias para aliviar o estresse. A rainha Elizabeth II era um exemplo desse consumo diário, com seus drinks preferidos no almoço, antes do jantar, e viveu até os 96 anos. Até onde se sabe, ela nunca ficou de pileque. Bom, a linha entre o beber socialmente e o vício é muito tênue. Eu mesmo, por exemplo, bebo todos os dias — não pulo um — mas não sou viciado. Affordable, unique pieces that are truly water resistant. A water baby to her core, she found herself continuously frustrated with rings turning her fingers green after being worn in the water. Clearly, she was not alone in that want, as her shop has skyrocketed since launching. In just 3 years, from making jewelry herself in her bedroom, she now has an office space, a renovated VW van, many employees, and dream clients. Megan shares her secrets to success, mistakes she's made, and what she learned from them, hiring and managing employees, staying unique, and utilizing social media and in-person markets to grow. We relate to the many woes of being a 28-year-old business owner, and the ways she's attempting to work through those hardships.
