Better with Bees is a student-run club focused on urban environmental sustainability at Charles P. Allen High School in Bedford, within the Sipekne'katik district of Mi'kma'ki.In the words of Topsy Olatunji, a student member of Better with Bees: “Our project centers on involving the Mi'kmaw community in establishing a healing garden and a Wabanaki pollinator garden, topics I will delve into deeper in the episode. We aim to educate and cultivate environmental awareness on local bee populations and pollinators in our ecosystem.”And from teacher Christopher Hall: “In the spring of 2022, Charles P. Allen High School (CPA) was approached by Alvéole, an urban beekeeping company, to house a beehive at the school. This beehive inspired the work that CPA's Better With Bees does as a community change maker. Working with students we have developed a plan to not only make tangible impacts on climate change, but also to showcase a native species garden. By building a Wabanaki pollinator garden surrounding a Mi'kmaq Medicine Garden, we hope to demonstrate that gardening with native species is a beautiful urban possibility.”Shared Ground host Amanda Bostlund was excited to speak with three of the many people involved in Better with Bees during Helping Nature Heal's 18th Seedy Saturday event in Bridgewater this February. Here's a bit about them, in order of appearance.Topsy Olatunji is a proud member of The Better with Bees club at Charles P. Allen High School. As a member of both the media team and website subcommittee, she is consistently engrossed in their mission to promote sustainability within the urban environment.Christopher Hall has been on staff at Charles P. Allen High School for 19 of his 26 years of teaching. Using both the academic setting and extracurricular activities, he is able to encourage students to draw on their strengths in the pursuit of meaningful goals.Khaled Al-Sakkaf is a Grade 12 IB student who is deeply invested in the intersection of environmental sustainability. Currently, on Fridays, he devotes his time and skills to the Better with Bees Meadow Project, serving on the technology and data team. Through his involvement, he aims to harness his skills to drive positive change and sustainability initiatives. His commitment to volunteering reflects his belief in the power of innovation to address environmental challenges and create a better future for our planet. Detailing how evidence and symbol deciphering appears to show that petroglyphs found in Arizona are of ancient Chinese origin is Richard Gonsalves, the President of the Southwest Petroglyph Society. Joining in the second hour is host of The Realist on KGRA, Mike Rogers. Human history continues to get pushed back and altered as new archaeological finds and DNA testing prove that established theories on the expansion of humankind throughout the world was wider and older than assumed. In particular, ancient explorers from Polynesia and China used sailing and boating expeditions to reach the Americas long before colonists. Other aspects of forbidden history and forbidden archaeology are covered throughout the show. Toward the end of the show, phone lines opened and callers asked our guests a number of intriguing questions, and challenged the academic establishment. Please Like and Subscribe to Paranormal Pop, Thank you!YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/paranormalpophttps://kgraradio.com/paranormal-now/https://www.paranormalnow.netTWITTER: https://twitter.com/Paranormal_NowINSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/paranormalnow/FACEBOOK: http://www.facebook.com/paranormalnowradio

Jeff Woolwine is a resident of Phoenix, Arizona, living near South Mountain. Since the spring of 2004, Jeff has experienced many UFO sightings and has video taped most of his experiences. He is a man on a mission, having moved to Phoenix several years ago from New York City with the intent of trying to solve the ongoing mystery of the Phoenix Lights. In this interview will cover Jeff's background, his research efforts, his experiences with the media in Phoenix, his recent sightings, and what Jeff thinks is behind these repeated appearances of UFOs in the Phoenix area. From Jeff," I have been watching the Phoenix Lights since June 2004. I have determined that not only are the lights here, but that they appear to be tracked by the government. I have done several TV News interviews with Phoenix TV stations talking about flares and the lights. I have also found evidence that people living in this are 1500 years ago saw the lights as well. There are drawings all over Phoenix's South Mountain that show the lights and the geo-magnetic lines that are associated with fault lines, which may be used by the UFOs to absorb energy to power themselves - sort of like a gas station for UFOs. I have studied UFOs for years. I am out to prove that they are here and have never left us. Thousands of years ago, people left hieroglyphics and petroglyphs and documents such as the Dead Sea Scrolls and parts of the Bible showing evidence of UFOs and ETs. It seems like every time UFOs show up, something happens to the Earth. In my opinion, things are going to change our way of life very soon, and that is why the UFOs are here more than ever - to watch before and after". Jeff continues to capture videos of UFOs near South Mountain and is investigating the apparent connection between the UFOs he sees and the ancient petroglyphs that cover the rocks on South Mountain. The Who Killed Laura Podcast Ep 26 - Sexual Maturity and Super Powers Do you have any super powers? Are you mature enough to use them for good? Scott and Chris may not have the most mature discussion on this episode of the Who Killed Laura Podcast. We talk about the 19th episode of Twin Peak's second season Variations on Relations, originally airing on April 11, 1991. Written by the Mark Frost and frequent contributor Harley Peyton, the episode was directed by Jonathan Sanger who was a producer on the Elephant Man. The ratings this week fell from 9.2 million to 7.9 million viewers. There is a lot of comedy and romance in this episode even as Windom Earle continues plotting his deadly chess game. The direction of Sanger adds some new transitions that we haven't' seen before. Petroglyph images are shown and left to the viewer to decipher. Ted Raimi plays a Heavy Metal Youth. All this and much more. Let's dive in! Are you watching along with us? Let us know what you think. In the spring of 1909, the completion of a new hydro-electric dam in Vernon created at 28 mile long lake, from Vermont's southern boarder with Massachusetts to Bellows Falls, as waters began to back up and subsume much of the river-adjacent countryside. On average, the water level rose 30 feet and eventually flooded more than 150 farms. Among the lands subsumed by permanent flood waters were a series of petroglyphs sites near the confluence of the West River and Connecticut River dating from a precolonial epoch, in the lands now known as Brattleboro, Vermont. In August of 2015, after a 30-year search, underwater explorer Annette Spaulding found one of the petroglyph sites, subsumed in 1909 and unseen by persons for over a century.
