What if your chronic back pain isn't just from a physical injury, but an emotional trauma frozen in time—or even a memory from a parallel lifetime? In this mesmerizing episode of The Twilight Tonic, host DeeDee Moonflyer sits down with Brandie Davis, a former biology major turned intuitive massage therapist, Reiki Master, and Craniosacral therapist. Brandie shares her profound journey from suffering acute childhood back pain to mastering the healing arts. Dive deep as we explore how spirits communicate during bodywork, the literal "significance detectors" hidden within our nervous systems, and an unbelievable firsthand account of unfreezing a client's childhood trauma in real-time. If you've ever wondered how past lives, shamanic journeys, and cellular memory intersect with physical healing, grab your favorite tonic, dim the lights, and tune in.
Cindy Costley is a speaker and trainer known for her work in decoding the patterns behind physical symptoms, emotional responses, and behavioral cycles—helping people understand what the body is actually communicating. Through her work, Cindy shows how stress and trauma are experienced biologically—not just mentally—and how the body forms protective patterns that continue to influence health, behavior, and performance long after the original event has passed. She integrates what she calls the Six Frequencies of Human Regulation™—spiritual, energetic, mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral—to offer a more complete understanding of how lasting change occurs. As the creator of the Electromagnetic Body Desensitization Technique (EBDT™), Cindy trains practitioners, leaders, and individuals to work with the body's intelligence rather than against it—restoring balance from the inside out. Her message challenges conventional approaches to healing and personal growth by shifting the focus from managing symptoms to understanding patterns.https://theunderlyinganswers.com/
Past Life Regression Therapy is a guided hypnotic process where someone enters a deep, relaxed state and accesses information or memories from another lifetime. As a holistic and multidimensional healing tool, it offers profound avenues for self-discovery and self-healing, inviting clients to explore the deeper patterns, emotional imprints, and even epigenetic messages that may be carried across time, space, and ancestral lines. In this expanded view, regression becomes a bridge between science and spirituality, allowing people to access not only subconscious narratives but also the potential wisdom encoded in their cells. This therapeutic process helps integrate insights from the past—whether understood as literal lives, ancestral stories, or symbolic metaphors—into present-day awareness, supporting meaningful change, emotional release, and expansion across all dimensions of experience.
Are Your Memories Lying to You? Neuroscientist Dr. Nikolay Kukushkin—NYU clinical associate professor, research fellow, and author of One Hand Clapping—joins Mayim Bialik's Breakdown to BREAK OPEN everything we thought we knew about memory, consciousness, evolution, and the future of humanity. Dr. Kukushkin might be the first to scientifically prove that “the body keeps the score," and he's here to share his groundbreaking research revealing that every cell in the body may have the potential to store memory. What this means for trauma, healing, and everyday life will blow your mind! We explore how human memory evolved, why we remember the way we do, and the hidden purpose memory plays in meaning-making, identity, and human experience. You'll learn how memory is stored, changed, and distorted, why memory is NOT reality, what makes the human experience truly special, and what sea slugs can teach us about being human. We also discuss whether it's more accurate (or useful) to view reality through a materialist vs spiritual lens, how natural selection is far more creative and intelligent than we ever imagined, and whether Artificial Intelligence is humanity's evolutionary path. Dr. Kukushkin reveals what we've been getting wrong about dopamine: its real evolutionary purpose, how to harness this new science to boost motivation, productivity, and well-being, and why social media “dopamine hits” are so addictive - and so damaging. Dr. Kukushkin also breaks down: - Overlooked implications of being a carbon-based species - Sinister effects of sleep deprivation - Can the human brain ever reach its memory capacity? - What happens when we're downloading too much information from our environment - What happens when we outsource our language abilities to technology? - What are the consequences of forming human-like emotional connections with chatbots? - Is there hope that we will return to using our brain's full cognitive power? PLUS...the spiritual experiences technology can never replicate, and why real life will always give us what machines can't! Dr. Michelle Peticolas, international bestselling author and award-winning filmmaker, reveals why some people stay stuck in grief for decades while others heal naturally. Discover how unprocessed emotions literally lodge in your cellular memory and learn the revolutionary SERVE framework that transforms grief from suffering into authentic self-discovery.What