I went on the biggest live comedy podcast in the world… and it genuinely meant more to me than I expected. In this monologue, I break down my experience appearing on Kill Tony, the wildly successful live comedy show hosted by Tony Hinchcliffe out of Joe Rogan's Comedy Mothership in Austin, Texas. I explain why I think Kill Tony has become one of the most important cultural phenomena in entertainment today, how it represents a backlash against political correctness and corporate comedy, and why audiences are craving authenticity again.I also reflect on my own cancellation saga, leaving my band, and why stepping onto the Kill Tony stage at the O2 Arena and in Austin felt strangely full circle. After years of being told I'd never work in mainstream entertainment again, I found myself back on one of the biggest live shows in the world.Long live Kill Tony… and God bless America…#KillTony #TonyHinchcliffe #Comedy -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our show is independently supported by you, consider signing up to our substack to get added benefits like ad-free and extended episodes here: https://www.winstonmarshall.co.uk/-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A BBC investigation has uncovered misleading fitness adverts featuring AI‑generated characters that breach UK advertising rules. If you use social media you've probably seen them: polished fitness videos promising dramatic body transformations in weeks. They show chiselled physiques, striking before‑and‑after images and claims that you can look years younger by following a simple routine. The results often look too good to be true and in many cases, they are. Anita Rani is joined by Katie Gornall, BBC Sport Correspondent to tell us about her report alongside Kate Rowe-Ham, women's strength and longevity coach, who talks about how to stay fit for real. The classically-trained pop musician Rosalía topped many end of year polls for her opera-influenced album Lux. Nashville Country Music Recording Artist Kirstie Kraus's brand new single dropped April 3rd You Got That Lovin'. Yes, it's true. For a minute there I thought this song wasn't gonna happen.. We had a studio date booked with our third co-writer, and when things shifted, the whole plan fell apart. I started telling myself maybe it just wasn't meant to be recorded. But something kept pulling me back to it.. So I trusted my gut and walked into the studio with Mike Loudermilk—just the two of us—taking a chance on something that almost didn't happen. And by the grace of God, this risk turned into an amazing experience and something I am very proud of!Kirstie Kraus moved to Nashville in 2017 to further pursue her flourishing career as a solo recording artist and songwriter following her time in country-rock bands up in the midwest. The band she had started was named Thirsty Jones - her fans are now nicknamed The Thirsties as an homage to that period and a fun rhyming play on words to her name. Kirstie's unique music style is a blend of modern country with bluesy rock tones and funky bass lines bubbling under the surface.Since permanently relocating to Music City, Kirstie has toured across the US and internationally and has opened for some of country's biggest stars including Thomas Rhett, Kip Moore, LANCO, Eric Paslay, Brandy Clark, Walker Hayes, Pam Tills, Brothers Osborne, and Randy Houser to name a few. In 2023 her breakout year for the UK arrived with her playing the coveted C2C Festival at the O2 Arena in London. Her fanbase in Britain has grown considerably and her name further rose up the ranks with her 2023 duet single ‘Who Am I Gonna Love' with Thomas Kavanagh which rendered support from Apple Music, Absolute Radio, BBC Introducing, CountryLine Radio and many more radio and media outlets around the world. The last two years growing success was built on a standout 2022, which saw Kraus releasing her debut album ‘Yes You Can' which she supported with a six-month headline tour across America - the LP comprised 11 tracks including the hit singles ‘Bird', ‘Thirsty', and ‘Silver'. The LP was a roaring success and earned Kraus multiple accolades such as 7x nominations from the Best of Women of Country, and the Josie Music Awards (the largest independent music award show). Having been performing and writing long before the age of 11, Kraus understands the nuances of her artistry and through that, she is able to create songs that showcase her abilities and highlight her signature tone and personality. You only have to take a look at her back catalog and industry support for this independent artist to see that country music is where she belongs and that she is rightly taking Nashville by storm.#kirstiekraus #countrymusicrecordingartist #songwriter #yougotthatlovin #chrispomay #livewithcdptalkshow #barrycullenchevrolet Booking: contact@kirstiekraus.com Website: https://www.kirstiekraus.com/Tour: BandsintownLinks: SocialsMusic: ListenPartners: Amazon, RYZE Coffee ☕ (KIRSTIEKRAUS15)Host: CountryLineTVPresident: Music City Phins'25 & '24 RTR Song of the Year'24 Artist of the Year JMAsPre-Save 'You Got That Lovin' out Friday April 3rd!https://beacons.ai/chrisdpomayhttps://www.cameo.com/chrispomay book a personalized video message from yours truly! https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/chris... if you wish to contribute towards my media content on my You Tube Channel. https://www.barrycullen.com/

