Says Twain, "I'm so happy that this song I wrote 'Yes, I Will' has found a home on The Stylistics album. That is just so exciting. It's a special song that came together on one special day at my home where I was hanging out with some friends and musicians. So I think it turned out great and I'm just really excited to share it with the whole world." Airrion Love from The Stylistics adds, "I fell in love with Shania Twain the first time I heard 'You're Still the One' - a great song that I still love. When we heard there might be a chance to do something with her we said, "Hell yeah!"" Before launching the iconic Texas blues-rock trio ZZ Top, a young Billy F. Gibbons was hustling through the Lone Star State with a band named the Moving Sidewalks. The small-time band had the chance of a lifetime when they opened for legendary rock guitar maestro Jimi Hendrix. Over 50 years later, Gibbons is one of the most recognizable rock musicians in American history. From ZZ Top's early work in creating classic rock radio staples like “La Grange” and “Tush” in the 1970s to becoming a global phenomenon with innovative music videos in the early years of MTV, Gibbons has been the guiding hand behind ZZ Top's evolution from the “Little Ol' Band from Texas” to pop culture behemoth with the 1983 album Eliminator, which has sold over 20 million copies worldwide. As the guitarist and main singer of ZZ Top, Gibbons has gained immense respect among other music luminaries with guest appearances and collaborations with legends like B.B. King, Les Paul, Jeff Beck, John Mayall, and Sammy Hagar before releasing solo albums like The Big Bad Blues (2018), which was named Blues Rock Album of the Year by the Blues Music Awards. He has continued to lead ZZ Top in the aftermath of the death of longtime bandmate Dusty Hill in 2021 and shows no signs of slowing down from bringing his unique brand of Texas blues to the world. While it would be easy to categorize the work of OTIS as Southern Rock, being from Kentucky, their musical background is much broader. In addition to being guided by the classic rock giants of the 1960s and 70s era, the members of OTIS draw inspiration from true greats—people like Muddy Waters, Leadbelly, and the artists of Motown—to create their own unique rock and roll sound. After releasing Tough Times: A Tribute to John Brim,—Former Chess Records Blues Recording Artist— in 2014, OTIS joined Cleopatra Records in 2017, with the release of their second album Eyes of the Sun. In Double Talkin' Jive, legendary drummer Matt Sorum takes music lovers behind the scenes of a remarkable life in rock. Sorum, whose albums have sold tens of millions of copies around the world, provides an honest, engaging account of the highs and lows of superstardom. Sorum recounts his childhood years idolizing Ringo Starr and surviving an abusive stepfather. After leaving high school, Sorum sold pot to get by. Over time, his drug dealing escalated to smuggling large quantities of cocaine, a career that came to a halt following a dramatic shoot-out. Sorum fled his old life and settled in Hollywood, where he'd enjoy a rapid ascension to rock 'n' roll immortality. He caught his big break drumming for the Cult, and only a year later was invited to join Guns N' Roses, with whom he'd record two of rock's most iconic albums: Use Your Illusion 1 and 2.
