In a world of brokeness, being whole is hard. In many cases it may even seem impossible. But today we share how to become whole through a life of holiness.  being holy isn't reserved for saints, our pursuit for holiness should be at the forefront of our life as Christians. The pursuit alone is worthy, the efforts, the desire to be more like Christ leads us to a holy life.  Holy does not mean being perfect, it is wrapped up in the pursuit and effort to become holy. We are not made to pursue happiness, rather we are made to pursue holiness. When we do this, we become whole.

Do you feel like you are in the dark when it comes to understanding perimenopause to menopause? Like many areas of the woman's body and her health, there has been a lack of education and support to women. This is true of women going through the transition to stopping their menstrual cycles for good. The good news is more noise is being made about this topic, and we want to join the conversion on The Hormone Genius podcast today and dive into the questions you have about perimenopause and menopause. Jamie and Teresa will discuss this particular transition towards ovarian quiescence; including the common symptoms of perimenopause to menopause, and the options for treatment. Jamie & Teresa will review some of the questions you sent in for us to answer on this particular episode, including themes around weight gain and menopause mood symptoms, hormone therapy, and so much more! One of the most common concerns is whether women should take hormone replacement therapy. This has been a controversial issue for sure, but we will give you a renewed sense of hope in this area of women's health. The great news is that hormones can continue to help womens bodies through menopause and beyond. Hormones have benefits to our quality of life as women, but they also have health and longevity benefits as well. We will take a look at all of these options and also help you focus on becoming the best version of yourself at 45, at 55, 65 and beyond, because that is what we all want is to be healthy and vital for as long as we can on this great earth. We will look also at the Women's Health Initiative and the unfortunate reality that this large study was misintepreted, and therefore has not given women appropriate informed consent around the decision of using hormone replacement therapy. Hopefully, we will give you a new look at this issue giving you more information, so you feel more confident in talking to your doctor/healthcare professional. Bekah Yawn is no stranger to being on the Hormone Genius Podcast, and today, as a certified Fiat hormone coach she is going to help us understand a path forward for healing & answers after miscarriage. Many women will go through the difficult loss of a child; in fact rates for miscarriage are between 20 to 30% for women in the U.S. which is a sad statistic. One of the most difficult things about miscarriage, besides the incredible loss of human life, is that many women will never know the 'why' behind the loss. Most miscarriages are chalked up to either a genetic issue or a fluke of nature, which is not always a satisfying answer. It is true also, that no woman wants to go through a miscarriage again, so they want to know how they can prevent a miscarriage in their future. This is why we are doing this podcast today. We want to give a path forward, a proactive and positive approach for what to do after the loss of a baby. We will give practical and proactive steps to take for cycle tracking, and other areas to look into with your hormonal health, to optimize your body and fertility for a future pregnancy. If you have been tired of the "band-aid" approach to healthcare, particularly in women's health, then you will want to hear about Naprotechnology. Otherwise, referred to as Natural Procreative Technology, Napro is considered a more root cause approach to women's health care. It is designed to cooperate with the natural cycle and restore the underlying problem back to health. Naprotechnology was developed in the early 1990's by Dr. Thomas Hilgers an OB/GYN who also developed the Creighton Model System of Natural Family Planning. This charting system is the foundation of Napro and it is used by doctors, NP's and other health care professionals as a diagnostic tool to understand diagnoses like; infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, abnormal bleeding and so much more. It has been very successful for many women, especially in the area of infertility with statistics showing that it is more successful then artificial reproductive technologies to achieve pregnancy. We hope this episode of The Hormone Genius will empower you to have another tool in your toolbox, another option for taking care of your female body. One that respects the natural design of your hormones and the superpowers that we have as women. As we approach the 2nd anniversary of the repeal of Roe v. Wade, the debate about abortion continues to divide us. Have you noticed, maybe even in your own conversations, that traditional pro-life messaging about the baby just isn't hitting home? What if I told you that by understanding the deep emotional and psychological needs of women considering abortion, we could revolutionize our approach and truly help women make life-affirming choices? Today, I chat with Megan Drapa, a researcher and education specialist for the Vitae Foundation, about what really influences women contemplating abortion. Megan shares that their research dives into the deep emotional drives behind these