Here we are at our last Summer Soul Session and I'm finishing with Impact. Whether you're at the beginning, half way or have achieved your goal, impact is reflected in every part of the journey. And impact is measured on an individual basis, but are you measuring your impact and success in a way that's intrinsically aligned to you? Let's ask the deeper questions. Be inspired.

Busy! We all use that word and more often than not, we use it unconciously. We've all been in that space of holy crap, where did the year go? And we get so caught up the day to day that we forget to live conciously and make aligned decisions. But what if we could just, slow down and live with an open mind? It's completely possible and in this Summer Soul Session I'm sharing with you my journey, my hurdles and the steps I take every day to slow down and see life, in all it's beauty. Be inspired.

We're all so unique and we should be proud of being unique. Something not often talked about, is going within ourselves, to guide ourselves to making decisions aligned to what our soul wants. In this episode, I'm going there and I am talking about it! About how we can often get lost in looking for answers outside ourselves but when we go back within, that is where the magic happens!  Be inspired.

Let's talk Coaching! There are many different types out there, basically you name it, there's a coach for it. Which is why it is so important for you to understand what you need from a coach. I am a certified Health and Life coach and I go into further detail about each of these in this session but essentially you get the same outcome, it's just a different approach.
