**Trigger warning: This conversation references death and some cases in the Accident & Emergency ward. International actor model, Shiksha Matabadul, reveals she was messed around as a non-lead character, on an Indian tv show set. Bold and vocal, yet her views may shock some. Feminist or not feminist? She calls it a Generational Curse. She did not take her husband's family name after she got married and interestingly enough, it was her mother-in-law who supported her. A former A&E nurse for NHS UK, Shiksha shares the dark hours spent in ward, often dealing with life & death situations. In this conversation, we also discuss the current NHS crisis, how stretched staff are and yet underpaid when nearly 40% of the UK population go to A&E every year! Thanks for listening! "I will regret this for the rest of my life if I don't ask." In a candid conversation with Shivani Pau, host of the Millennial Mind podcast, she recounts how she jumped on a perhaps lifetime opportunity to ask Steven Bartlett, to be on her podcast when she was accompanying her auntie Reshma Saujani. The phrase “If you don't ask, you don't get” may get old and sound cliche but put into real life situations, the probability of “getting” something when you don't even try asking, is almost certain. While if you ask, you're at least face with a binary outcome? #selfdevelopment#justask#motivationalwords Thanks for listening!