You'll LearnThe physiological difference between normal grief and complex griefWhy traditional therapy often fails for long-term grieversHow childhood survival patterns create people-pleasing behaviors that block authentic healingThe SERVE framework: a step-by-step system for releasing trapped emotionsReal transformation stories, including a client who healed from 20 years of grief in monthsSigns that indicate you may be experiencing complex griefKey TakeawaysUnderstanding Grief as Physiological Grief isn't just emotional—it's a whole-body experience that triggers biological survival responses. When unexpressed, these emotions literally lodge in your cells and emerge at unexpected times through triggers. The People-Pleasing Pattern Many who struggle with complex grief developed people-pleasing survival mechanisms in childhood. These patterns, formed to maintain conditional love, prevent authentic self-expression and proper emotional processing. The SERVE FrameworkS - Surrender to feelings and emotions (with proper support)E - Engage with supportive community (like elephants protecting their grieving)R - Reframe your story about the lossV - Vision for who you want to becomeE - Express your authentic self in the worldInstead of seeing grief as something to overcome, honor it as a testament to love. We often think of scars as just faded reminders of past injuries—something cosmetic, maybe annoying, but nothing more. But what if a scar, even one from years ago, is quietly interfering with your body's ability to heal? In this episode, Dr. Odell discusses a lesser-known concept from bioregulatory medicine: scar interference fields. These aren't just surface issues. They can create hidden disruptions in your nervous system, block energy flow, and lead to symptoms that seem totally unrelated to where the scar is. He'll also explain what interference fields are, how they work, and why they're often missed in conventional medicine. You'll hear how old surgical scars, c-section incisions, or even childhood injuries might be sending the wrong signals through your body—keeping it stuck in patterns of dysfunction. From therapies like neural injections and cold laser to castor oil packs, trauma release, and somatic work, we'll explore practical tools to reset these blocked circuits and help the body finally move forward. We also share real-life stories of people who found unexpected relief—physically and emotionally—once their scars were treated properly. If you've ever dealt with symptoms that don't add up or healing that seems stuck, this episode might just connect the dots.

Brian interviews Thomas R. Verny, M.D. Thomas is a clinical psychiatrist, academic, and author of eight books, including The Secret Life of the Unborn Child, and The Embodied Mind: Understanding the Mysteries of Cellular Memory, Consciousness, and Our Bodies. He has taught at Harvard University, University of Toronto, York University (Toronto), and St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Thomas Verny talks about how can loneliness affect your health. Perceived social isolation negatively impacts the physical health of both humans and animals, leading to the activation of the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal (HPA) axis, the body's response to stress, and an increase in depressive behaviours. Social isolation and socioeconomic stress have been associated with enhanced inflammation and an impaired immune response.

What would you like to see more of? Let us know!In today's episode, we explore TSMC's significant move to halt shipments of advanced AI chips to Chinese companies following U.S. Commerce Department directives. This decision specifically affects 7-nanometer and smaller designs, marking a crucial shift in the global semiconductor landscape and highlighting growing tensions in international tech relations. The restrictions target AI accelerators and GPUs while leaving consumer electronics and automotive chip production unaffected. We also cover The Beatles' remarkable return to the Grammy spotlight with their AI-enhanced song "Now and Then," which has earned nominations for Record of the Year and Best Rock Performance. The track represents a unique blend of past and present, utilizing custom AI technology developed by Peter Jackson's team to isolate John Lennon's vocals from a decades-old demo, allowing Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr to complete what may be the band's final recording. The episode concludes with groundbreaking research from New York University revealing that memory formation isn't limited to the brain. Scientists have discovered that non-neural cells throughout our bodies can detect patterns and store information, activating the same "memory gene" used by brain cells. This finding could reshape our understanding of memory formation and lead to new approaches in medical treatment, particularly in areas like cancer therapy and cognitive enhancement. From Perplexity's Discover Feed:https://www.perplexity.ai/page/tsmc-halts-chinese-chip-shipme-39_kCgDDRcCbPgdSZSz_7Qhttps://www.perplexity.ai/page/beatles-make-ai-history-with-g-fDkDUu44R1aKe4cjqjuYGwhttps://www.perplexity.ai/page/the-body-stores-memories-VlSa1wkRR4yzuqA4OhtG0gPerplexity is the fastest and most