WHAT : DE HEK

In this episode, The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger—Danny de Hek—dives deep into Megan Lynch's latest attempt at gaslighting her audience into believing the VYB scheme is anything but another shady MLM scam. If you've ever wondered how scammers manipulate people into staying loyal to a sinking ship, this is the episode for you!Megan's video is a psychological rollercoaster, packed with blame-shifting, emotional manipulation, and classic cult-like MLM tactics designed to keep people trapped in the illusion of financial success. She categorises people into "quitters," "players," "workers," and "studs," making it clear that if you question the business model or fail to recruit others, you're just a weak-minded loser who doesn't "want it bad enough."But let's be real—this is not about mindset or hard work. This is about a system that benefits the people at the top while everyone else fights for scraps. The red flags are everywhere:

Join me, Danny de Hek, aka The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, on January 18th for an exclusive interview with Megan Lynch, the voice behind the controversial VYB initiative. Megan is known for her bold claims and passionate leadership, but this interview goes beyond the surface to scrutinize the structure, ethics, and promises of her latest venture. As someone committed to exposing scams and protecting everyday investors, I'll ask the tough questions about VYB's business model, recruitment tactics, and transparency. Some of the key topics include:The ethics of involving a six-year-old in a Zoom meeting to defend the legitimacy of the business.VYB's strong emphasis on recruiting downlines and the $442,860 monthly income claims. The product offering—or lack thereof—and the justification for the $25 entry fee.The role of accountability in previous ventures and why trust should be placed in this one.Questions about qualifications, credentials, and compliance with regulations like Zoom's MLM policy.Megan will have the opportunity to clarify her position and address the concerns raised by critics, including her controversial partnership with her sister, Ragan Lynch. While Ragan will not be present in the interview, her involvement in this initiative and others will undoubtedly be a point of discussion. This interview isn't just about disagreement—it's about creating a platform for transparency and accountability. Megan will have the chance to share her perspective, and we'll leave it up to you, the viewers, to decide.

In this video, I share the unfortunate experience of being removed as a speaker from the upcoming DeCult 2024 Conference, despite already being publicly announced as part of the program. After receiving an email from Anke Richter, the event's director, explaining the decision, I felt compelled to respond publicly. This decision was made after members of the ex-Jehovah's Witness (JW) community raised concerns about my inclusion in the event, resulting in DeCult's decision to retract my speaking slot. The reasoning? Concerns that my participation would keep a large portion of the ex-JW community from attending. While I understand the need to consider the audience's comfort and safety, I believe this situation has been handled unfairly, as no one from DeCult approached me directly to hear my side of the story. In this video, I speak with Dennis Parker, one of the event co-organizers, via Zoom, where I express my frustration and disbelief at how this has unfolded. I've always aimed to use my platform to expose harmful organizations like Jehovah's Witnesses, raising awareness of cult practices and helping people break free from controlling environments. I believe it's ironic that DeCult, an organization dedicated to exposing harmful cults, is shunning me in a manner all too similar to the cult-like behavior we seek to expose.I've been deeply involved in exposing cults for years and have even done a successful interview with Lara Kaput, which DeCult themselves promoted.- Video Interview with Lara KaputYet, despite this, more recent accusations have come forward that I've never had a chance to address with the organizers. It feels like an entire community has made a decision about me based on misinformation, and I wasn't even given a platform to defend myself.Additionally, Rob Woolley, a colleague and respected figure from the Toastmasters and Rotary communities, wrote a heartfelt letter in support of me to Dennis Parker. In this letter, Rob highlights my professionalism and my ability to handle controversial topics with grace and humor. However, Dennis claims that this letter wasn't passed on to Anke, leaving me even more perplexed as to how this situation has been handled.Key Points in This Video:- I share the email from DeCult Director Anke Richter explaining their decision to remove me as a speaker due to concerns raised by the ex-Jehovah's Witness community.- My conversation with Dennis Parker, where I plead for a meeting with the DeCult committee to address these concerns and have my voice heard.