decisions, challenging what many of us think. She highlights that many women already see abortion as morally significant but feel driven by fear and a need to protect their identity. Our conversation sheds light on why we need more nuanced, compassionate communication to better support women facing unplanned pregnancies. Tune in to hear about: Emotional and Identity Factors: The decision-making process around abortion is deeply influenced by women's emotions and sense of identity. Many see carrying to term as a huge personal sacrifice or "death to self," and consider abortion the least harmful option despite knowing its moral implications. Effective Messaging: How we frame abortion-related messages greatly affects how they're received. For instance, presenting a 15-week ban as a way to give women enough time and information to make an informed choice can gain more support than strictly labeling it as a pro-life measure. Trust and Support: Building trust and offering support early in women's reproductive lives, before they face an unplanned pregnancy, is essential. Pregnancy centers and healthcare providers need to be seen as trusted resources for women's health and reproductive needs, avoiding judgmental approaches that can push women away when they most need support. To see the research, check out the Vitae Research Institute (https://vitaeresearchinstitute.org/) or email Megan Drapa (mailto:megan.drapa@vitaefoundation.org). Inflammation is a big word, a big human metabolic response, that yields both positives and negatives to the human body. On one hand, acute inflammation is a survival mechanism to drive the immune system to come to the aid of our body's injuries & illnessess. Inflammation is a response that literally saves our lives & heals our wounds. But, if it becomes chronic and the balance of inflammation is not brought back to homeostasis, then chronic inflammation will drive disease and break down cellular health through free radicals & oxidative stress. Inflammation is consdered the root of all disease from obesity, to arthritis, to cancer, endometriosis, autoimmune diseases, fatty liver and so many more health issues that plague the human person. Symptoms of inflammation include; digestive inflammation, food intolerances, aches & pains, fatigue, skin rashes & allergies, and many more. Jamie has been working with her FIAT Hormone Health Coaches on the root of inflammation in the GUT, and she is leading us today in this great discussion about what we can do to help keep the balance in our own body's and drive out inflammation that is chronic and unwanted. We will look at the GUT as a primary source and driver of inflammation since the gut through intestinal permeability (leaky gut) leads to inflammation. We will also discuss practical ways to reduce inflammation in your life, through nutrition, lifestyle, antioxidants and breathing. It happens in the week before menstruation, but can range from 2-3 days before menses up to even 10 days before. It is marked with more mental and emotional changes that are moderate to severe and effect a patients relationships and quality of life. These symptoms often include irritability, depression, anxiety, mood swings, crying, even anger or rage, and many other physical and emotional changes. It is important for us to understand why PMDD occurs but also treatments and solutions that help women who suffer from this more severe form of PMS. This of course always starts with a woman learning and understanding how to track the symptoms of her body to her own unique cycle. Have you ever wondered why it is so hard to stick to New Years resolutions? Do you struggle with knowing the right thing to do, but then actually following through and doing it? If so, then get in line because many of us know the reality of how hard it is to make healthy choices and stick to them long term. Jamie & Teresa will discuss hormones, behaviors, and choices around food and other health habits and why we sometimes do what feels good in the moment, but doesn't translate to good health and to happiness for our lives. This is a philosophical and biological conversation about behaviors & habits, and how we can have better discipline over them. It certainly is not easy, but if we understand a little better what is going on from a physiological and psychological level, we may be more empowered to take charge or our health. So in 2024, let's commit to becoming healthier & and happier, and let's work together to do it! Through art therapy and keynote speaking, he helps individuals become more insightful and productive while introducing truths that are aligned with their desired outcomes without fear or judgment. Listen & Subscribe on: iTunes / Stitcher / Podbean / Overcast / Spotify Contact Info Website: www.GregoryCopploe.com Book: I Am Pink by Gregory Copploe and Dani Forrest Background From Dani I've worked with Greg on projects related to brands like Spider-Man and Power Rangers. We crossed paths back in '94 or '95, both joining the company around the same time. We played a big role in launching and expanding projects stemming from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, a massive hit among kids. Greg and I teamed up with higher-ups to handle creative and administrative aspects. My main focus was creating a positive work environment, addressing coworkers' concerns, and making the company a more mindful place. However, I eventually moved away from the business because I didn't want to keep pushing products to kids. I believed childhood and life had more to offer than disposable plastic toys. While I gained valuable experience, this aspect bothered me. Nonetheless, I learned about team building and fostering a supportive atmosphere within a corporate context. What Is Stir The Paint?   