Hello to my fantastic listening audience across the internet. Welcome to the latest installment of my podcast. I've been a busy boy this week. Mourning the loss of a head coach, paired with the end of the season for the Heels, planting a flowerbed and exponentially expanding a Pokemon collection in a weekend really can take it out of a fella. I watched the first half of the Dook Uconn game today and left the house in an upset storm around halftime to deal with my Pokemon affairs. Left the house angry because Duke was winning by 20, not thinking in the least that Uconn would come back and have one of the best finishes I've seen in years. Wow I do love this game. My favorite time of year if I'm being honest is still the fall because of the trees in the mountains. BUT March is a close second because of things like that Duke Uconn finish. March Madness makes it fun to be alive for a month. I did finish dead last in the bracket pool that I entered. Saint John's let the boy down. Tough cheese. I hope some individual out there enjoyed the episode. Honey Bee by Muddy Waters and company really kicks the mule. Prince on Plectrumelectrum is suuuuch a nice tone and still to this day, Jimmy Page playing No Quarter at The O2 Arena in my opinion is the best example of guitar playing that one could offer. Whoever reads this, God bless. But you're here so what the heck. In four months I've managed to find and maintain a loophole in the Pokemon card world that has allowed me to catapult rather quickly to an impressive collection. A card shop owner this week told another customer that I most likely have more than enough to become a vendor at card shows. I believe that he is right. To give a visual, it is currently 5 full binders of modern, 2 full binders of vintage and a huge tote box full of the more fancy stuff. All sorted and organized. I felt like the Daywalker at that card show this weekend absolutely going nuts in there and balling out of control. No shame at all. I'm a 33 year old man with more game than an arcade. I handed an ol boy a handful of cards for trade value earlier today. I read this guy like My Side of the Mountain. After seeing the top 3 cards in the stack, buddy looked up at me like I was Neo in the Matrix. "How did you know I liked this stuff?" his question to which I replied "Who doesn't like that stuff"? He gave a trade value offer and I cracked buddy for a nasty Mewtwo. WHAT AN EAR BEATING. The point is, I almost didn't have time for my ever-faithful listening audience across the inter webs because I was too busy balling out of control. Submitting this at midnight like Cinderella. Work in the morning will be cheesed out. Until next time..Your Host with the Most Pokemon cards,Witwicka Juan Don

Welcome back to Wrestling Tonight, your weekly deep dive into everything happening across WWE, AEW, NJPW, TNA, ROH, and beyond. Episode 139 brings a full slate of fallout, previews, and key developments shaping the weeks ahead. We begin with the aftermath of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2025, where London's O2 Arena hosted one of the most eventful cards in recent memory. From Hangman Page's hard-fought World Title defense to Wardlow's surprise alliance with Don Callis, Toni Storm extending her reign, and Will Ospreay's dramatic stretcher exit after a punishing cage match, we unpack the results and consider where the stories go from here. Next, we turn to a complete preview of WWE Clash in Paris, featuring John Cena vs. Logan Paul, Seth Rollins defending the World Heavyweight Championship in a Fatal 4-Way, Roman Reigns seeking payback against Bronson Reed, and Sheamus colliding with Rusev in a Donnybrook. With the looming possibility of Brock Lesnar's return to confront Cena, we explore the matches, the stakes, and the directions WWE may take as it heads toward Wrestlepalooza. We also take a closer look at WWE's billion-dollar transition to ESPN, as the Peacock era comes to a close. With Wrestlepalooza set to launch the new partnership, what will this shift mean for fans, streaming access, and WWE's identity within ESPN's sports-first framework? Finally, we cover the returns that shook GCW Homecoming, where Nick Gage, Karrion Kross, and Scarlett made impactful comebacks alongside Shotzi Blackheart, signaling a new chapter in the promotion's evolving landscape. Alongside these stories, we provide updates from NXT Heatwave, Naomi's pregnancy announcement and title handoff, and the latest discussion around Chris Jericho's future as his AEW contract nears its conclusion. Be sure to support the show at patreon.com/theturnbuckletavern for exclusive content, and follow us on social media @TurnbuckleTavern for all the latest updates. Until next Monday, when we wine and dine with you kings and queens, stay out of the alley and away from the pork and beans: god luck and good speed.

In this episode, we talk about spiritual mentorship and being formed in Jesus. We reflect on the spiritual mentors who have journeyed with us and share stories about the lessons that have shaped who we are today. We also talk about why comparison crushes our ability to receive, our calling to make disciples of all nations, and how the daily witness of our lives is an answer to this call.
