Kitty Morgan designed every room of the mansion her lover built in the Adirondacks, and when he ended it between them, she made him a promise about that house and then kept it. An emergency landing in Scotland left an airline crew scrambling for somewhere to spend the night. The only available accommodations led them down a dark road to an old castle that had been converted into a bed and breakfast. After a drink with the crew, one flight attendant headed to her room, following the number on an old skeleton key she somehow had in her possession. Her room was strangely isolated, and once she climbed into bed, it became clear she might not be alone. But the moving curtains and blankets being pulled from the bed weren't the strangest part of her night. That came the next morning, when she returned her key to the caretaker. The woman looked at it and asked a question that changed everything: How did you get that key?#HauntedCastle #ScottishGhosts #GreenLady #GhostlyVisitation #HauntedRoom #SkeletonKey #ParanormalMystery #GhostEncounter #TrueGhostStories #RealGhostStories Love real ghost stories? For more than twenty years, he looked out for the elderly woman next door. What began as the occasional favor slowly became something closer to family, and when she died, her children asked him to keep an eye on the house until they could decide what to do with it.Then the porch light started coming on.Before long, other lights were glowing inside the empty house, curtains seemed to move on their own, and he began wondering if perhaps his old friend had found a way to let him know she was still there. It was an idea he actually found comforting—until one night, he looked toward an upstairs window and saw someone standing behind the curtain. The figure was much too tall to be her. For decades, employees and visitors at Salt Lake City's Rio Grande Depot told stories about the Purple Lady—a young woman supposedly killed by a train after a disastrous reunion with her returning fiancé. People claimed to see her reflection in the women's restroom, hear her singing after hours, and feel her presence moving through the building's basement corridors. But when Utah historians finally dug into the story, they found something unexpected: there was no dead woman, no train accident, no newspaper coverage, and no Purple Lady before the state moved into the building in the 1980s. Tonight, we explore one of Utah's most famous hauntings, the century-old building noises that may explain some of its ghostly reputation, and the remarkable possibility that an entirely invented ghost story became real enough for people to start experiencing it. Brie sits down with Scarlett Bordeaux for a wide-ranging conversation that starts with wrestling, travel, and paranormal investigations, then takes a very personal turn into gut health. Scarlett opens up about the health issues that pushed her to start asking deeper questions, the testing and lifestyle changes that helped her understand her body, and why she now pays such close attention to stress, ingredients, and environmental triggers. Plus, Scarlett shares some truly creepy stories from her paranormal investigations, talks life on the independent wrestling scene, and closes things out with a rapid-fire round and one simple reminder: focus on what you want, not what you fear. With accounts from all over the world, questions continue to be asked about his origin – is he supernatural? Interdimensional? Just our imagination? Demonic… or extraterrestrial? What is the Hat Man – and what are his motives? (The Night Terror That is The Hat Man) *** He was a charismatic activist and local celebrity who counted the elite of Philadelphia among his friends. But behind closed doors, Ira Einhorn's relationship with his girlfriend Holly Maddux was fraught with abuse, control, and ultimately, murder. The shocking discovery of Holly's body in a trunk in Einhorn's apartment was only the beginning of the hunt for the man they'd eventually call “The Unicorn Killer.” (Holly Maddux And The Unicorn Killer) *** On May 1, 1897, Louisa Luetgert, the wife of a prominent Chicago sausage-maker, mysteriously vanished. The last sighting of her was with her husband, Adolph, as they walked into his sausage factory. This chilling disappearance not only shocked the city but also caused a notable decline in sausage sales that summer. Gee, I wonder why. (The Sausage Maker And His Wife) *** Centuries of worship and tragedy have left behind more than just memories in some churches… they've also left behind spirits, some holy… some not. From ghostly priests and weeping brides to mysterious mists and phantom lights, there are hauntings that linger in these ancient sanctuaries. What eerie tales are hidden within the walls of the world's oldest… and most haunted… churches? (Attending Church Eternally As A Ghost) *** In June 2006, Gilbert Gilman vanished without a trace during a short walk in Olympic National Park. From the day her family moved into the house, strange little things became part of everyday life. Lights dimmed for no reason, electronics behaved oddly, and alarms sometimes seemed to have minds of their own. After years of it, she had learned to shrug most of it off. Then one afternoon, while making dinner, she caught sight of someone standing behind her.The glimpse lasted only a second, and