Gregory Copploe: I host events called Stir The Paint Nights, which is my rebranding of what was formerly Paint Night Seattle. These gatherings bring people together to create art on canvas. Through these events, I've learned a lot about people's personalities and emotions as they express themselves on the canvas. As someone with heightened awareness, I can sense their self-criticism, high expectations, and even anxiety. Sometimes I ask participants why they're anxious, and often they can't pinpoint the source. They just want to excel at the activity. I remind them that they're already good at it and that talent can develop over time. We don't need to start out as experts; we can nurture our abilities. These insights from Stir The Paint Nights actually influenced my book. I took the struggles and personal growth I observed and incorporated them into the journey of the protagonist in my writing. The Process of Writing I Am Pink Dani Forrest: When talking about writing “I am Pink,” I was asked if any sections I strongly felt about ended up being left out of the final book. At first, Greg sent me a draft while I was in Kauai, which is a special place for me, full of inspiration. The story's core was there, and I loved it. Yet, there were parts about mindfulness practices and nutrition that I worried might divert from the main message. I wanted the heart of the story to shine, so we left out detailed explanations to keep the focus on the characters' relationships. How To Take On Brokenness? Gregory Copploe: When I asked myself about taking on that brokenness, I realized it's actually quite beautiful. We all have our flaws, and embracing them can be a beautiful thing. It's about putting those broken pieces together to create healing. Running these events, I often sense that healing happening. When we finish, there's a change in the atmosphere, an energy shift. This change is something Justin, the protagonist, also feels. He's connecting with experiences that finally feel genuine and true to him. It's like he's encountering love, a connection with animals, and a bond with nature for the very first time. Most of us have not only NOT been taught the skills to communicate well, we've been taught the opposite. We've probably observed more examples of INeffective communication than anything. Think about it for a second… were your parents good examples of this? Your first love? Your first boss? I'm gonna take a stab in the dark, and guess the answer for most of us is a hard NO. I am Nicole Kalil, and you can put this episode of TIWW under the category of “shit we should have learned, but didn't and now it's wreaking havoc in our lives”. Today, we're going to develop the skill of COMMUNICATION… especially communicating the hard stuff. Here to support our learning is Dr. Cassandra LeClair, communication consultant, author of Being Whole, and motivational speaker, who is an expert on communicating in relationships and improving connections. Her mission is to educate people on how to understand their communication patterns in order to build effective and healthy communication that enhances their professional and personal relationships. As is true with ALL learning, we learn best through experience, so I don't want this to be a half an hour where you got some good theoretical tips, I want you to PRACTICE what you've learned.  Because practice makes progress. And since very few of us were taught effective communication along the way, we've got lots of practicing to do. Gabrielle is a woman wearing many hats: author, actress, dancer, and director. But more notably, you might know her from her viral TikTok where she recalls the many traumas she's been (dancing) through, from her father's sudden death, to her divorce, and her “Eat, Pray, Love”-esque journey. In this episode there's no dancing involved, but she tells her whole life story from the heartbreaks to the healing process, as well as how she manages to keep her heart open despite everything she's been through.00:00:00 00:01:21 Introducing Gabrielle 00:01:51 Gabrielle's Fucked Up Netflix Story 00:05:04 Finding Trust Instead of Wallowing 00:07:36 The Greater Heartbreak 00:09:27 Eat, Pray… FML? 00:15:06 Patterns in Attraction and Teaching Moments 00:20:32 Relinquishing Fear 00:25:08 “Healing” and Being “Whole” 00:33:54 The Tortured Artist 00:38:48 The Role of Forgiveness 00:50:57 Self-Acceptance in Pregnancy and Body Love 01:02:33Where to Find GabrielleA Fucked-Up Netflix StoryGabrielle's story is one you might only find on a Netflix show. At a young age, she witnessed her father's death. At eighteen, she lost her high school sweetheart to a car accident. During her two-year marriage, her now ex-husband had an affair with a 19-year old for six months, and the man she dated after that left her just a few days before their trip to Europe. Devastated and alone, she decided to push through with the trip by herself that eventually turned into a self-love healing journey that would change her life and get her a best-selling book. Her Healing JourneyDespite everything she's been through, Gabrielle credits her mom for being a role model in her healing amidst the trauma in her life. Even with the fear of abandonment, she was left with two options: eventually she can either choose victimhood and let the tragedy define