Recently in my coaching client calls I've noticed that mindset and trying to hang in there when it comes to a business can be challenging for a lot of people. I have also found that recently I have had to work on my mindset after experiencing many changes and ups and downs in my own business. I believe that as an entrepreneur we have to look at ourselves and our business holistically. We can't look at one part of our life or one part of our business and go all in on that, we need to look at ourselves as a whole. For a long time I thought that I could have freedom, do whatever I wanted and hope that my business would succeed.