with no one there when she turned around, she convinced herself she had imagined it. A week later, during a family gathering, her teenage nephew suddenly asked a question that stopped her cold.He had just seen someone inside the house too. And the description he gave was almost impossible to dismiss. #GhostApparition #FullBodyApparition #HauntedHouse #GhostSighting #ParanormalEncounter #FamilyHaunting #SpiritSighting #HauntedHome #TrueGhostStories #RealGhostStories Love real ghost stories? His first apartment wasn't much, but at twenty years old, having a place of his own mattered more than the worn floors, dark hallways, or cheap rent. Before long, though, the apartment developed some very strange habits.Things he knew he had searched for would suddenly reappear in plain sight. Random buttons began turning up in his bedroom even though none were missing from his clothes. And there was something about the closet at night that he could never quite convince himself was only a shadow. He lived with it long enough that, eventually, even the unexplained started to feel almost normal. Then someone else began spending time at the apartment—someone who knew nothing about any of it.And once she started noticing things too, it became much harder to believe the apartment's little mysteries were accidents.#RealGhostStories #GhostStories #HauntedApartment #Paranormal #TrueGhostStories #Unexplained #GhostlyActivity #Haunting #ScaryStories #ParanormalEncounterLove real ghost stories? Working the information desk at a large hospital meant spending her days helping visitors find loved ones, locate rooms, and navigate a building where life and death were part of the everyday routine. One afternoon, she stepped into the nearly empty restroom just off the main lobby. She knew she was alone when she entered, but moments later, she clearly sensed someone else come in. From beneath the stall divider, she saw dark pants and shoes move into the stall beside her.Nothing about it seemed unusual. Until she finished, stepped outside, and discovered the neighboring stall was empty. She had never seen an apparition before and had no interest in starting. But when she told her coworkers what happened, their reaction raised an even stranger question: Had other people seen—or felt—the same hospital visitor too?#HospitalGhost #HauntedHospital #GhostlyApparition #PhantomFigure #ParanormalEncounter #SpiritActivity #HospitalHaunting #GhostSightings #TrueGhostStories #RealGhostStories Love real ghost stories? The nearly empty beach resort seemed strange from the moment they arrived. There were very few guests, long stretches of silence, and an uneasy feeling that only grew stronger after dark. A late-night trip to the deserted pool ended abruptly when every light suddenly went out, sending the couple running back to their room. They assumed the unsettling feeling would end there. Instead, one of them woke around three in the morning to the sound of a shower running in the bathroom. The lights were on. The room was filled with steam. And no one had turned the water on.The next morning brought one more unexplained discovery, leaving them to wonder if they had truly spent the night alone.#RealGhostStories #GhostStories #TrueGhostStories #HauntedHotel #Paranormal #Supernatural #HauntedVacation #TravelMystery #Unexplained #CreepyStoriesLove real ghost stories? A sucker is born every minute—or so the saying goes. But in the late 1700s, a Connecticut schoolteacher turned that idea into a fortune. Ranford Rogers convinced hundreds of people that buried treasure lay hidden beneath their own towns, guarded by restless ghosts. He also claimed that he alone could make those spirits surrender their riches ... for a price. Join me as I share the incredible true story of the Great American Ghost Hoax, and how one man's supernatural scheme swindled hundreds of people out of more than $100,000. Ghost Hounds is a Pittsburgh-based blues-rock band with a sound that may remind you of classic early 70s bands like The Rolling Stones. In fact, they've opened for the Stones and do a cover of that band's song “Gimme Shelter” on the new Ghost Hounds album. But most of their music is original and their latest record, called Justified, is full of apocalyptic imagery and songs that swagger their way through the End Of Days. Ghost Hounds brings a rootsy, intimate version of the band to play these new songs, in-studio. Set list: 1. Something Wicked 2. Sinner's Prayer 3. Alpha Warrior and Josh Reid tackle the question that runs under everything: in a war of perception versus truth, who are the actual good guys? They start from the messy present, the special government employee reveals around Data Republican and Nick Sortor, the "are they on a payroll" arguments, and the Department of War's rumored 60,000 strong ghost army, then reach back to a single Q post that names Black Hats to build out a hats framework of white, gray, and black. Josh and Alpha wrestle with the uncomfortable premise that good guys sometimes have to do questionable things behind plausible deniability, and that disinformation can be a necessary wartime tool aimed at the enemy rather than the audience. Expect board readings, a detour through Trump's Hegseth and Gabbard picks, and a lot of "perception is not truth." No neat bow, just a sharper lens. Bring an open mind.