- My feelings of being treated unfairly and shunned, similar to the behavior cults impose on their members, ironically by an organization meant to fight against cult practices.- A heartfelt letter from Rob Woolley supporting my character, professionalism, and ability to handle controversial topics, which was not passed on to the decision-makers.I believe everyone should have the chance to tell their side of the story before decisions like these are made. In this video, I ask for your feedback and invite you to share your thoughts on how this situation has been handled. Do you believe this decision was justified, or do you think I should have been given the chance to present my side of the story to the DeCult committee?Your input is valuable to me, and I encourage you to engage in the conversation. Welcome back to my channel, The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger! I'm Danny de Hek, and my mission here is to expose and shame anyone involved in Ponzi schemes or scams. By raising public awareness, I aim to save mum and dad investors from losing their kids' inheritance to the multilevel marketing bottom feeders of the world.Today's video is a bit different but equally important. We're diving into a critical issue that affects many families: youth behavior problems. In this follow-up video, I have a candid conversation with a retired teacher who shares his invaluable experience, knowledge, and skills in addressing such issues. This discussion was conducted over the telephone and lasted about an hour. For privacy reasons, our guest has chosen to remain anonymous, but he has taught at a school in Auckland, New Zealand, for 25 years.THE INCIDENT: A RECAPIn a previous video, I shared a distressing experience involving a group of youths who have been persistently vandalizing my friend shop. These incidents escalated when I was physically assaulted, resulting in broken glasses. The alarming part is that these perpetrators are only 14 years old, yet they seem to have no fear of consequences, despite being known to law enforcement.A TEACHER'S PERSPECTIVEIn this video, the retired teacher listens to voice recordings of Tane Harimate and his mother after the incident. He offers profound insights and wisdom that can benefit all parents, especially those with children struggling with behavior problems. His experience in dealing with such issues in a school setting provides a unique perspective on the root causes and potential solutions for these troubling behaviors.KEY POINTS OF DISCUSSIONUnderstanding Youth Behavior: The teacher delves into the psychological and social factors that contribute to youth crime and misbehavior. He highlights the importance of addressing these issues early on to prevent future problems.Effective Communication: The importance of open and honest communication between parents and children is emphasized. The teacher shares practical advice on how to foster a healthy dialogue that can lead to positive behavioral changes.Role of Education: The discussion touches on how schools can play a crucial role in shaping the behavior and attitudes of young people. The teacher shares strategies that have proven effective in his 25 years of experience.Legal and Social Accountability: We explore the broader societal and legal implications of youth crime. The teacher discusses the need for a balanced approach that holds young offenders accountable while providing them with opportunities for rehabilitation.WHY THIS MATTERSThis video is not just about a single incident but a call to action for parents, educators, and the community to come together and address the systemic issues contributing to youth crime. By sharing this retired teacher's insights, I hope to provide valuable guidance to those facing similar challenges with their children.JOIN THE DISCUSSIONI invite you all to join this important conversation. It was an email from a friend offering a investment opportunity he couldn't turn down that  transformed Christchurch man DANNY : DE HEK into a self confessed Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger. Since that email de Hek has produced more than 130 videos taking apart the crypto currency investment, which he calls a dangerous and deceptive scheme. Recording from his Christchurch home he has caught the attention of the those pushing the scheme, including death threats, and his efforts have also been profiled in the New York Times.Danny says the whole thing is a typical multi level marketing scam, but because it uses the blockchain it makes it much harder to track down who is in charge, leaving those on the bottom, some of who have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars, with nothing.Read The Full Article on RNZSupport the show

