Get to the choppa, cause its time for a review of the newest Predator movie, Predator Badlands. It does not disappoint. Plus Valve doubles down on hardware, while the Super Mario Galaxy movie shows off its stars. Also, Sony has buyers remorse about Bungie, and somehow Amazon has forgotten that James Bond has had a history of reboots. and someone call MU/TH/UR because Alien Earth is coming back!

Welcome to Active Reload! This week, James, Grant, and Steve discuss the biggest news of the week: That's right, Pigeon Simulator is OUT!!! Just kidding, Grand Theft Auto 6 was delayed again, this time to November 2026. The guys debate whether we could see it on new consoles next year, or will it be the same thing that happened to Grand Theft Auto 5 with the previous generation of consoles.Plus, Todd Howard was being interview by GQ and stated that Elder Scrolls 6 is "years away". It's been seven years since the 2018 E3 splash screen trailer and there has been absolutely nothing of the game since, what should we expect? Finally, it really is a big week for releases, with Call of Duty and Escape from Tarkov on the horizon. Could this be the year COD takes a bigger back seat? The guys break it all down.Remember to rate, follow, like and subscribe!

This week on The Finger Guns Podcast the whole gang is together once again to talk the GTA VI delay, Rockstar layoffs and the eventual protests it created at their Scotland studio. We also get into The Elder Scrolls 6 announcement back in 2018 and think maybe it was a little too soon to reveal and plenty of other stuff along the way! You know us, we love a tangent. Also, Expedition 33 didn't get a Grammy nomination for its soundtrack? We're fumin' mate. In Game of the Week, Miles has been playing T.A.B.S. In today's Daily Fix:Bethesda's Todd Howard knows we want The Elder Scrolls 6, but is asking for patience as the game is "still a long way off." The original announcement came back in 2018—SEVEN YEARS AGO, if you're counting—and there has not been any new teasers since then. Howard also teased a possible shadowdrop, like what Bethesda did with The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered (although several detailed leaks leading up to the drop spoiled some of the surprise). In other news, Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto spoke about his minimal involvement with the Super Mario franchise, but is hoping he'll still be around for the series' 50th anniversary in 2035. And finally, Predator: Badlands has hit the ground running, reaching a franchise high opening weekend box office, and that's considering the two Alien vs Predator spinoffs.

The year was 1979 and a scrappy little 16 year old named Richard Garriott started coding his friends' latest Dungeons & Dragons campaign into an Apple II. This is the small domino that fell over to eventually result in millions of players worldwide romancing a bear 30+ years later in Baldur's Gate 3. How did we get there? Well, there's a lot of answers to that question but a predominant step was through the landmark CRPG series, Ultima. For this episode of the podcast we celebrate Toni's birthday by talking about The Elder Scrolls Series. A continuation of the last episode. We talk about our favorite quests, and if we could change anything about the series, what it would be!
One Battle After Another, is what I should rename this podcast, because the movie was that good, and a full review is inside. Plus Xbox takes another self imposed L, Sony gives itself a gold medal, and EA goes private. The Simpsons are headed back to the big screen, and an AI "actress" has Hollywood in a fervor. Plus Forza Horizon is finally headed to the land of the Rising Sun, and Ubisoft gives Assassin's Creed a new home.

Did you know that, other than otome, the sisters have VERY different tastes in video games? We've started a new series called “Otome Shimai: Sister Side” where one sister (tries to) explain their favorite games to the other! In this episode we journey into the world of The Elder Scrolls as Vki introduces Skyrim to Via! Expect laughter, confusion, and maybe just a pinch of chaos. We'll dive into the shallow end of the lore, mechanics, and Vki's personal experiences (a deep dive would have taken 48-72 hours of recording, and we both have full time jobs). Can Vki convince Vka to give Skyrim a chance? Take a listen and find out!Games discussed: Even if Tempest, 9 R.I.P., SkyrimNone of the games or characters discussed belong to us.Support the show

While there are fun things to talk about, like the Muppets returning, Nintendo directs, the 90s Console wars, and the new Anaconda. There are also not fun things, like Nintendo and Pokémon behind paywalls, HBO and passwords, and The Long Walk. And at the end, a serious discussion about a topic I try to stay away from, but luckily, that's at the end. Enjoy