She had devoted her life to a residential facility for people who had nowhere else to turn, and even after a terminal cancer diagnosis, her biggest concern was what would happen to the residents and staff when she was gone. After her death, strange things began happening around the office she had left behind. The door would unlatch and open on its own. An unexplained chill lingered outside. Blank pages came through the fax machine in the middle of overnight shifts. And soon, more than one employee realized they were experiencing the same things.Oddly, none of it felt frightening. Then a permanent new manager arrived—and everything stopped.Had she simply been checking in until she knew the people she loved were going to be okay?#RealGhostStoriesOnline #RealGhostStories #GhostStory #AfterDeath #SpiritVisitation #HauntedWorkplace #SignsFromLovedOnes #ParanormalEncounters #Ghosts #NightShift #Unexplained #TrueGhostStory Love real ghost stories? She considered herself a psychic medium and was used to sensing spirits, so when a strange little boy appeared in a photo taken on the way to a drive-in movie, she did what came naturally: she tried to communicate with him.At first, his story seemed simple. He claimed he had died in an accident near a bridge they had just crossed, and she believed he might need help moving on.But the longer she communicated with him, the less his story made sense. His name kept changing. His answers became inconsistent. The activity in their apartment had been unsettling for years, but when she became pregnant, protecting the baby became much more important. She had the home smudged, said prayers and carefully lined the windows and doors with salt, hoping whatever was there would finally move on.Instead, the activity continued.Eventually, a psychic came to the apartment and immediately sensed a woman moving between the floors. He believed she wanted help and had been trying to reach the living for a reason. Then he told her something she never expected. This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! PART TWOSome theaters hold onto more than just memories of past performances.King Opera House has stood for more than a century, its stage once filled with actors, music, and packed audiences. But over time, the stories surrounding it have shifted—from what happened on stage… to what may still be happening when the lights go out.Filmmaker Gavin Webb set out to explore those stories in a documentary focused on the opera house's long history and the experiences tied to it. The Daily Drama Podcast with Steve Burton & Bradford Anderson
Ghost Peter wants Anna to kill Britt and Jason?! But WHY? Is this really Peter talking—or is Anna's subconscious revealing something much darker about Faison, Britt, and everything she's been through? Steve and Bradford dig into what could really be going on with Anna, plus Jason and Britt's relationship and why decades of General Hospital history can make certain scenes hit so much harder. Steve also talks about stepping back into scenes with Maurice Benard and Rick Hearst—and why that kind of shared history between actors and characters is almost impossible to recreate. Ardy Sixkiller Clarke has done some original research that she relates in her book, Sky People; Untold Stories of Alien Encounters in Mesoamerica. We discuss some of these stories and her impressions of the way contact is viewed in the Maya culture.Dr. Ardy Sixkiller Clarke vowed as a teenager to follow in the footsteps of two 19th-century explorers, John L. Stephens and Frederick Catherwood, who brought the ancient Maya cities to the world's attention. Dr. Clarke set out on a seven-year adventure (from 2003 through 2010) through Belize, Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico, collecting stories of encounters, sky gods, giants, little people, and aliens among the indigenous people. She drove more than 12,000 miles, visiting 89 archaeological sites (Stephens and Catherwood visited only 44) and conducting nearly 100 individual interviews.Dr. Ardy Sixkiller Clarke brings to the field of ufology degrees in history, English, psychology, and educational leadership and a background as a teacher, university professor, junior college and university administrator, licensed therapist and psychologist, and social science researcher. As a Professor Emeritus at Montana State University and former Director of the Center for Bilingual/Multicultural Education, Dr. Clarke, who is Cherokee/Choctaw, has worked with indigenous people for most of her career. Her first book in the field of ufology was the best-seller Encounters With Star People: Untold Stories of American Indians. She is also the author of twelve children's' books and the best-selling academic text: Sisters in the Blood: The Education of Women in Native America. She lives in the middle of the Rocky Mountains in Big Sky Montana. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