Hello welcome. You're listening to the WHAT : DE HEK Podcast, or you may be watching the Danny de Hek YouTube channel. Have you been scammed by HyperVerse? Do you know what HyperVerse is? Do you know who owns HyperVerse or hibernation? Well, there's a lot of people out there at the moment. They, you want to take legal action.Against the company. It's a Ponzi scheme. It's not even really a company, even though they did start from a company called HyperTech group, they don't actually have any company. So the company founders were, what we've been told were actually two people. And that was Ryan Xu in Sam Lee. so recently I've been hanging out on Telegram something.I didn't think I'd actually ever be doing. I actually hated the program, but now I've found myself an admin in a group called HyperVerse Lawsuit. And the people that are in the group, it's only about 500 people. They actually want to take. Legal action against this Ponzi scheme. And I keep upsetting people. Now, if you have invested in a Ponzi scheme and you have realized that you've actually lost your money, it can be a pretty hard pill to swallow. And I don't want to be responsible for people's mental health because it's can be devastating when you lose money. So if you are feeling. Um, down and you don't know who to talk to reach out to a neighbor or a close friend and, uh, tell them how you're feeling and get some help if you are feeling down, because it's not a nice thing when somebody told you something that was technically too good to be true. And then you find out it's not true. So these two people, Ryan and Sam, they do have a history of being involved in crypto companies. But my feeling is unless the world unites and we all start working as one entity, it's a very hard thing to put together a lawsuit that can actually do any good. And I honestly believe that these two people are either already in a Chinese prison.Some. or hiding and will never be able to get them, but because this Ponzi scheme has actually grown. Since 2019, it started off as, uh, HyperCapital and then they rebranded to HyperFund. And then in December, this year, it changed to HyperVerse. And then just on the 22nd of August, they're still going, they've changed it to HyperNation.REAM MORE... https://www.dehek.com/general/ponzi-scheme-scamalerts/scammed-by-hyperverse-who-owns-hyperverse-hypernation-start-legal-action-to-recover-your-crypto/Support the show

Hello, I'm Danny de Hek and I'm your saviour from HyperNation. If you've been watching my videos, you will see, I did a video like that. Trying to warn people from HyperVerse. I thought it would be good. To go down memory lane. I don't want you to go to the EcoSystem. I don't want you to prepare yourself for the new digital world.[00:00:28] I want you to come on a journey with me through my videos. I did about four months ago. I had this smashing interview. With one of my Australian friends called Mark Gardner. And he was an advocate for HyperVerse. He was convinced that HyperVerse, we're gonna build his future for him. And even his brother.[00:00:57] He had invested $5,000 and he was getting $140 a day of rewards. And he was rebuying and taking the money out. He had two accounts and he was worried that I was going to Doman to the leaders. At HyperVerse like I had inside knowledge that no one else did a hotline or a telephone where I could communicate with them.[00:01:25] I would be the only person on planet earth who could do that. If this was the case. If you have not been following the journey of HyperVerse HyperNation averse, HyperNation color star. Group tech, whatever tech group, whatever. There's so many different brands. And now they've recently rebred to HyperNation.[00:01:47] So I did the decent thing and I thought I'll reach out to mark and say, Hey mark, please listen to me. This time. Don't invest in HyperNation. Don't buy one of those NFTs who don't need one. You'll be fine. Living on earth without an NFT. You'll be okay. Trust Danny. Ah, that was funny. I really enjoyed doing that.[00:02:13] Actually. I was sort of wondering how that was gonna go, but you know, you, you try doing these things and. you just think, am I gonna come across as an idiot? You know, it was one of the things I did when I did this Video with Mark Gardner. Now he's an Aussie and I did have the Australian national Anthem ready to go, but I've lost it.READ MORE... https://www.dehek.com/general/ponzi-scheme-scamalerts/marc-gardiner-au-vs-danny-de-hek-nz-is-hypernation-a-scam-or-legitimate/Transcribed using DescriptSupport the show

Transcribed using Descript[00:00:00] Hey you doing it's Danny de Hek from the WHAT : DE HEK Podcast. Thanks for tuning in and listening to my podcast, got quite a lot of things to talk about today. I've got some facts on a review and use some common sense logic with you when using some reasoning. Now, the federal bank in America has just increased the lending rates, which will probably push America into a recession.[00:00:29] And I have a YouTube Channel, which you may be aware of and what I've been doing. I've been busting a lot of crypto scams as they pop their ugly heads out of the internet and mislead people with lots of stories. And one of those companies that I've been spending a lot of my time and energy on is one called HyperVerse.