her, or use it as a springboard to grow, learn, and become a better human being. At the end of the day, what was wallowing all day going to do for her? She knew at that moment that whatever the trip was going to bring was going to be a huge healing journey for her, thus her healing journey began and paved the way for good things to come to her lifeThe Road to ForgivenessGabrielle believes that you don't have to forgive anyone if you don't want to, but she believes that not forgiving someone only hurts you more. When you're going around with a certain type of energy, you're going to attract that energy into your life. You don't forgive people for them—doesn't matter if they deserve it or how long it's been, but you forgive people because you want to elevate yourself and vibrate on a higher level to attract and manifest good things in your life.Links and ResourcesInstagramTikTokAmazon: "Eat, Pray, #FML"Amazon: "Fuck Off, I'm Healing"EatPrayFML.comApple Podcast: FML TalkMeta-DescriptionAuthor, actress, dancer, and director Gabrielle Stone spills the tea on her life story that got her viral on TikTok and her journey towards self-healing and self love.Support the show

Have you been wishing there was a resource for young women that would give them all the information they need to know about their body, their fertility cycle, and their hormones? Do you wish young women knew that there are alternatives to using birth control to treat period problems? In a world where women are often told that their bodies need to be controlled or suppressed, a new book from Lumen Press, in partnership with The Guiding Star Project and the Vitae Foundation, offers a different narrative. Written by women's health nurse practitioner and co-creator of The Hormone Genius Podcast, Teresa Kenney's new book The Happy Girl's Guide to Being Whole aims to set young women free to believe their bodies were made good, and should be supported and respected. With over 22 years of clinical practice, working with women across the reproductive lifespan, and her service on the board of directors of the Guiding Star Project, a national, “wholistic” women's health movement, Kenney's experience amounts to a wealth of information for women seeking the truth about their bodies. What's the value?

Cassandra has been on a journey focused on teaching others to find their authenticity, to have effective/healthy relationships, and to better communicate with those around them. She has been on this journey to help others, in many ways, because she has been on a journey to help herself. Cassandra went through some pretty terrible traumas in her life, including being sexually abused when she was younger, and more recently when being hit by a drunk driver she finally began to realize the importance of figuring out how to be at peace with herself. As way of background, Cassandra is an author ("Being Whole"), professor, communication consultant, and motivational speaker. She chose "authenticity" as her most important value because she believes that is the key to dealing with your trauma and ultimately finding peace. What I loved about having her on as a guest was the awareness and raw honesty with which she spoke. At one point she was explaining some difficult times in her life, where she had this overriding feeling that something was wrong with her even though on the surface everything seemed like it should be fine. I think most of us find ourselves with that feeling at some point in our lives, so it really resonated to hear her speak about it and how she worked her way through it. Towards the end of the show we had a really interesting conversation about kids and parenting; and specifically how much we should try and teach kids these lessons and life tools. We tried to understand the implications of engaging them in this type of deep self reflective and empowering work at a young age, as well as the implications of not doing it. It is obviously a tricky path to navigate, without clear answers, but we both agreed the more we can introduce our children to these concepts at a young age, the better off they and the world will be.

How can pausing or neglecting your hobbies as a busy mom lead to feeling like you've lost an essential connection to yourself? In this episode, you'll uncover what it takes to be an artist and a single mom, especially during those early childhood years. Hear whether it's worth it to give up on your dreams, your artistry, or your own self. Also, learn about cost-effective and less time-consuming media you can use to express your artistry as a mom.  Belinda Lindhardt provides valuable insights and productivity hacks fit for a creative mom who is busy or overwhelmed yet still appreciates her art as a tool to give herself downtime and help reconnect with herself.  In this conversation, Belinda shares what it takes to continue and persist and work on your passion projects or even your creative business, no matter where you are in your life, whether you're a single mom, or a mom taking care of a lot of unpredictable people. This concept is applicable whether you wish to maintain a hobby or you want to commercialize it and turn it into a “jobby.” Share this with a mom who thinks she's too busy to do things that bring her joy or a mom who desires to build and grow a resilient business that can weather the interruptions and changes that come with motherhood.  