He was only three years old when he saw an unfamiliar old man sitting at his grandparents' kitchen table. The man smiled at him, and a moment later, he was simply gone.As he grew older, other strange things happened in the house, but he never really understood what they meant. It wasn't until decades later, during a family conversation, that his aunt casually described seeing a strange man in that same kitchen when she was a child. But the most unsettling part wasn't that someone else had seen him. It was what their deeply religious grandmother had told her at the time.Had she known all along that someone else was living in that house—and why was she so determined that the children never speak to him?#RealGhostStoriesOnline #RealGhostStories #GhostStory #HauntedHouse #ChildhoodHaunting #FamilyGhostStory #Apparition #ParanormalEncounters #Ghosts #Unexplained #Hauntings #TrueGhostStory Love real ghost stories? After months of feeling increasingly uncomfortable in her own home, she finally decided she had had enough. The activity had already included objects being thrown, a black mist in the bathroom and terrifyingly vivid nightmares that were becoming harder to ignore. So she invited friends over to cleanse the house. One of them immediately sensed an angry male presence, and after the sage, salt and holy water were finished, she was told the worst should be over. For several hours, everything was quiet. Then something slammed into her back door with such force that it sounded as though a body had been thrown against it.Was that one final burst of activity—or had whatever they removed from the house just discovered it couldn't get back inside?#RealGhostStoriesOnline #RealGhostStories #GhostStory #HouseCleansing #HauntedHouse #AngrySpirit #ParanormalActivity #GhostEncounter #SageCleansing #Unexplained #SpiritActivity #TrueGhostStory Love real ghost stories? It sounded like every dish, every glass, and every pot in the kitchen had crashed to the floor at the exact same time. The whole family ran to see what had happened, expecting to find broken cabinets and shattered dishes scattered everywhere. Instead, everything was exactly where it belonged.A couple of weeks later, the impossible crash happened again. Once again, nothing had fallen, nothing was broken, and there wasn't a single clue explaining what all four family members had heard. Then, just days later, another strange discovery left them with even more questions. The crashes never returned, but decades later the mystery remains. If nothing actually fell... what made a sound that loud? And why did it seem as though something in that kitchen wanted their attention?#RealGhostStories #GhostStories #TrueGhostStories #Paranormal #Unexplained #HauntedHouse #Poltergeist #ParanormalActivity #PoltergeistActivity #ResidualHaunting #UnexplainedMysteriesLove real ghost stories? Andrew Mayne and Brian Brushwood range from economics to space weirdness, starting with Malaysia's nearly empty Forest City and what a failed megadevelopment says about speculative housing, demographic pressure, and whether abandoned infrastructure can be repurposed for art, events, or other experiments. They then dig into scams and AI-driven impersonation, arguing that the real danger is persistent social engineering built on fake relationships, and that identity verification gets much harder when business is done almost entirely through remote channels. From there they geek out over “invisible” spinning drones, massive drone shows that now rival science-fiction cityscapes, and the likelihood that outdoor entertainment will keep expanding into new forms as the tech gets cheaper. The final stretch goes full Weird Things with black holes, gravitational-wave detections, a speculative wormhole interpretation of an anomalous LIGO event, new high-resolution images of the sun, the tradeoffs of human versus robotic space exploration, and a quick detour into Spider-Man rankings before ending on creative recommendations.
