In a scathing critique, the speaker takes aim at the hypocrisy of politicians who claim to be loyal to their constituents but only reveal their true convictions when it's no longer relevant. Using the examples of John Cornyn and Bill Cassidy, two Republican senators who recently lost their primaries, the speaker argues that these politicians have a history of changing their stances to appease their party leaders and donors. This episode delves into the world of politics, where the lines between loyalty and deception are blurred. The speaker examines the ways in which politicians use their power to manipulate the system and avoid accountability. From the use of cloture to the importance of voter turnout, the conversation covers the intricacies of the US Senate and the ways in which politicians can maintain a veneer of loyalty while secretly working against the interests of their constituents. The speaker also touches on the topic of voter fraud, citing the example of California's slow and contentious election process. They argue that the state's approach to election administration is not only inefficient but also creates an environment where misinformation and conspiracy theories can thrive. The conversation also explores the implications of this issue and how it affects the democratic process. If you're tired of being misled by politicians who claim to be on your side, tune in to this episode to hear the speaker's take on the state of politics and the importance of holding our elected officials accountable.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Send us Fan MailTrump just exposed the filibuster scam. When the filibuster blocks health care, wages, voting rights, immigration reform, or labor protections, Republicans call it Senate tradition. But when it blocks Trump's election agenda, suddenly he wants it gone.Today we're breaking down how selective procedural compliance moves power away from the people and toward the executive. This is not just about Senate rules. It is about Article I, Article II, concentrated power, and who gets the rule versus who gets the workaround.I'll also connect this to my conversation with Cliff Schecter about Democrats asking permission from people who are already weaponizing the rules.Main question: Who benefits when Congress cannot act?Read more at The Coffman Chronicle and get the full show for paid subscribers.Rumble: https://rumble.com/v7a37ks-trump-exposes-the-filibuster-scam-tmp-1052.htmlThe Coffman Chronicle: https://www.thecoffmanchronicle.com/Pocket Constitution: https://thecoffmanchronicle.kit.com/pocket-constitutionYou're listening to today's Opening Argument from The Tony Michaels Podcast. Next, Hawk calls for expanding the Supreme Court by four seats, drawing nominees from federal judges who held the line against the Trump administration, including Judge Boasberg. Ketanji Brown Jackson gets the nod for Chief Justice. Puerto Rico and Washington DC become states, adding four new senators and giving millions of Americans real representation for the first time. Roe v. Wade gets codified into law nationwide. And critically, Hawk argues Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries must not lead the Senate or House, citing their stated loyalties to foreign interests over their own base. All four items fit on one piece of paper. Voting rights. Court reform. Statehood. Reproductive rights. That's the plan. He explains why recent indictments and subpoenas could signal real movement against what he calls the "Original Swamp Monsters," including cases tied to threats against President Trump, the Russia collusion narrative, and alleged COVID-era coverups involving deleted records and gain-of-function research. Bryan also breaks down the massive FBI fraud raids in Minnesota targeting Somali-run daycare and autism centers, arguing that the White House sees these investigations as both a justice issue and a broader immigration and midterm-election strategy. Plus, Bryan shares how his CIA counterterrorism training shaped his analysis of the Trump assassination attempt and the debate over ideological motivation, gives updates on the brutal wars in Ukraine and Iran, and explains why economic pressure on Tehran may be the White House's best path to victory. Michael also touches on the topic of the Save Act and the importance of addressing election integrity. He shares some surprising statistics on voter fraud, citing the Heritage Foundation and the Brennan Center. President Donald Trump issued a bold 48-hour ultimatum on Truth Social, demanding that Iran fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz or face U.S. strikes to obliterate power plants. In response, Iran defiantly rejected the demand, vowing to completely close the Strait indefinitely and target regional infrastructure across the Gulf — including U.S. and allied facilities — if its power grid is attacked. Iranian officials labeled such U.S. actions as war crimes and promised irreversible destruction in retaliation. Donald Trump presses to pass the SAVE America Act, which would require proof of citizenship to register to vote, meaning many driver's licenses wouldn't be enough. As some Republicans demand a talking filibuster to enact the bill, Sen. John Thune says that isn't so easy in practice, and the GOP lacks the votes for it. Learn more about your ad choices. Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) has acknowledged that the SAVE Act, which requires proof of citizenship for voter registration in federal elections, faces significant hurdles in the Senate due to the current filibuster rules. He stated plainly, “The votes aren't there” to pass it through a marathon talking filibuster, as demanded by some to force Democrats to hold the floor indefinitely. Thune further explained, “The votes aren't there, one, to nuke the filibuster, and the votes aren't there for a talking filibuster,” emphasizing the lack of support to change Senate procedures or override opposition. Americans who support securing elections and restoring the traditional talking filibuster for greater transparency should politely call Senator Thune's office at (202) 224-2321 today and urge him to lead on passing the SAVE Act while mandating real, on-the-floor debate — no more silent blocks!