As a mom, you do not want to let their spark of a business idea get caught in the undercurrent of motherhood. This month, I will be offering 3 VIP Moms In Business Coaching spots for moms who wish to build a resilient business capable of bouncing back after any family interruption. It is during our day together that we will map out your precise implementation plan with the realities of being a caregiver in mind. This opportunity is unlike any other because it syncs up what you deeply desire out of motherhood with the needs of a business at every stage; it's what I've picked up and refined over the course of an 11-year plus entrepreneurial career that has grown with my family of three young boys. Are you ready for a tailored resilient business plan for yourself?  Sign-up today on https://go.oncehub.com/ClientSessionMelissaLlarena for a complimentary 15-minute connection Zoom call to see if it's the right fit based on your income goals in the next 9 weeks.  About Belinda Lindhardt Belinda is an artist/painter, illustrator & graphic designer, based on the Central Coast of New South Wales in Australia. Belinda is inspired by the beauty she sees everywhere – in landscapes, in people, and in the playfulness of color, light, form, and movement. She loves creating art that brings joy to people's lives. From colorful, abstract painted landscapes to captivating portraits and intricately detailed drawings, Belinda creates art and printed products that make ideal gifts or pieces to keep for yourself. Belinda studied Graphic Design in 1995 and started her first business in 1996 creating websites. She is mainly a self-taught artist being a student of the internet. Belinda thinks being a mom has been her greatest achievement yet! Highlights Artist: Being an artist means you've created something from nothing. That is equal in writing, or coming up with a solution or even cooking. Your identity is something you create for yourself. Medium: Belinda wants to work more freely and openly, and create a painting more easily with the limited timeframe she has raising a family. And so the medium became less important.  Mixed media: Try some watercolor backgrounds. Do a layer or two of watercolor. And then go over the top with some colored pencils for an intricate output. Work smaller: Find short-cuts to create your art and make reconnecting a priority. It doesn't have to take a long time to create the painting. You just need downtime for you to connect to yourself. Connection: It's about the connection and the journey of creating something new. It's not about the outcome, even though that's nice to have as well. You become better when you learn to connect with yourself. Restart: The great thing about mixed media or painting is that you can just paint over the top of it. So if it's not working how you want it to, you can paint over it and start again. Practice: If you have a picture in your head, and it's just not coming out on the canvas, understand that it takes time and practice to build up those skills. It's part of the creative process.  Art: It is hard when you have a blank canvas. Try drawing and scribbling words on the canvas before painting on it. If you don't like it, then start again. Formula: There is no formula in creativity because sometimes the idea or the concept is just there, and it works.  Value: There is value in creating something, even if it's not for financial gain.  Model: You've got to have a little bit of joy to share with your kids and show them what to do because you want a better life for them.  Joy: You've got to have joy in your life. It doesn't have to be creative. It can just be taking that little moment for yourself and enjoying a cup of tea. Think of ways to add more joy to your life. Resilience: Being a single mom, there is no backup. But being okay and kind to yourself about this helps you have resilience. Don't beat yourself up over it. These questions she was asking were clearly not to be asked, and especially by a young girl at the time.Laila eventually was able to study in Canada and became who she is today and helps others with awareness. Most of us know about IQ. Some know about EQ or emotional intelligence, Awareness intelligence is different. These are some of the ways that Laila is helping people today:• Decreasing your stress and anxiety.• Having more joy, confidence, peace and success.• Increased awareness of yourself, your wants and your passions.• Enhancement of both personal and professional sides of your life.Laila is a person who truly cares about others. I was dealing with a bipolar episode, addiction, and the ending of a relationship. Though it was a dark time, it also forced me to reconceptualize what I thought love was and what I thought love was meant to do. It's easy to look to someone else to complete us, to save us from ourselves, but that isn't true love. You have to save yourself.” --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Created during a time of quarantine in the global Coronavirus pandemic, A Moment Of Your Time's mission is to provide a space for expression, collaboration, community and solidarity. At the age of 28, Russell took a life-changing trip to Koh Samui, Thailand. After years of working in the fast food industry, he had developed skin problems and was searching for a solution. In his research, Russell read about the powers of fasting and the spas in Thailand that offered these healing retreats. It was during this time that Russell discovered raw foods. Russell’s passion was ignited by vibrant meals he was able to create with raw food. Not only were these dishes creative and flavorful, the health benefits were amazing.   