Spending time in the Wolfsburg Academy, and youth national team setups, Lara ultimately chose to study and play at Harvard University in the USA. From there she ventured back to Europe to play professionally, first with Club Brugge and then with RSC Anderlecht. The process of personal growth involves continuously evolving and integrating different versions of ourselves. We must be willing to step outside our comfort zones, experiment with new approaches, and embrace the discomfort that comes with change. The ability to bring forth these different versions enables us to navigate complex situations, build diverse networks, and develop multifaceted solutions. Ultimately, it is the synergy between these different versions of ourselves that empowers us to accomplish big things and make a meaningful impact in our lives and the world around us.