[00:00:51] And just recently it's fallen over and there's a lot of excuses out there on why. Pioneer and the rewards that are promised to the loyal members or the community after listening to one of the membership leadership videos. One of the thing was discussed a couple of weeks ago was about looking at the facts and reviewing the things that had actually happened with that company and seeing where they are at right now.[00:01:21] If you're not familiar with my YouTube Channel would recommend go into dehek.com and checking it out. One of my mates, Vinny, he's got a YouTube channel called Project Frugal. Now he's done a lot of research and he's actually produced six videos of all the different stages that HyperVerse has gone through.[00:01:43] And I'd recommend checking it out. His YouTube channel is actually called Project Frugal. And if you go to the first one, he starts from the humble beginnings and he actually looks at Ryan, uh, sorry, Ryan, you, and where he originates from and where he began his crusade, because a lot of the hype that's going on about HyperTech is using Sam Lee and Ryan Xu.[00:02:14] And about their background and their experience in crypto mining. But you may be surprised when the research is done properly. The origins of these guys, isn't what they have been under the spotlight is. And I'm just going to play a little bit of in the market. As part of the HyperTech group is Ryan Xu, Chinese national.READ MORE ... https://www.dehek.com/general/ponzi-scheme-scamalerts/ponzi-schemes-hyperverse-internet-scams-youtube-channel-project-frugal-ponzihater-scamdemic/Support the show

This is a series of blogs, written with the goal to give you more insight and control of your own Internet marketing without being exploited by Website Design & Development + SEO companies.By reading these blogs you will learn more about Website Architecture, Domain Names, Email, Web Hosting, Content, Maintenance, Search Engine Optimisation and Paid Advertising. What's my background, how long have you got? My claim to fame – I started the first Internet cafe in Christchurch with a friend back in 1995 it was called The Email Centre on Worcester Boulevard.People who used to come and use our cyber services taught me how the Internet worked, looking back it was enough to make me dangerous. At that time my expertise was getting people with computers onto the Internet and teaching them how to surf the world wide web. After 12 months I gained enough knowledge simply by looking over peoples shoulders, asking questions and seeing what others were using the Internet for. I learnt to be able to set up a basic website. One day I decided to sell everything I owned to buy a laptop and shortly after I maxed out my credit card with one of the first digital cameras that came to the market. I was equipped and ready to rock and roll as a mobile internet consultant.I used to travel around New Zealand claiming to be New Zealand's leading Internet consultant. For a one time setup cost of $300 and monthly hosting, promotion and maintenance for $30 a month, businesses could have a web presence within DANNY : DE HEK. At one point I represented 45 different rental car brands, tourism companies and many accommodation providers throughout New Zealand. I was self appointed but I certainly made a big impact on the travel and tourism industry in New Zealand which earned me a six-figure income along the way.Being dyslexic and not being able to read and write, I kind of stood out like a sore thumb. I received a lot of criticism in an industry that wasn't regulated by so-called peers, known these days as keyboard warriors. However it made me stronger and more determined to succeed, the old saying “no such thing as bad press” was certainly true in my case, the fact is it put me on the map!A few years later as the internet became more prominent and competitive, web development companies would approach my clients with flashy website designs which I couldn't compete with. Understandably many of my clients wanted to take control of their own Internet services in house. This was my turning point, I re-strategised and invested time in myself and started doing a lot of affiliate marketing and commission based work. With a little luck one of my affiliate sites started generating $40,000 worth of profit each month. That site used to get 25,000 IP visits per day, the knowledge I learnt at that time was the real value.READ MORE ... https://www.dehek.com/general/marketing/stop-being-exploited-by-website-design-development-seo-companies/Support the show