This excitement led Russell to start a blog about his raw food journey. Others became interested in Russell’s natural talent and began to take notice of this up-and-coming raw chef. Teaching local classes, he began drawing students from all over Europe and the US. His drive was to make raw food accessible every day. Whether it was raw sandwiches or show-stopping dinner parties, your meals could be amazingly healthy.   Today, Russell has had the pleasure of teaching raw food to thousands of people worldwide through his podcasts, eBooks, live classes and online courses.  Russell now runs Eat Like An Adult (eatlikeanadult.com) and Being Whole (beingwholenow.com), of which The Raw Chef (https://therawchef.com/) is part of.   Russell grew up eating home-cooked meals such as Spaghetti Bolognese, Sunday roasts and curries  His dad (a part-time firefighter and painter and decorator) took over the family meals as his mum was working (as a driving instructor) Allowed to eat what he wanted, including sugary treats His mum intuitively knew that she didn’t want an over-reliance on meat As a child, he didn’t have much interest in cooking Russell worked at Burger King and ate fast food daily whilst at that job, he suffered with acne at that time At arts school, his interest in creating things waned He went into middle management at Tesco’s, not knowing how he got there in his mid-20s and realised it wasn’t where he wanted to be Russell then became a driving instructor as his Stepdad owned a driving school and his mum was a driving instructor He realised that he wanted a flexible job and to be self-employed Fasting and juicing had a big impact on his skin health He realised he had an outlet for creativity around food Russell started creating recipes, shooting photography and becoming a food blogger Several participants on a documentary about juice fasting in Thailand mentioned clearer skin, and Russell travelled to the same retreat centre. Putting personal experience above scientific proof  The lack of information about acne and nutrition, despite the strong connection between them The stigma about being a man who ate healthily  Karen Knowler ( https://twitter.com/KarenKnowler ) ran The Fresh Network,  Raw Food by Matthew Kenney and Sarma Melngailis was one of the first books on this topic The blog evolved into online and in-person courses It’s not necessary to be 100% raw Amy Levin- raw chocolate and desserts  https://www.amylevin.co.uk/ Pleasure and joy from the presentation and taste of food Removing limitations around food choices Eat Like an Adult - https://www.eatlikeanadult.com/ came about from feeling restricted as just ‘The Raw Chef’ Minimalist Baker https://minimalistbaker.com/  Eat Like an Adult is for ‘busy people who want to eat right’ , nourishing wholefood recipes that don’t take a lot of time to prepare Michael Pollan phrase ‘eat food, not too much, mostly plants’  Colour and the enjoyment of food Blue Zones https://www.bluezones.com/ The shared experience of eating together is nourishing in itself Morphogenic field “You’re only one meal away from being a healthy eater” Avoid giving yourself a hard time or judging yourself The effects of deprivation and indulgence “Personal responsibility is where the power is” Intestinal flora can predispose you to sugar cravings and obesity Many people now have the link that a treat doesn’t have    Resources: Eat Like and Adult: IG https://www.instagram.com/eatlikeanadult/?hl=en FB https://www.facebook.com/eatlikeanadult www.eatlikeanadult.com The Raw Chef: https://www.instagram.com/therawchef/ https://therawchef.com/

In this episode of Uncomfortable, we talk to De’Nicea Hilton, a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Holistic Period & Fertility Strategist. We chat about “Period Bypassing” a term coined by De’Nicea during her work with women around menstrual cycles.  About De'Nicea: Imagine a place where girls, teens and women walk around completely aware of themselves, Being Whole, and so comfortable fully expressing their Authentic Selves. They’re exuding confidence and loving who they are. And to think…it all started with learning about their menstrual cycle.  De’Nicea Hilton is the host of Period Bypassing, where the practice is to Educate, Embrace and Embody Holistic Menstrual Health.  Through her experience as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Holistic Period & Fertility Strategist, De’Nicea noticed girls, teens and women were living with unpleasant menstrual cycles, confused about themselves, unaware of their bodies and living fragmented – the effects of Period Bypassing™. However, this shifted when they learned about their menstrual cycle.  Transcending Period Bypassing™, the Flow-Asis is filled with all sorts of opportunities to learn Holistic Menstrual Health in group mentorship or be personally guided one-to-one in syncing with and harmonizing your cycle for Menstrual Cycle Conditions and Fertility Challenges.  De’Nicea teaches a multi-faceted perspective of the menstrual cycle that shatters the belief of what’s been accepted as “normal” for what is healthy. In the Flow-Asis, De’Nicea opens their eyes to creating a life FOR her rather than accepting things being done TO her by using the Menstrual Cycle as her guide – detecting cues and listening to messages of what her Mind, Body and Spirit are saying she needs. While women have been searching all over for the answers to her questions about her Cycle, Fertility and overall Health, De’Nicea helps her see that the answers have been within her the whole time. She just needs to know how to access and interpret it.