PaleoWest, a CRM firm based in the Southwest, won a contract to record 200 meters of the 1600-meter-long Little Petroglyph Canyon located on the ultra-secure China Lake Naval Weapons Station in Ridgecrest, California. The Navy wants to record the entire massive petroglyph assemblage but isn't really sure of what the best, most efficient way to do that is. So, PaleoWest was hired to test out different technologies and report on their findings. We talk to the PaleoWest Chief of Operations, Shawn Fehrenbach, about their efforts.
This week on Lost Origins, we welcome back our good friend, Carl Lehrburger. Carl is a recognized authority on petroglyph and rock art. His latest book, Secrets of Ancient America, has created an incredible buzz, as it outlines a multitude of examples of Old World peoples having been in the Americas thousands of years before Christopher Columbus. Today, Andrew and Carl will discuss the Celts and their travels through North America, the similarities found in Old World and New World symbolism, ancient transoceanic travel, and the ancient site of Mohave North.
This week on Lost Origins, we chat with author and researcher, Carl Lehrburger. Carl has studied archaeological and sacred sites in North America, with a focus on ancient Old World peoples in America before Columbus, for more than 25 years and this led to the writing of his recent book, Secrets in Ancient America. We will talking with Carl about Secrets of Ancient America, his research surrounding pre-Columbian old world contact in the new world, and the importance of archeoastronomy in the ancient world
Within a narrow shelter between two huge boulders of a caprock high above the Purgatory River in southeastern Colorado is a Native American equinox site known as The Pathfinder. From a natural chimney above extends a midday sun dagger much longer than America's most famous archaeoastronomical event authored by the Anasazi atop Fajada Butte in Chaco Canyon. Besides the dramatic Colorado dawn alignment and shadow play on a leaf petroglyph (which may, indeed, more accurately depict a vulva), there is an equinox sun ray that pierces a set of petroglyphs. Its inspiration seems to be from the Navajo legend of a slumbering Changing Woman impregnated with twins by a blazing sun beam. In addition, this video traces the discovery of suspected Celtic Ogham rock writing in Colorado and Oklahoma in the late 1970s along with mainstream archaeology's determination to dismiss evidence with biased institutional collusion.

Hist latest books are Sacred Geography and Lucid Dreaming - How to Access your Inner Virtual Realities. Paul's main interest has been archeoacoustics, ancient lifeways and earth mysteries. He is also founding co-editor (with Neil Mortimer) of Time & Mind, a multidisciplinary peer reviewed journal covering topics glossed over or ignored by traditional journals in the realm of "earth mysteries" and the various "archeo" subjects. We have a great chat with Paul about archeoacoustics, primary resonance, ancient civilizations, the physicality of sound waves, new age nonsense and lucid dreaming among many other topics. Below is a quick summary of some of the projects Paul has been working on. The overall aim of the Landscape and Perception project is to carry out a forensic audiovisual re-examination of Preseli, Avebury and Stonehenge in an attempt to return to the primary sensory status of prehistoric man, with a view to redefining landscape art and ‘cleansing the windows of perception’ for our digital times. The Dragon Project was founded in 1977 (a Trust from 1988), to explore rumours about the power and properties of ancient, especially prehistoric, “sacred” places and monuments. The theory that bold Celtic sailors crossed the Atlantic and navigated up the Mississippi and Arkansas Rivers to what is today the high plains of southeastern Colorado seems ludicrous to many people, particularly the academic community. But the evidence of surviving Ogham writing translatable via Old Gaelic and associated astronomical markings that relate to Celtic cosmology is strong. A three minute web video of excerpts from the Old News documentary summarizes some key aspects for why this theory has legs. Featured are animated graphics of the clockwise North Atlantic steering currents and an easy-to-understand lesson on 8 seasonal cusps celebrated by the ancients, the equinoxes and the solstices plus four other divisions, the cross quarters observed by the Celts: Beltaine, Lughnasad, Samhain and Imbolc. These documentary excerpts address many of the arguments dismissive of ancient Celts for lacking the ability to explore beyond Europe or to memorialize their distinctive knowledge of astronomy on North American rock walls and in caves.
