134: "Giving social support has helped increase my mental health and has led to all the success in my life." Healing Thru Service with Sgt Q Aaron Quinonez, aka Sgt Q, thought that the anxiety, hyper vigilance, and nightmares he experienced as a Marine was just combat. Little did he know that his transition to civilian life was only the start of his troubles. After eight years of military service, Sgt Q suffered from depression, anger, and panic attacks and was diagnosed with PTSD.