As a disfellowshipped Jehovah's Witness I have had thoughts of suicide and have suffered with extreme loneliness.Disfellowshipping someone after a dramatic life event and shunning them from their family and friends in a time of need is a common practice in the Jehovah's Witness faith. I believe this is a contributing factor as to why so many people die from suicide after disassociating themselves, getting disfellowshipped or have not been able to live up to the high standards that Jehovah's Witnesses are expected to do.The detrimental effects of suicide on family members are normally not discussed. Instead, many focus on the person who died and what got them to the point of suicide. No one, or no organisation is held accountable for what drove a person to do such a thing. My sister and I were brought up as Jehovah's Witnesses; I was baptised, from memory my sister was an unbaptised publisher. My solo mum, who still loves the religion more than me, will undoubtably continue her Jehovah's Witness path until she dies. She loves Jehovah with ALL her might. One day, two Jehovah's Witnesses knocked on her door, they left a watchtower publication, which she took out of politeness. The next week when she saw them coming up the drive, she had a cunning plan where she thought she would crouch down so they couldn't see her. However, they caught her through the window, so she had to open the door and said she had a bad back, she couldn't stand up and couldn't talk at the moment! The persistence of the two Jehovah's Witnesses who initially knocked on our door managed to strike up a Bible study with her and the rest was history. This was something our family thought was quite humorous for years. My mum was in a terrible state; her ex-husband was an alcoholic, he left us when I was 2 1/2 years of age. While we never went without, there was no doubt we were poor and mum was struggling. When a group of people showed love and compassion and gave my mother a community, she certainly jumped at the chance to become part of the world wide brotherhood.I hope you can empathise with me as this is truly one of the most personal experiences to publicly post on my BLOG, broadcast on the WHAT: DE HEK PODCAST and stream on my YOUTUBE channel ‘but what the Hek'.Continue to read... https://www.dehek.com/general/health-wellness/escaping-suicide-and-shunning-by-the-jehovahs-witness-cult/P.S. You're listening to Danny, on WHAT : DE HEK podcast. This is the place where I share my experience, knowledge and skills.[00:00:25] Hello, I'm Danny de Hek. And this is WHAT : DE HEK podcast. I'm facilitating my own meeting today and this is what I call one of my personal rant podcasts. Now, I don't know if you subscribe to my channel, but you may have noticed I haven't actually done any podcasts in for quite some time. I discovered an app called clubhouse and I learned so much about podcasting.[00:00:25] I had to upgrade my gear and go through a whole learning process once again. And I want to share the journey of becoming a podcaster with you. So if you were like me, you probably have a laptop and you're probably thinking I could become a podcaster. I can just get a microphone and start recording. Wow.[00:00:45] Have I got news for you? Now my journey started by listening to other podcasts and finding the right gear. So today what I'd like to do is just run through some of the gear that I've had, um, that I recommend that I have found good for me. First thing you would probably need, if you were getting into podcasting is maybe a microphone.[00:01:11] Now what I'm going to do, I'm just going to flip into a web browser and I'm going to show you the microphones that I use. This is what you call an auto auto microphone, which is a BP40. Now I stumbled across these microphones because originally when I was getting into podcasts, I was trying to record a group of 15 people in a room.[00:01:36] And I got a blue Yeti mic. If you ever have one of those and this you're a musician, well, you've got yourself set up in a perfectly sound balanced room. Do not use a blue Yeti mic, just my opinion. Fall on your feet and get yourself a dynamic microphone, diabetes. I actually got two of these microphones and I'll just get my head out of it.[00:01:55] Uh, and I had them in a room that was shaped like a horseshoe and I put two, these one each end of the room and it did capture the sound pretty good. However, it probably, um, wasn't even the right title of area was space to be able to record a podcast COVID Cape. And I cut it all my gear back home. And at the time I was using an app.[00:02:21] Six by zoom, which is a recording device, and that was adequate for myself. But when I started wanting to record other people who were online, like, um, recording things over zoom or river, Riverside.fm, or, um, Zencastr, or, uh, stream labs or stream yard at the camera, a whole different complicated stuff.[00:02:46] Sorry. First of all, what I did is I went out and got myself a RØDECaster Pro, and I'm just going to get the ball. Ooh, the box. Okay. Yeah, I wrote RØDECasters are absolutely awesome. Now the theory, first, one of these I've got, we'll just put it back on the floor. I got up home from the shop and I put it on the counter and it was buckled and every time I pushed the button.See Full TXT Script at https://www.dehek.com/general/podcast/podcasting-equipment-and-software-for-the-beginner-podcaster/Who is DANNY : DE HEK? – In short I'm a connector, podcaster, blogger a person of influence, I'm that guy who knows everybody and I've put together my website to show what I'm passionate about.