powerful way to search the web. Turns out, your cells might hold on to memories, and should you ever need an organ, those memories may become yours. This week, we're digging into science and learning the ins and outs of heart transplants. We'll hear insane stories from the families of heart donors and recipients and learn that there's clearly so much more to learn about our incredible bodies and the cells that we're made of. This episode was inspired by a psychic mediums reel on instagram that I felt was so important to be heard. We have so much help, love and support on the other "side" but what does that really mean? THE "other side?" Timelines exist, they are infinite and we all are a part of this playground, only in this one, playing as humans with super powers who are able to connect and leap across them aka timelines. UFO and Paranormal researcher Malcolm Robinson, continues on his paranormal journey, with this, his fourth book in the series of looking at strange and paranormal events throughout the British Isles. Malcolm looks at tales such as underwater ghosts, poltergeists, premonitions that sadly came true.Again, this book presents people's own individual tales of witnessing ghosts and experiencing paranormal events. We learn of a haunted villa in which the occupants had to endure ghostly phenomena which was backed up by other witnesses. Malcolm also discusses an English case which not only encompasses UFOs, but also imps being witnessed in a loft space, and strange entities being seen in the back garden. There is also a disturbing Scottish haunting, in which a mother and daughter have had to endure years of spiritual abuse from a nasty earthbound spirit, who refused to leave the family home. This book is also packed with tales relating to, Cellular Memory, Life After Death, and Curses. Overall, this book aims to show that no matter what happens, paranormal experiences have touched thousands of people in the British Isles. The theory of cellular memories states that memories, as well as personality traits, are not only stored in the brain but may also be stored in organs such as the heart. In 2009 Harvard Medical School defined cellular memories as “a sustained cellular response to a transient stimulus.” Basically, when a cell is introduced to a specific stimulus it will react in a certain way and every time it is given this stimulus it will have the same response. The best way to understand cellular memories is studying cases of organ transplants. One of the more famous cases includes a woman named Claire Sylvia. In the 70s this woman received a heart and lung transplant from an 18-year- old boy who died in a motorcycle accident. After her surgery Sylvia had cravings she never had before like beer and burgers. After some time, she contacted the family of her donor and was in shock that he enjoyed the same foods.Support the show
In this episode, we are diving deep into the enigmatic realm of cellular memory. Brothers, prepare to unlock the mysteries held within the very fabric of your being as we explore the intricate dance between science and spirituality. Join me on this captivating journey as I unravel the profound truth that science is merely a vessel to measure what has long been known on a spiritual level. From a spiritual perspective, cellular memory dances to the tune of an intriguing belief—that within the intricate fabric of our being, our cells hold sacred echoes of ages past. Beyond the realm of mere genetics, this captivating notion suggests that our cellular tapestry carries the imprints of long-forgotten memories, ancestral whispers, and the residues of former lives. With every stride science takes, it aligns more closely with the timeless wisdom imparted by spiritual teachers throughout the ages, shedding light on their profound teachings that were often misunderstood or misinterpreted. In this episode, we embark on an expedition into the depths of cellular memory, discovering that memories reside not within the nucleus but within the delicate embrace of the cell membrane. We'll explore the awe-inspiring notion that these memories are triggered by our interactions with the external environment, unlocking the gateway to unconscious memories that can spring forth without the involvement of our conscious minds. I will also delve into the fascinating duality of the beta condition that is deeply rooted in the body, and the ethereal alpha state, soaring towards the realm of spirit. We'll explore how the beta condition is influenced by childhood memories and genetic coding passed down through ancestral lineage, intricately woven into the very cells of our being. I will also uncover the six core human wounds: repression, denial, shame, rejection, guilt, and separation which act as echoes that reverberate through the generations. Join me on this awe-inspiring voyage as we bridge the realms of science and spirituality, unravel the secrets of cellular memory, and witness the transformative power of ancestral healing. This episode will expand your horizons and leave you with a profound understanding of the intricate tapestry that shapes our human experience. Brothers, get ready to step into a realm of profound self-discovery, healing, and liberation, and elevate your alpha!

