It's Mo, Alex and Chopper -- your favorite trio taking calls from all over the world and dissecting each problem with different hot takes and wild angles. Let's check out our first pair of callers! Caller #1 is Dee who is 36yrs old from Manila. Dee is sleeping with her boss but since they got into an argument, she feels like he's giving her way more work than she can handle. In the past when we has been rejected, he would find street prostitutes but he really wants to be able to fix this problem. Powered by Spotify, we will see you on another episode of GTWM tomorrow. Amisha Klawonn is an Embodiment & Sleep Coach, Yoga Therapist, and Integrative Physical Therapist, whose areas of focus as a Coach are sleep, wellness, whole body living and manifesting. Quote: “Just make the decision to prioritize rest. Oftentimes, we are so busy getting things done and being productive and just trying to do that one last thing, check that one last email, do that last load of laundry, whatever that might be, that we push our sleep as if it's negotiable. And it can be for a while until it's not.” -- Amisha Klawonn Quote: “I have people say to me, I need to be more organized. And I say to them, it's not about being more organized. It's prioritizing what is the most important to you so that you're not trying to give 150% to everything across the board, including surfing Instagram. It's focusing and prioritizing what you do want versus what you don't want. What is going to move you closer to your vision and goals? ” -- Dr. Irene Cop Quote: “If I could only teach only one thing to everyone in the world, it's that we always have choice and control. It may not be the choice and control we want. And we still have the choice and control, even if it's choosing how we're going to respond to a situation.” -- Dr. Irene cop Connect with Amisha Klawonn Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/reignitingyoursoul/?hl=en Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/amishaklawonn/ Twitter: https://mobile.twitter.com/amishaklawonn Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/amisha.klawonn SUBSCRIBE: iTunes: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/self-heal-with-dr-irene/id1561226627 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/1pxldTJY5MZmneyz8IpSvm Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFTN-EU3umbz_0d0GFwk_Bw Stitcher: https://www.stitcher.com/show/selfheal-with-dr-irene TuneIn: https://tunein.com/podcasts/Health--Wellness-Podcasts/Self-Heal-(with-Dr-Irene)-p1421793/ Google Podcasts: https://podcasts.google.com/feed/aHR0cDovL3NlbGZoZWFsaW5nLm1pbmRzaGFyZWNvbGxhYm9yYXRpdmUubGlic3lucHJvLmNvbS9yc3M Deezer: https://www.deezer.com/show/2461592 Connect with us! Getting a full night's sleep can move you to success in your daily life. The old trope of burning the candle at both ends to get ahead has been proven false. You no longer need to buy into the idea that you can only succeed if you get little sleep. Most adults need 7-9 hours of sleep per night, depending on age, genetics, health, and any recent sleep issues. Teens need 8-10 hours per night. Sleep is important for organ function, hormone production, weight loss and cellular repair. You must pass through the four stages of sleep to get the most out of every night. The four stages of sleep are: Stage 1 NREM (Non-REM): light sleep, least refreshing, takes up 5-10% of the night. Stage 2 NREM: more solid sleep, takes about 50% of the night. Stage 3 NREM: deep sleep where growth hormone is released, takes 5-10% of sleep time, but takes more if sleep deprived. REM: fragile sleep where dreams occur, takes 20-25% of a night’s sleep. Listen in as sleep expert, Terry Cralle, RN, shares what you need to know about getting enough sleep to succeed.
