Angel Riveros is a Colombian Designer based in Los Angeles CA. He founded his own Design Studio in early 2019 after five years of working for a luxury residential design studio in West Hollywood CA. Since very early on, Angel's design and aesthetic approach stood out not just for his creativity and abilities but also for his talented argumentative skills. He often will transport his audience to the roots of his decision making and creative process. Angel has been eager to bring his vision to the world even before finishing his Associate Degree in Cali Colombia. By the age of 22 he had already designed and built 5 restaurants. In 2015 after briefly attending to Architectural School In Cali Colombia, he moved to The United States to attend The Art Institute of California Hollywood.   While attending school he was offered a designer position at a high end residential design studio. This position gave him the opportunity to be part of the development, execution and completion of multi-million dollar properties for Top Real Estate agents, developers and celebrities. Angel founded his own design studio AIR Studio in 2019. Since then, he has creatively lead and managed several remodeling and development projects for top Disney Executives and recognized L.A. Developers. Parallel to his design background, Angel has been also passionate about content creation and entertainment media, In 2022 thanks to a YouTube video, Angel got called to participate in the second season of the competition show HOGAR STAR from the network Discovery Familia. Angel competed against 7 talented designers and after 5 difficult challenges he took home the first place. This marked the beginning of a new phase on Angel's creative journey, after the show aired he joined forces with Celebrity Master Chef Aaron Sanchez and designer Cris Mercado to a new tv show where the 3 of them find Latino restaurants with untapped potential and together take the restaurant to the next level. The first trait is a mastery of the basics. It takes roughly 10,000 hours to master a skill, so it won't come easy. However, once you truly master the basics, you can use those skills as the foundation for the rest of your business success.  2. The second trait is lead generation. Don't settle for the same old prospecting pipelines you always use. Master your follow up and learn to love lead generation, even if you think it's boring.  3. Your morning routine is the start of your success. Even though it can be hard to get up early and start your routine, you have to do it anyway. Find your motivation to do the difficult things and they'll become much easier.  4. The third trait is adaptability. Top agents are okay with letting go and are curious about why things work and why they don't. It hurts when what worked before stops working, but you need to adapt or risk your business failing.  5. The fourth trait is setting expectations and having focus. You can have the best morning routine in the world, but if your partner interrupts it every day, it won't matter. Set boundaries and let the people around you know what your goals are. Also, have intense focus when you're working for yourself so that you can fully dedicate time later to your loved ones.  6. Finally, top agents take ownership of their choices. They understand that success fundamentally depends on them and their decisions. They take responsibility for their results and don't act passive about their success.