In episode 184, David Somerville, the creator of the Cellular Pattern Release Method joins us to discuss cellular memory, how it affects us and how we can clear it. It's a powerful way to bring yourself into a state of balance and harmony. Cell memory is a term used to describe our bodies' natural tendency to store and retain information, even in a CELL-level capacity. It is believed that every experience we have is stored in the cells of our bodies, and that these cells can recall and replay these experiences, both consciously and unconsciously, for years afterwards. They discuss the importance of the gut microbiome and the enteric nervous system. They talk about the vagus nerve, epigenetics, and stem cells and CRISPR. They also provided details on regeneration, hibernation, and metamorphosis using the example of the Planarian flatworm. They also talk about consciousness, the self, and many other topics. Thomas R. Verny is a psychiatrist and author. He has taught at many academic institutions such as Harvard, University of Toronto, and York University, Toronto. He founded the Pre- and Perinatal Psychology Association of North America (PPPANA, renamed APPPAH—Association for Pre- and Perinatal Psychology and Health – in 1995), and served as its president for eight years. The Embodied Mind: Understanding the Mysteries of Cellular Memory, Consciousness, and Our Bodies Show Guest: Dr. Thomas R. Verny A breakthrough book that promises to shift our understanding of the mind-brain connection and reveal the mind's relationship with our bodies. Is the mind within the brain? Dr. Thomas Verny says this is a very limiting belief. Let's dive in! We understand the workings of the human body well enough, right? Muscles interact with bones to move us, as the heart responds to hormones secreted by the brain, all the way down to the inner workings of every cell. No one component can work alone. In light of this, why is it the accepted understanding that the physical phenomenon of the mind is attributed only to the brain? In The Embodied Mind, internationally renowned psychiatrist Dr. Thomas R. Verny sets out to redefine our concept of the mind and consciousness. He brilliantly compiles new research that points to the mind's ties to every part of the body. The Embodied Mind collects disparate findings from many fields of science in order to illustrate the mounting evidence that somatic cells, not just neural cells, store memory, inform genetic coding, and adapt to environmental changes—all behaviors that contribute to the conscious mind. The Embodied Mind shows how intelligence and consciousness—traits traditionally attributed to the brain alone—also permeate our entire being. Bodily cells and tissues use the same molecular mechanisms for memory as our brain, making our minds more fluid and adaptable than we could have ever imagined!
In this episode we dig into the Phenomenon (do do da do do) that a part of the donner lives on in the organs that are transplanted into a new body. The mystery of consciousness has confounded the western scientific paradigm for centuries. Often considered an epiphenomenon of matter, new information has been accumulating that pushes us beyond that paradigm, and suggests that matter is the floor, or basis of all physical phenomena in the universe. These ideas and perspectives echo older, indigenous religious and philosophical ideas. On this episode Dr. Thomas R. Verny is our guest. Dr. Verny is a psychiatrist, writer and academic. He has previously taught at Harvard University, University of Toronto, York University, Toronto, St. Mary's University, Minneapolis, Minnesota and the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute.Today he will be discussing his new book, The Embodied Mind: Understanding the Mysteries of Cellular Memory, Consciousness, and Our Bodies. We talk to Dr Thomas Verny about the embodied mind. His most recent book, The Embodied Mind: Understanding the Mysteries of Cellular Memory, Consciousness, and Our Bodies, explores very early memory and the mind and sets out to redefine our concept of the mind and consciousness - compiling for the first time, research that points to the mind's ties to every part of the body and the intelligence of cells. The mind, Verny holds, is fluid and adaptable, embodied but not enskulled. Find out more about Dr Verny here https://www.trvernymd.com/ Thanks for listening! It is said that medical science needs to be re-written. Widely believed to be the case, memories are stored in the brain. Or are they? Here are a few stories of people who have received organ transplants that will not only challenge that way of thinking, but make you reexamine everything about how we perceive and store not just memories, but possibly the human soul. --------------------------------------------- DISTROKID AFFILIATE LINK: https://distrokid.com/vip/seven/3128872 --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/billie-dean-shoemate-iii/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/billie-dean-shoemate-iii/support
